[Q] NOVA 3 for Xperia Play?

Does anyone know if NOVA 3 will be coming to the Xperia PLAY? (gamepad support)
It might look great on a Galaxy S3, but the onscreen controls are horrible.

Temple run lag.. Reason?

Tell me one thing guys. My Arc S is really smooth and it runs usually many games but then why does a small game like temple run lags on it?
Am i installing it wrong or so? (I have link2sd installed)

Temple Run isn't that small of a game. It's normal for our arcs to struggle keeping up with temple run. Our hardware is fairly old compared to other phones.

On my arc lt15i using GB Arconium and doom kernel no lag,tried the game,but too boring for me to keep playing it.

It was stuttering and laggy for me too, but then after I flashed my current kernel, I have better experience, of course you should always check for malicious app running services that's hogging cpu time.
My current setup is in my signature.

Get Gingerbread.
ICS and JB ROMs are crap for playing.

X-Gamer + DooMKerneL v22 @1.4Ghz = No lag, but Battery Drain.
I used this combo before chaging to Spart Charge ROM + KTG Anzu Kernel 1.52 @1.4Ghz which also rarely Lag in this Game.

When you unlock it,you'll get the best from your Arc.Then you'll see how good Arc is.Cheers

I am also having the same problem.
I installed .42 firmware with DoomKernel Version 22. Superb performance....no lags at all. Better battery. :laugh:

No lag using besttt's AOKP build 5, fusion kernel v3.5, baseband 77, oc 1600. :good:

i had this problem on my arc s then i researched it and found a little solution:
go to this link:http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1337955&d=1348044534
then download and save on your memory card.
i recommend a back up then flash it.
this is a graphics driver will improve your graphics, reduce game lag(not completely), and make your arc s smoother.
dont thank me cuz i didn't come up with the idea

What baseband for xplay for gaming?

I dont know.. why my xperia play so lag.. im used and tried so many rom.. express rom ics, hybrid rom, next2jb,etc..
But always lag.. anyone can help me? I play game like vector its to lag.. please help me.. i try setting my cpu..

Vector lags because the game is not made properly for the xp. Look at all the reviews on the play store.

Your baseband doesn't really matter for gaming performance.

Try a stock ginger bread ROM for gaming

[Q] Ram problem in xperia s and hd games not working!!!

Hi..
I m using xperia s with unlocked bootloader and rooted firmware of doom lord build.211 jb
Problem is that xs has 1024 mb of ram but ut is showing just 684 mb of ram..
Is there any rom which can increase my ram to 800 or max..
And other thing which is odd is that whenever I try to play cod modern warefare 4 it opens and close..same with
Dark knight rises.. And many ither why is it so?
Plzz help me!!

On My Xperia S modern combat 4 works great!
And other HD games too

Mine show 686 mb of ram in total.

how?? whenever i try to open it , it stuck on verification data and then homescreen appears

It only shows 684 Mb of RAM because the rest is dedicated to kernel, GPU and other things that aren't shown there.

It should work, yes. Your problem isn't related to the phone capabilities.

If you have downloaded it legally from GP it,should work with no problems

[Q] PS Pocket in ICS or better??

Hi guys, i have a question. PS Pocket works fine in some ICS or JB roms?? I heard with the Xperia Play Z's rom has full PlayStation Certified but i don't know if PS Pocket works or not or if exist any other rom where it works. Thanks
PD: Im latin , sorry for my English

I know that on ICS only Crash Bandicoot works, but not games converted with PSXperia. I'm not sure about JB, i've never test it (but i beleave that PSXperia games also don't work)
