You can find several themes similar to ICS installing the powerful Go Launcher EX. The ICS theme is not included in the apk but you will be able to download one from the market. Themes for Go Launcher are the most famous!

ADW Launcher is the fastest and it has preety cool ICS theme.
I agree with RadBFD ADW+ICS theme look good

I recently started looking for a 4-way lockscreen mod for ICS roms who aren't including this feature but I found nothing. I'm on CM9. Is it possible to create a mod to add something like that?

Yeah I know but I would stay on CM9 . I'm not a crazy flasher you know .

You should try the AOKP version because it's as stable as CM9 and I think that CM9 dosen't have something more than AOKP

but will it need root? coz my gnex isnt rooted

Hello. I want to share with you Touchwiz UX launcher that i modified to work with CM10 on galaxy ace
Launcher and all required libs are in CWM flashable zip attached. I have also included all necessary libs that are required for SGS3 weather widget to work.
You can get weather widget in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1846100
How to install:
- Reboot to recovery
- Flash attached zip file
- Reboot
Be aware that this can damage your device, so dont hold me responsible if you brick your Galaxy Ace.
I havent fully tested modded app so if there are any bugs (wich i think there are) please let me know.

Yeah i know its but it have some bugs like it make widgets of 4*2 to 4*3 and 4*1 to 4*2 some thing like that....
