I ordered this primarily for the case. But the rooCASE bubble sleeve case also came with a stylus and an anti-glare screen protector. All for $28.98, which after seeing how the nice the case, screen protector and stylus were.....It's is a steal!!
The case has foam bubbles on the inside to protect your Xoom from any shock, like drops. All 4 edges have foam as well. There is an outside pocket to hold things like your charger. I believe that the dimensions of the case were primarily meant for the iPad, but since the Xoom is so close to the iPad footprint they are marketing this to both. I thinks its a great fit.
The anti-glare screen protector is perfectly precut for the Xoom's screen and was easy to install. The stylus has a soft vinyl covered foam tip and works great.

I just got my roocase, I really like it. much better then the last one. (the leather was always bubble up around the edges)
I took small sharp scissors and cut a nice slot to plug it in with the cover closed.

So like most people who dish out a grip of money for a decent phone I searched for the perfect case, to me anyway. Coming from 2, yes 2 carbon fiber cases from VZW I finally found one I like very much.
The Incipio Silicrylic is a two piece hybrid case. First piece is a fitted silicone sleeve and the second piece is a hard plastic 3/4 case that is coated like the Droid X's shell. They fit each other very well, in fact when I opened the packaging I thought all I got was the silicone sleeve but they put together in the packaging. That should give an indication on the detail put into its design.
First off, it does not add much bulk, if any at all. Its very form fitted and the buttons are all covered by the silicone but are very accessible. The edges on the front do not take up a lot of real estate so moving icons between home screens is easy. My previous CF case blocked some of the sides and it was difficult to drag icons between screens, plus I have fat fingers. I'd say the front lip is about 1-1.5mm tall so no problems of the screen touching anything when left upside down or sliding for that matter since its the silicone sleeving. All the ports and mics and speakers are readily available nothing blocked. From what I've read you can use the extended battery but you have to leave off the back cover of the phone.
For the first few days the silicone attracted lint but after that it was not a problem. The case gives a lot of grip because of the rubberized coating where as my old CF case would feel slippery every once in a while since it was uncoated CF which is slippery by nature. Overall its a great case and worth the price I paid which was $24 shipped. And with this case getting to the battery and SD card is simple, no worrying about broken tabs like my 2 CF cases.

I just got this case from eBay for around $5 USD and I am so impressed with it I had to write a quick review. I think the name brand is Fusion.
-The fit of the case is just perfect. Very snug.
-The thickness is just enough to protect the camera lens and screen without adding much bulk.
-The sides of the case have a nice texture to make it very easy to grip.
-The TPU material doesn't attract lint and is very easy to slide in and out of your pocket.
-All of the holes match up fine.
-The buttons on the sides of the phone are covered but in my opinion this makes the pressure required just right so you don't accidentally press them.
The only negative at all is that the hole for the headphone jack may be too small for some plugs. The Samsung headphones and my Bose headphones fit just fine though. (Update: My Bose speakers I had to trim a little plastic off of the audio cable but it fits fine now.)

I ordered a similar one from eBay on the 14th, and it arrived today. Fits pretty well and leaves a bit of a bumper around the display, adding a bit of protection.

I believe I saw a matte black on Dealextreme. Most of the black ones I've seen are part matte, part glossy.

Hard to tell from the image, but isnt that simply a hole in the case where they camera lense is, so offers no protection for the lens at all??
Its an impossible task trying to find a case that offers protection for the camera.. they are so hi spec and good quality these days, the last thing you want is muck or scratches on the optics.. surely a case designer can be innovative enough to design some sort of sliding cover....
I purchased the Black one as well. However, the glossy part scratches too easily. Handle with care.

I've tryed both, and i really prefer the samsung one, the tpu case attracts way too much dust, while the samsung case it's a lot easier to clean. The dust on the tpu case pile up on the sides, and from there it's a hell to remove it.

It's true, that was my experience with this TPU case as well. Dust would pile up on the edges of the screen and under the TPU lining. I'd have to constantly take off the TPU case and wipe the screen to keep my SGS2 nice and pretty. With the official Samsung vent case i can simply wipe the screen clean in one go without taking off the case. Sure, the official case offers less protection, but it also preserves the form and weight of the phone quite well, whereas the TPU case adds significant weight and thickness to the phone in comparison.
I just got a few of these delivered from buyaccess. Delivered in a week and they fit like a glove. Nice ridge around the screen so it won't scratch if you put it face down and extra grip on the sides.

