I have been trying to flash my bootloader, but all my command line is doing is this...
I have installed every single version of the galaxy nexus drivers I can get my hands on, but this always happens. It gets stuck at sending.

If you have just upgraded your ROM then you could do the following things.
1)Zero reset, or
2)Just change the ROM with another one.
You could try the new PDAViet ROM.
Just got an old evo and was going to root it and get this screen when I turn the power on. Can someone tell me how to reset this phone?

I don't think you can. When that screen shows up, you have no rom. You can try using the bootloader and get some stock firmware files, or just throw it away.

I recently rooted my device via HTC One Toolkit and afterwards started "reboot recovery" in the Tool. now it looks like it crashed. Nothing happens and no reboot is possible. I cant even turn it off..
What can I do now?

EDIT: Just had to wait very long. Problem solved
I'm trying to use my Samsung account. And I found this instruction to do it. I deleted the Samsung pass apk in the system and after I reset, it threw itself in a boot loop. Any idea what went wrong?
