[Q] I've flashed the Cow ROM but my cpu is still limited to 1.4 .why????

as I said in the title
I flashed the Cow ROM :http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1441662
but my cpu is still 1.4 not 1.8
can anyone tell me why?
BTW I'm from china,i'm sorry my English is poor：P

You need to install setcpu.. By default the rom clock at 1.4ghz..

That may be, but apparently there are two versions. One which is supporting Overclocking and one which doesn't.

you use an Official upgrade or normaly it's must good :s
I just test to delete APk and install and it work
but I use the JJ's ROM ...
I don't understund why it donc work in official ROM
I think you must wait an another people who install official ROM and have the official ROM...

[Q] Which Kernel is Better Pereus or note2core??

Hey was wondering which kernel is better for performance and battery.....Perseus or note2core OC or OC Extreme....this is for the att i317.....was also wondering any issues with any of these kernels....want something stable but good on performance and battery...anybody using these...one better than the other...and why.....thanks for anyones help...if this has been asked then sorry......

Just try both my friend....they both are great..... I myself use note2 core ex.......

just flash it or use mobile odin....

After u flash wipe caches and fix permissions

I'm using Pereus and love it and have had no issues. My benchmark is awesome as well even though some people say it doesn't mean anything.

Well, everyone use if you have played game that game 1000 times and got bored.

Can't install xposed installer

If anyone can help with me with this I would appreciate it but here is some background I'm rooted and I have the latest xposed framework app on my device and I also have the SD card fix app on my device, also USB debugging is check and as well unknown sources bit I keep getting this error message ( check pic I have included)

To solve this, you must install a different kernel other than the stock one such as compulsion or colonel x. Once you've done that. Try installing it again. It will work flawlessly. Don't forget to hit thanks if it works.

Does that mean to run xposed you need a custom rom?
I have same problem with Note 3 SC-01F device. Routed, but cannot install xposed.
I'm on official room now, and wouldn't like to change it to custom cause I'm afraid it won't work correctly with Japanese provider firmware.

I use it with stock 4.42 rooted with no issues.