I just got my Captivate Glide and thought it needed a case. I ordered the "Hard SnapOn Phone Protector Cover Case FOR Samsung CAPTIVATE GLIDE i927 Smoke" on eBay for around $5.
The case itself is in two pieces. It attaches to the phone by having some edges clip to the phone. I like the design and it looks pretty good. The case fits well and the cutouts for the connectors/buttons/camera are decent. You always an option to leave the top piece off if you want.
You might have an issue with the hardware keyboard with the top piece on, because it pushes the usable area for the top key row back a little bit, but I didn't mind it much.
Overall, I'd recommend this one if you're looking for a plastic case. Now all I need is a screen protector.
Does that case increase grip? Shouldn't any screen protection for 4" screens work?
The back of the phone without the case has some texture to it. This case doesn't though, it's clear plastic. It will add some more millimeters around the phone so you might consider to have more grip in that way.
Yeah, I could look for any 4" protector, but I've seen ones that have the cutouts for the speaker and front facing camera.
Try the iFrogz sold with the AT&T logo. Wrote something about them at the Accessoires section. If you have a steady hand, I think they are very good.
The rubberized cases have a quite good grip. Also buyable at ebay or Amazon or other dealers.

Yes its big, but I'd worked out what size it would be before buying the phone or case. Get a ruler, make a cardboard mock up.
I actually had the case before the phone and it went straight into it on arrival. Working outdoors a lot and having had old candy bar type phones often take a tumble to the ground, I wanted my new phone properly protected.
Having used the phone and case for 6 months, its only tumbled out of pocket once, when not actually clipped in. I typically use the hard beltclip cover, in top pocket of work shirt, with the clip opened over the shirt button. This prevents it riding deeper in the pocket, but the button provides something for the clip to grab, so if during contortions outside, the phone flips out of pocket, it remains clipped to the pocket. Additionally when using the belt clip cover, the silicon shell faces the body, so it seems very unlikely perspiration would find its way into the phone, which seems to be an issue with some phones and their usb/headphone ports (covered with defender)
It seems it would also be quite secure if deeper in the pocket without the belt clip cover, the silicon case grabs the pocket well, although in this position the button is exposed to body moisture (if theres no stock seal around that)
What I did NOT like about the case was the built in screen protector, like all matte finish protectors I have seen, it blurs the pixels giving a fuzzy effect to the display.
I carefully removed the built in protector, pushing around with thumb in warm weather worked, and replaced it with a Spigen glas.t, tempered glass protector. The glas.t is about 0.5mm thick, there is room for it within the defender case. I suspect the tempered glass/silicon adhesive would do a good job of spreading the energy from a sharp impact, performing much like a laminated car windscreen which tend to keep most impact chips in the outer glass layer.
I have the full protection of the defender case, and full visual clarity of the screen. Win/Win
I also do not have to worry about the possibility of dust, grit etc working its way into the case and being held against the screen. This may not happen, I didn't leave it original long enough, but certainly seemed it would be likely in the environments I work in.

Well i have this case for over 2 months and i can say that its trully worth the money! The extra protection is awesome as well is the design and grip! However it has 2 downsides IMHO.
1st you have to open it and clean it once per 15 days and believe me at first it's a pain in the ass to open it and you re gonna break some nails .
2nd some areas far on the top on the screen need to be pressed harder i.e. it takes some time to get used to taking down the Notification Center the first days.

Received my Spigen Hybrid case today. Hated it at first, but after some modifications I think it's a keeper.
My issue with the case was twofold:
1. It wouldn't stay on securely, even with the adhesive tabs Spigen put here and there around the inner frames.
2. The lefthand plastic border on front screen moves around, as it is not attached in any manner.
So, I got creative...
I used some clear window insulator tape (Scotch brand) and cut it in strips to add along the inner frame of both front and back of case. Also added one long strip to the front case left edge to keep it from moving around.
It's nice and snug now. You can notice the tape underneath the front frame border...I think I may try putting my dbrand skin over it, or perhaps I'll finagle something else along those lines so it can't be seen. (updated: yes vinyl worked to hide it)
The case is pretty light, definitely durable. Makes the phone chunkier for sure. I can live with it though.
**I also received my CaseMate (the T-Mobile one) today. Hated it. First of all, that rubber hinge cover drove me nuts! All floppy and bunched up while Fold is open. The screen protector on front case had paint overlap from the bezel that I needed to literally scrape off. I did MacGyver that one too...cut the hinge cover right the eff off. It's mediocre at best regardless.
***Added Pics of modified CaseMate Case - removed hinge cover, removed cheapo included screen protector, added same adhesive tape to make it snug and secure. I may actually prefer the feel of this case over the Spigen Hybrid!
****OK, added some vinyl to the Spigen. It covers up the tape perfectly...also covered the metal plate on back that I use for magnetic mounts at home and in car.
