Hey if anyone is still interested in this i found one that uses your current font so if you have the roboto font installed the widget will use it

nope not having any problems.

Gives it a 3D illusion

Have you updated to v3.75?
I am using BW with AOKP B25, and there is no such problem with weather icon.

No problem with BW here. Have you tried deleting the widget and adding it again?

There are a few different widgets for the super clock.
Just try one of the other types.

Changed to nova launcher and everything is fine

Looks like a UCCW theme... check it out at the play store uccw ultimate custom clock widget... theres a lot of people over at mycolorscreen.com they do a lot of theming to phones you should check it out...
