Ist it possible to install windows mobile 7 and android (dual boot) on Xperia Arc with unlocked bootloader?

Hey..
That is a HTC HD2 .. It runs Windows Mobile Edition on stock..
There are many phones which have WM on which Android can be dual booted i think.. Cos Android is pretty open source and can be ported to the phones..
But the other way round Windows Mobile for Android phones seems difficult .. Considering that its propritery and closed source.. So no way to port it..

As the person above me said. Android is open source, and thus can easly be ported to diffrent devices. Windows mobile is not open source and cannot. If you want both you need to buy a windows phone.

You can dual boot or just flash backups through recovery..

No. .62 firmware (2.3.4) was probably the last gingerbread before ICS.

Than another newby question, what is the difference of 2.3.5 and 2.3.7? :/
And, where i get original updated Xperia Arc ROM? And how to flash, i saw a thread that says to flash all old files o.o
But... ;/

Just use SEUS or PC Companion and update

im trying 2 root my arc s on ICS 4.0.4
and after i flash my phone i opend the runme.exe file
and while it's rooting it says he can't install busy box and ui coz it's not located in my system file on my phone plz
if there any one can help me
tell me what can i do?

If im not mistaken, arc s android 4.0.4 is not rootable unless you flash the kernel from version 4.0.3/build 562. Try looking around, there are tons of thread about rooting the android 4.0.4

Sorry but that's the reply you've got. Your 4.0.4 is not rootable

What they said was right. That file will help you root your phone by exploiting a loophole in the .562 kernel.
So flash the kernel and you're good to go.

I have a rooted Xperia Arc S, and I am interested in changing my Rom. At the moment I have MooDed ICS 90.4, but I was wondering if there are any better Roms I should use...
I would not use a Rom which requires an unlocked bootloader as I do not want to unlock mine as I heard that you can no longer use Sony PC Companion to unbrick your phone (which I have needed 4 times!)

By the way Sony has released an update for the 4.1.B.0.431...so now its the 4.1.B.0.587 which is the newest update...i would recommend you update it to 587 from 431 and then root it
