I have been trying to find an answer to this but it seems no one has an answer to this.
I want to see every email subject when the email is come. I mean if i have 3 mails, status bar must show 3 gmail notificaions and list it and not group them together as 3 unread gmails.
Anyone knows if this is possible?
Thanks a lot in advance.

That's a good idea, maybe possible with a modded gmail app? Subscribed to this thread.

Does this do it?
Gmail->Menu->Label Settings->Uncheck "Notify once"
I believe that does it. Haven't tested it yet but I'm pretty sure that's it.
Much thanks JohnKuczek!

MissedIt (at least in the latest version 1.4.0) works with all email clients which support notification, e.g K9.
Every app that uses notifications can be displayed (now).

I use the widget "SMS Unread Count", the thing for calls, mails and sms. works perfectly, but also miss the notification for gtalk...
when dragging the widget to homescreen, you'll have the possibility to change the icon, to give them a title... decide which "notification" size to choose–there are two options, small and large. zero's could also be displayed by choice.
a app called "missed it!" is what you looking for

Not that it only kills your battery but it severely speeds up the degradation on the screen even if its just black. A lit screen will degrade faster than a totally off screen.
Thanks brendo.
I assume this could be done for Facebook and Twitter???
yeah, anything with a notification (a number that dispays on the icon). ive seen it done with facebook, wish i could do it with ebay

Is there a way to ungroup messages in GMail? It keeps adding all messages into one message from one sender..
I don't think so. That's the whole point of Gmail, it threads messages by subject.
Yes You Can..

By default, Gmail was originally designed to keep all the messages and replies with the same subject line grouped together in one convenient place. While this “conversation view” was intended to spare users the chore of rooting around the In box for a particular message in the thread, it can be unwieldy when a lot of people are contributing to the conversation.
Google realized that not everybody likes having the messages clumped together, so Gmail now makes it optional. To ungroup your messages, log into your Gmail account on the Web, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and choose Mail Settings. On the General tab, in the Conversation View area, click the button next to “Conversation view off” and then click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the settings page.

Hey guys! Can anybody help doing the same in SGS3?
Thx
My conversation view is off in Gmail on the web , but in SGS3 gmail App, its still clubing somany msgs and makes difficult to find out the required one.
From all the reading I have done, it appears that the unread count not showing on the gmail app is a known issue? When I get text messages, I see a "1" overlay on my messages icon. But not for Gmail. I did see an app in the play store that is "supposed" to fix this. Or would I be better served by flashing a custom rom. It seems pretty absurd to me that an OS made by google doesnt have overlays for Gmail.

I think that's a TouchWiz feature. And thats why it only works with the messages and built-in email app, etc.
I use Nova Prime, I think the pay version of most launchers includes that. But, I never found a free launcher that did it.
Sent from my HOCKS
Nova might do it, if you install the tesla unread plugin, but I'm not sure. Picked up Prime when they had the $.25 sale and have loved it
Tried out nova prime with tesla unread plugin and it works decent. Without some app I don't know of a way to get the unread number on not stock apps.

When I have new emails in my Gmail account, there's a little icon in the notification bar. Ans when I swipe it down, it even shows me the titles of the emails. I know this doesn't solve ur problem, but it works for me.

I have the same thing. The notification bar just seems very crowded to me and I end up overlooking the notification. More of a personal problem than anything but would be a nice feature to have standard.

hi,
I am working on email count template on the zooper widget. I have email icon and next to txt field where I like to display number of new emails.
I have been checking this link; http://www.jagwar.de/en/show-notification-counts-in-zooper-with-tasker/, it uses Tasker to accomplish the email account, but when I tried, it sure display email account, but number of email count always 1 even if I have 12 new emails.
maybe using tasker is not a good idea, but considering I am newbie to Zooper, thought I should ask here and see if any one can help me solve this issue..
bunch of thanks in advance!

My At A Glance widget does not seem to be working correctly. I have tons of calendar appts... my own appointments along with appointments from my wifes shared calendar. But I have not seen once anything being populated on my homescreen widget. Anybody else have this issue?

as a followup.... does anybody know how this is supposed to work with calendars that are shared with you? for example, my wife shares her google calendar with me with just read only access.... her calendar shows up under Other Calendars. Are her events supposed to show up because they dont? I do receive notifications for them. Cant find anything regarding this. Also, has anybody gotten teh traffic updates to work as well? Really wish there was some sort of guide to how this widget is supposed to work. thanks

As far as the calendar goes, if you want your wife's to show you can create a "family" calendar. It's the only way I can see both my events & my wife's. Just follow directions https://support.google.com/families/answer/7157782?co=GENIE.Platform=Desktop&hl=en
