I managed to port some features from my Extended Settings for MIUI over to teamhacksung's ICS Port for the Galaxy S.
I hope you enjoy it!!!
What it does??
StatusBar layout. Choose Right, Center or Switched. (Requires Reboot) (ScreenShots Below)
StatusBar options :-
Hide/Show the Battery Icon
Hide/Show the Clock
Hide/Show the Carrier. Change the Carrier to a logo. Change the carrier text.
Change the Notification date format.
Hide/Show the Signal Icon
Overscroll options :-
Choose the Overscroll effect
Choose the Overscroll weight
Colour options :-
Choose a solid Wallpaper
Choose the Clock colour
Choose the Carrier colour
Choose the Statusbar colour and transparency
App Drawer option :-
Enable a pulldown app drawer (Not of much use in ICS, this was designed with MIUI in mind, where no app drawer exists.)
What it doesn't do??
The following options have yet to be ported so have no effect.
Show headset icon
Lockscreen date format
Clock format
Show alarm icon
Choose top-bar colour
Installation
Installation is a two part process.
First install the ICSsettings.apk (copy to your SDCARD and install like you would install any other app.
Second, install the ICSsettings.v2.1.zip (copy to you SDCARD and flash via recovery)
***THIS WILL ONLY WORK ON teamhacksung's ICS Port for the Galaxy S BUILD14. Please do no try on any other ROM. ***

Thanks for this. The download link doesn't seem to work though.. getting the ICS setting zip is fine but the link for the apk offers the zip as well.
Is it possible to add "Data On/Off" Button in the notification Bar!?

Update 06/10/11
Besides the usual centre clock, transparency and iconswitch this time I have improvised and done the following:
a) Phone signal to the extreme left and is fixed. All icons appear in between
b) Honeycomb digital clock on lockscreen(multifont).Never use patterned lockscreen with this method. See bugs. You will not be able to unlock if you use patterned unlock. So there are two versions.
c) Custom animations(flip and flyin mix from Fab's apex ROM).
** You can change theme Chooser themes without rebooting if you use Cache Cleaner NG from market to clean caches after applying theme Chooser theme ( thanks to coozie for the info).
**In Grif's RC1(odexed) you have to delete SystemUI.odex after flashing to get transparency .
Download here centre clock+iconswitch without honeycomb digital clock for cooper kang beta 2 and BehradGH cyanoace(android 2.3.7)--kangbeta2.zip
Download here centre clock+iconswitch with honeycomb digital clock for cooper kang beta 2 and BehradGH cyanoace (android 2.3.7)--kanghoneybeta2.zip
Download here to revert back to normal android 2.3.7--vnormal .zip
BUGS
Cannot unlock with patterned lockscreen if using honeycomb clock mod.SO NEVER USE PATTERNED LOCK IF USING THIS MOD/or use the mod without this clock. But if you don't use patterned unlock you can use it without problems.

INSTRUCTIONS
1.PLEASE READ
a)Transparency works with only those themes which support transparent status bar.
b)You should never chose signal text display. Also you should have the battery percentage indicator always on(for centre clock and icon switch to be good).
c) You have to reboot everytime you change theme chooser themes because theme chooser overwrites it and status bar blanks out. Or you can use Cache Cleaner NG to clean caches without rebooting(icon switch and centre clock mods).
2.How to apply-
(a)Apply themes supporting transparent status bar or any theme if you don't want transparency .
(b)Download the mods above . Go to cwm recovery.Select install zip from sdcard and apply.
3.Remember these Transparency situations with different launchers:
a)ADWLauncher: works after unchecking "System Preferences" > "Wallpaper hack";
b)LauncherPro and Go Launcher Ex: works only with live wallpapers or with normal wallpapers, but you have to hide notification bar on "Appearance Settings" in LauncherPro.
c)Stock GB launcher,Ice cream sandwich launcher,Xperia active launcher : works by default, no issues.

This is just a small collection of mods, build for stock XXBLFB/LG6/LG8.
It doesn't work on deodexed ROMs!
Use at your own risk, it's not tested that much (it should work though ).
Please read the entire post before flashing, you may find some useful hints.

This is for XXBLFB ODEX Rom
Use this on you own risk.
No CRT, Ext Power - Green Toggle as stock - signal in out as stock
For those who wants to Change Battery Icon to others, Flash this. It has circle batt icon already (If you flash scheichuwe update battery on previous post, you still get green stock toggle but the signal in out will be blue color. This one is stock color for signal)
And
Flash Battery Theme
Thx to scheichuwe for showing me how to do this

Hii Guys and Gals, Whoever just want to mod their latest CYANOGENMOD OS latest NIGHTLY, here i present you the patch for following things:-
1) Tablet Tweaks.
2) Centre clock with no overlapping problems.
3)Ics lockscreen pattern. And
4)Ics layouts by Achep
In tablet tweaks it mostly includes the softkeys and also removed the blurred backscreen when power menu is selected.
Centre clock is also made but in this scene there is no overlapping issue.
Ics lockscreen pattern makes the lockscreen circles holo.
And in ics layouts, Deskclock mod and also the volume mod is not aprrehended cause its personal decision.
Screenies will be added later. Sorry

