Remove battery and turn phone on and see if it helps.

[Q] My ARC S is dead ;( please help me

Today I received a message that there's new software for arc S. I've connected the phone to the PC and start updating. Everything was normal and the update was almost finished when a massage appeared on the PC that says that there was some error and it suggested to retry. I tried again following the instructions, but the massage appeared again. Then I hit the cancel button and when I tried to power on the phone I only see Sony Ericsson's logo and then a triangle with an exclamation mark and a phone near the triangle. Can you please tell me what to do to fix it?

If it is bootloader unlocked then fastboot a Kernel (DooM) then flash a Rom
Or if bootloader is locked then flash a stock rom FTF file with flashtool (.62 recommended)
Make sure that wipe userdata isn't ticked in flashtool though if you want to keep your data

I tried a lot of things and nothing helped. Then I decided to left the phone without battery for a couple of hours, this morning I tried SE Update Service and I managed to run factory reset. Now my phone is alive again...well all my contacts were deleted, but what ever...

my phone is got hanged its not turning on nor turning off it just shows the the sony logo and then it goes on xperia logo but it wont start my phone is not rooted what can be done help me please its version is 4.0.4 .................... Thanks in advance .:crying:

Probably experiencing boot loops.. Since your phone is not rooted there's not much you can do but update it through Sony PC Companion or Sony Update Service... Sony will fix whatever is causing boot loops on your phone.

No root..lock bootloader...means u still have guarantee right..?...so just bring to service center...

[Q] Xperia ZL after 4.3 update and after factory reset doesn't turn on

Hello xda community, im new here and if my post is allready somewhere im sorry for making another one.
I can get my hands on Xperia ZL for fairly cheap price. I only need to fix the problem it has.
User said that after he updated his xperia ZL (android 4.3). His phone wouldn't turn on if his batery died. After that he did factory reset and after factory reset when he presses the power on button only red LED light starts blinking. Is phone dead or is there any way to fix it? I tried to google some things and i might have an idea...
I'll try to connect it to computer and install android 4.4 ftf file on it. (im not sure if this will work)
anyone else has any idea how to fix this problem?

hi... my xpeira zl stop playing music and stop making any sound on my speaker....
i dont why this was happend... i tried booting safe mod... reseting it... and even factory reset hard reset still the same....

try with PC Companion (repair option)
