It enables Debug Mode in the stock launcher. It basically lets you modify some settings of the stock launcher....fling values and friction values and what not.
Oh and it also shows your FPS in the bottom right corner.

Can this be installed with the default kindle app on CM7?

No, it work only on default firmware

Yup the one and only
Anychance you could extract it? I'm away from my proper setup for a while.
Simply unyaffs it.
But i don't suggest you to do that cause it suck.
It shows default gingerbread launcher, and default lockscreen, and touchscreen doesn't work.
I managed to get touchcscreen and screen off working, but can't understand where is honeycomb launcher...
That's actually what I wanted to check. Seems they have foregone updating the regular screen layouts. =/
They honeycomb launcher is in the XLarge folders of launcher2.
Seems there's still holding some stuff for AOSP. The HC gallery isn't there either.

To be honest, this really isn't ParanoidAndroid, AOKP, or CyanogenMod anymore. When you put them all together you have something totally new. With this ROM you can do interesting things like having new rows of toggles and many other things that you'll have to find on your own. However keep in mind that on some occasions different settings can cause conflicts with others considering they're not supposed to be together in the first place, so just be smart about what you do. Before I continue I want to thank the CyanogenMod Team, AOKP Team, ParanoidAndroid Team, and szl.kiev who provided me with the merged frameworks and settings that I tweaked to solve some layout issues and conflicts. Without these people none of this would be possible. I hope you all enjoy what I have to offer here

Would changing ROM control settings for the lock screen put me into a boot loop? I changed the PA settings last time and I got stuck in a boot loop.

Not sure you can always back up and try. Maybe leave one neutral and change one at a time? Combining might bootloop

[BootAnimation][MOD][addon.d] Stock Nexus Boot Animation

This mod will backup your existing boot animation, and install the stock Nexus boot animation. This mod also includes an addon.d script.

What is addon.d?
On some ROMs, like Cyanogenmod, there are scripts in /system/addon.d that run during a ROM update or flash. They can backup and restore system apps (like Gapps), or perform many other functions. This mod includes an addon.d script, so the boot animation is not lost during a ROM update! If your ROM doesn't support addon.d, this mod should still flash properly, but you won't benefit from addon.d.
Tested and Confirmed to work on:
I have ensured this will install the correct resolution boot animation on the Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4, Nexus 7, and Nexus 10, but it should work on virtually any Android device. Let us know if it works!
Install Instructions:
- Boot into recovery
- Flash Enable zip
- Reboot

- Flash Disable zip

DISCLAIMER:
This mod involves editing system files. Use at your own risk! Also please don't forget, before you report ROM related bugs in the ROM developer thread, you should remove this mod to make sure the issue is not caused by this mod!
Works great!
Stock bootanimation is the best among the rest! Thanks bro!
Thanks I was looking for something like this. I hate the one that comes with my rom. It's hideous. Not going to name it tho haha.

This is the most easy method I´ve found so far.
Just make sure to enable Install from Unknown Sources.
How to Root Motorola Razr D1 XT914:
1. Install latest version of Framaroot and launch the app
2. Select "Boromir", then restart phone.
Now the phone is rooted! congrats and enjoy using advanced options and apps like Adfree, Titanium Backup and else.
You can check if it worked by looking for Superuser in your phone's app list
and by the way, remember to allow root access only to apps you really trust.

Seems like a fake; it mentions a different phone model, meaning this method would brick the XT914.
sweet
worked fabulous
Hello There,
I just rooted my Razr D1, and now of course I would like to uninstall those bloated system apks, so the phone runs faster. As a newbie, I'm not sure which apks I can safely remove. Is there a list of them that I could use as a guidance ?
Thanks for any hint.
Best Wishes

I haven't tried that, since it usually takes a lot of trial/error steps, you could instead try installing Greenify to make the phone faster, works great in mine.

[Bootlogo] Motorola: Powered by Lineage (N/A removed)

G'day people!
After discovering this Bootlogo for the original moto g, i felt the need for one on the Moto g4 plus since it's the phone I'm using. Basically its the regular moto logo but it's saying "Powered by Lineage" instead of the classic "Powered by Android"
I'm NOT responsible for any issues this may cause to your device. Installing this is completely your own decision and I'm not forcing you to install anything.

I've not tested this method by myself and therefore not knowing whether it works or not. I'm pretty sure that it works but since I haven't tested it I can't be sure. If you end up using this method, please inform me of the result
