Looks very promising mate,
Im running GingerMod v0.8, ill give this a try and report back later.
Edit: Do you think hosting the file on FileSonic is the best place considering MegaUpload??
That place is full of pirated material.

Thanx mate,

Ok, after a little play with your kitchen i have a couple of things to say.
*Some of the options are missing screenshots, your probably aware of this.
Suggestions:
I dont know if these are do-able
*Add an option to backup the system before applying anything, you know what people are like around here.
*Maybe an option to apply the mod immediately after downloading or continue downloading more mods.
*Option to boot into recovery to apply downloaded mods.
*A menu to view what mods you have downloaded.
Like i say these are just suggestions that could hopefully improve the usability.
Anyway thanks and nice job, it works as it should for me.

your on right track already grab a rom kitchen rom wipe and non wipe of ur preferred base.
you have two folders to work with ( lets say 2.2.1 roms ) - open the zip:
navigate to system/framework/drawable-hdpi-v4 or drawable-hdpi
for frameworks and twframeworks
thats were you start with the images you will gradually get to know what is what after about 100 flashes

Are you familiar with apktool? Once you are comfortable with decompiling and compiling apks, it's just a matter of replacing pngs and (perhaps) editing some xml files. Do check out some info on 9 patch files as they may cause problems during the compilation process.
Good luck and looking forward to this theme!

Where Is the thanks to. You used so much mods and not 1 thanks to the people that made them. And how did you fix the dailer drain if i may ask.
Edit: Has anyone tested this ROM does it even boot? I am looking at the zip fail and wow. First dude you havent incorporated the kernel properly. Well you did remember to copy paste the lines in updater script. Still it looked so unclean. Second you put so many scripts without the resources to execute them. Hell i even saw script for dual core cpu. I guess that is not a problem either cuz you didnt have permision set for init.d in updater script. Just an advice when you make ROM dont just throw "random speed mods" from xda in it read find out what they are all about and then install them if it fits your needs. And im not sure but I think you ment highly moded not madable.
You will need to remove rom manger premium and rom toolbox pro

Literom uses some slightly different theme assets, for example, it has 1% battery mod, which this theme doesn't currently support because it is built using my stock ICS ROM. I may release a version that is LiteRom compatible before I release the final update of the theme. I think LiteROM only uses a few different assets.
I'm not guaranteeing support for LiteROM right now. But I will look into it further.

I'm so looking forward to this, thanks for putting the time into a theme for i927 !!
I hate the stock dialer
Hope it doesn't take much more to get it going on UCLJ3.
Shouldn't need any changes for the new update...not sure what the update addressed except for keyboard backlight.
Yeah, for LiteROM it could be a bit funky, though we could see themed 15 toggles from VM. That'd be cool, especially the neon green/dark blue like that on the gsiii

I'm sorry, I am not a programmer. I can't write up a new dialer. If you want a good dialer, I can only suggest ExDialer from the market,
good little app. Other than that, no it will simply include a new look for the stock dialer. Sorry.

Modified an updater script so these people don't have to go through the adb Most people don't have SDK.
For my zip, just FLASH with CWMR.
@VM: You should probably put a changelog in OP with Spoiler Tags
EDIT I:
Actually, I'm thinking that the theme will work with any ROM (like LiteROM) other than CM10. Reason being, the SystemUI will just overwrite and since both SystemUI's are based on TW Frameworks it should work. Don't try on CM10 because the Status Bar apks are completely different for CM10 and Stock TW UI. Anyone want to backup and test?

EXTRAordinary CM 10.1-SGS3-4
(JDQ39E CM10.1)
In this ROM has invested a lot of effort. I managed to reduce battery draining, maintain stability. Unfortunately, EXTRAordinary team no longer exists, so I got to do everything myself. Great support and help they've given me malcho, rodman01 ,erpurohit. For that I will always be grateful to them. We wish you comfortable use of this ROM!!!.

There have been a few people asking for a 4.3 version of Dandroid for the d2spr. Until one officially comes out, here are the SystemUI, SPlanner, SecSettings, SecPhone, SecMms, SecLauncher2, SecContacts, and SecCalculator apks along with bootanimation in a flash-able zip. This is still a WIP so there are a few pngs that aren't quite right.
This does not include any mods! The center, blue clock and the CM battery icon you see in the screen shots are XPosed moduels.
All of the apks are from CNexus' DeOdexed Stock ROM and the pngs for the theme have come from Dandroid by Danvdh with a few changes here and there by me. Thanks goes out to them for all their hard work and support for the XDA community. Also a big thank you goes out to Rompnit for letting me use his 4x5 launcher and transparent weather widget! Be sure to go thank him for all of his work on MOAR!
Since these are all based on stock, I have no way of knowing for sure if they are compatible with a ROM that has been moded so please make a nandroid before flashing.
This is for TouchWiz 4.3 only!
Disclaimer: Flash at your own risk!
*It is important to note that there may be additional issues I don't know about and as I am a truck driver, not a programmer I may or may not be able to fix things.
Everyone is encouraged to do what ever you like with anything I post.
Instructions:
You need to already be on a TW 4.3 ROM
DL zip to sd card
Boot into recovery (I use CWM)
Make a nandroid
Wipe cache and dalvik cache
Flash and reboot
Downloads:

Here are a few more screen shots.

No not as far as I see and I check daily on new roms.. dandroid is still on 4.1.2
Oh. Well give this a try and let us know how it goes.
In fact I'd appreciate it if everyone who flashes would let us know your results.

I'll take a look at see what I can do. Tonight would have been my night to work on it but I was at a Christmas play practice and didn't get to.
I use 8sms from the play store myself. It's hard to beat when it comes to AOSP mms.

Here you go.
Edit: The bootanimation is different from how I've seen it in the past. Samsung uses .qmg files instead of .zips. This one is currently a bit choppy but once the new kernels are up to 100% we'll have more freedom to be creative.
Edit2: By the way, this doesn't have any effect on the down animation. If you want to get rid of that you can go into System/media/video/shutdown and either delete the 2 files in there or rename them by adding ".bak" on the end after the ".qmg".

@chad, is it possible you can release just the images to me? not the APKs?

It's in system/media called bootsamsung.qmg. To work with .qmg files you need a porgram called "Samsung Theme Designer". I don't have any experience with that yet. Just DLed it the other day but haven't been able to play with it.