Important Notes
1) If your phones is 'destroyed' or "bricked", while using the patch, than its not mine fault. Restore the data and rom in case of something went wrong
2) If you are using the patch and if your status bar has gone black or less visible, than untick the softkeys in the cyanogenmod setting and select the system theme and then use the torch app.
3)Tablet_Patch undo has not been uploaded, so use it with caution
4)Common problem faced by me is after flashing each patch my status bar has gone black, so use the above solution, don't over react to it
5)If you want that your rom should have this all patches, then just tell me. I will do it for you all
6)Yea i know i almost forgot to tell that mount the system and data before applying the patch. And if status bar is gone, then flash the undo patch and again flash the main patch.

Yup That happens.
That's why there needs to be an undo, to bring status bar back!
After that, you can flash the patch again and it does it properly.

For the lockscreen the music controlls arent fixed. Can you convert these two mods? One is AOSP statusbar and the other is a lockscreen music fix for the AOSP lockscreen. You cannot copy over the files from the S to the ION as the ability to access your external sd
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1724602
EDIT: Or possibly convert this one since it has both mods into one zip and aswell as a changed background for the settings.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1864109
Aosp status bar is listed above. The lock screen is related to framework-res.apk. which haven't work for the ION. I have to clarify, I known bit about coding but not anywhere close to be Mod/Dev. As I mentioned only collected that worked for our device.
Sent from my LT28at - ICS - Rooted and now deodex !
Yes I know the AOSP statusbar is there but I prefer the other one as it is more true to AOSP style. With the lockscreen you can PM the dev and asked what he changed in framework-res, and apply that to the ION
thanx but is there a way to get it WITHOUT battery showing percentage?

And also the inactive icons are hardly visible.

Status Bar Toggles with Quick Setting and Brightness Bar - Stock Battery %
When I used the above mod on LT28i ICS, I lost the connectivity settings under Settings/Xperia/Connectivity/Usb Connection Mode. So, PC could not mount the drive and i could not access the internal and external sd cards.
Please use the files from my Deodex Zip for LT28i ICS , for mods for LT28i ICS.

Updated in the OP - I don't think the file itself, but the system has a little glitch. I ran into it once, reboot solved it. I tested it out as you can see in the image (can't atttached anymore so have to be outside link for the image).
circle mod works great, thanks for your hard work!
I like AOSP mod the most. Only thing missing is the Brightness bar.
Is there a way to use any of these and still keep the lte icon?

You'll need a deodexed ATT fw and mod, or the gx systemui to get the Lte symbol back. Unless someone incorporates the LTE symbol in these mods.

would ROM Toolbox's icon changer work for this too?

Maybe, but I personally wouldn't use that app. If you want the LTE symbol back just grab the GX systemui from that thread. It works great and you'll get stock toggles.
The GX bar is my temporary solution but it is missing a couple of options that i usually use aka: brightness and gps toggles.
I am trying to learn how to mod one with all 15 toggles and add lte to it.

I'm working on getting LTE signal bar with toggles. Having trouble recompiling. My mod files had error - I'm still learning so no ETA

Anyone knows if there is a way to mod extended power-menu & phone call interface?
Its possible right?

is it possible for this to be in a ziptheme format ? because i flashed your 1% mod and flashed ziptheme mods .. it would be hard to have this and the 1% mod to be together since i cant apply them both :|

I haven't updated it for latest Maguro beta. I didn't know if there was still a problem with the icon spacing. I'll update soon...
It looks like they fixed the icon spacing issue in the latest Maguro build. I'm not seeing any problems in the xml. They only change two lines this time and neither one has to do with the previous icon placement issue.
Could some one post a screen shot of the latest Maguro build, please?
i think there is the spacing error here .. latest build 15/2
Another screenshot with the space error. Latest build 15/02
Greetings

MAGURO - FEB15 - TEST PACKAGE
Not much has changed over the stock xml, except for two lines.
Not guaranteed to work, so have a NANDROID
- "Stock" will revert you back to stock in case the test package doesnt work.
- "Test Package" will hopefully fix the icon spacing issue.
This is an scrennshot applying "Test Package". I drop icons on res/drawable-xhdi. It's neccesary drop icons on res/drawable-sw1000dp-xhdpi?. I think doesn't work.
Greetings.

[MAGURO][FEB15] - v3 - TEST PACKAGE
Be sure to have a NANDROID
- Stock = Reverts back to "stock"
- [v3] - Test Package = Potential icon gap fix
Another failure on "Test Package V1". The icon on notification bar remains in 85%, but the icon on Android says I have 79% of battery.
Greetings.

This is only to fix the icon spacing issue in Paranoid Android.
So this wont give you 1% battery, but [THIS] will.
