and none for Asia
waiting for bada 2.0 portugal (TPH) for Wave I
What can we do? Samsung has released JVLA1(bada 1.2) for Turkey several days ago. We should cry..

I am flashing a Russian Firmware for S4 Mini and I live in another country, say Spain, (just an example), would I receive OTA updates for Russia or Spain?

Of Course Russian. I live in Russia, but I have S4 Mini with Portuguese Firmware. So, I got OTA updates for Portugal.
