Not to sound rude, but you should already know better if you claim to be a flash freak. The devs are still working hard to bring us some custom roms and kernels. Remember this phone recently came out so we're not expected to have a million roms just yet. Good luck with your flashing.

Can we flash ics skyrocket roms?

Seems to me the development in the skyrocket forum is ahead of ours. Can we flash skyrocket ics rooms without modification from the skyrocket forum or do we have to wait until the t989 devs hack it to work. Also what must be modified to get the skyrocket ics roms to boot?

His signature probably says he had a skyrocket because he is running one of the new leaks ported to the T989.

I wouldnt chance it and wait till the skyrocket ports come to our t989...the software jus might be dif enough to brick your phone...let the devs do there magic

Before the latest leak, I flashed SkyICS without a problem. Just had to flash the autorotate hotfix and a T-Mobile radio.

I couldn't report on the battery life, I had the caller hearing themselves echo loudly so I went back to cm7. Which is badass btw.

I'm using sky ics right now so it's totally safe
Battery life is great.
I consistently get 4-5 hours of screen time.

Multi-view

So I'm sure most of you at least once saw review of Galaxy Note II and the feature they call Multi-view is basically doing two things at once. By now it's certain that this feature will come to S3. Do you think our scrawny Dual-core will get it? Well if not I'm sure someone will port it to Custom ROM but, will it handle it?

In terms of our processor handling it, I have no idea why you think it wouldn't. Lol. This processor is beast. Now I doubt any phone could support two games at once. Really don't see a point. But yes I believe our device will see it in the future. I know I'm working on porting it and I believe someone else is as well.

I know you said probably no phone could play two games at once (I know its pointless of course) but people being people, I'm sure thats the first thing a lot of people would do lol. Thanks for making the video and letting us know about it. I just went on experimental 2, the stability is amazing already. And my battery is already seeming better than on PACMan

You're suppose to flash a modem separately. Roms don't bring a modem with them.

you'll have data problems most likely using a jb modem on an aosp ROM.
go back to fj12 or fk27. :thumbup:
