I would suggest using the search and checking the kernel threads for the specific information you need. Most of it is in the title though
http://forum.xda-developers.com/search.php?searchid=97762079
Also this should be in the Q&A section
You are actually in the bad section man, next time use Android Questions forum.
BUT, HierOS Kernel should do the job.

Thanks,I was very pissed when creating this thread,so just ignore it

Why is the two development threads?(Original/Development)

Why??? I'm confused
I just answered this in your Kernel thread mate.
Orignial Development Thread - This is for ROM's built from scratch.
Development Thread - This is for Stock based ROM's which have tweaks etc.
Hope this helps.

[Q] Quick question :)

Heya guys, new to forum and same as every noobie, love the work.
My question is this,
I am in the UK on Vodafone. I have an International Unlocked GT-N7100. It IS rooted. I am about to install LiquidSmooth ROM 2.1 running android 4.2.2 ...........
Will I need a custom kernel or not? If so, which is best?
Many thanks, Mark.

Wow.
Yeah. Redpill and uneak both are available. You can try both. But I think it should install it's own kernel as well
Questions go in q&a section.

questions don't belong in the DEVELOPMENT forum. there's a Q & A (Questions & Answers) forum.
Thanks.

Sorry i figured this post would be better brought up in the development section. Would you be able to move it to Q&A for me or should i make a new post there? Sorry for my newbie questions.

At the top right of your post theres a triangle, click it to report your post and explain that you need it moved to q&a. Dont start another thread.
Questions aren't allowed here as people would abuse it and even if they didn't it would still bury all the actual development relared threads.
