Apps malfunctioning - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

I'm having a problem with apps not launching properly. Pretty sure this started happening after I flashed yakju but essentially when launched a number of apps scale down to about 200x100 not really sure how to explain it but I've attached a screenshot. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Other than flashing the only other thing I tried to do was unsuccessfully flash a boot animation the adb push failed but not sure that would relate to this.

DRM Protected Content process is hogging CPU.

Hey guys, I'm getting a large constant CPU load from the DRM process. The only thing I've done today is flash the Jelly Bean Animations zip. The animations are working...any insight into why this is happening?

Did you reboot? Does it start automatically?
Yea actually I think I was just being impatient, I noticed after every reboot it will hog the CPU for a couple minutes and then it backs off to normal operation

[Q] What app is this? Is it safe?

Alright, so shortly after my friend accepted the ICS OTA update on the E4GT, this began popping up, but dunno which app it is. It wants to access so much, I didn't know if it was safe. Anyone got a clue?

From the pictures it looks safe as its mostly samsung system apps.
Yes they are the standard permissions to have the system apps to work.

Just delete it. It's from Google Play.. Some aps you download have that causing ads to pop up in your notification bar.

Careful of Anroid Tweaker Pro app.!

SPH-D710 rooted....grabbed app from Google Playstore installed & immediate boot-loop ! Fixable but definitely unexpected....heads up thats all.

Haven't had any type of problem with Android Tweaker Pro. Any error I've ran into is usually my own fault.

Me neither... You didn't change any settings? It's usually a good idea to make a nandroid backup before playing with internal settings, especially if you don't know what you're doing.
