Depending on your area it could be anywhere from $350-$450. I would check eBay and Craigslist and go from there.

Well the thing with selling used merch, is it obviously has to be significantly lower than retail for the buyer to have incentive to take it. The phone retails for $530, so I would say around $400 is probably a good price to aim for. Considering that you've only had it a month and it's in perfect condition, I bet you can get something decent for it (depending on demand in your area). But if you get too close to retail, the buyer would just as soon fork over the extra 40 or 50 bucks to get it brand new (or at least I would).

Yup. I had 2 NIB I just dumped for 750 for the pair. Had to since I just ordered a Galaxy Nexus. It just depends on your local market how much its gonna go for. I had my mint few week old posted on Cl for over a week and best offer I had was a damn dog lol.

Yeah the people putting this phone down just are trolling i love it.As for the photon you can get $350 if you hype it good on ebay minus fee's about $300 then you can pick a sgs2 up off ebay for about $100 more.

Go to Sprint site pic up their referb sanyo flip for 50.00.
Activate it sell Photon take Sanyo to store trade up within 15 days pay the difference.
Or be a bulldog about things...
Take your oldest Sprint phone that isn't worth selling and swap phones on your line and sell the Photon *OR* trade it in at Sprint,....E3D got $135, Photon should get at least as much. That leaves only $65 left to pay for an ET4G. Then after activation call Sprint and get your contract rescinded (due to the admin fee change). Sure, they want to refuse it...but they will do it. They have to. Sure, t hey will assure you that the contract allows them to go up to $1.99, but, the contract also assures you that any material change to the contract lets you out for free...I'm pretty sure that trumps their card. Sure, you aren't a lawyer but neither are they...and you should make sure they know that you have more time to spend on the issue than they have to defend it. You will get out for free, I did.
Then you get yourself into a new line, port your old number to GoogleVoice and in 3 days you have a $65 ET4G, a new number *and* your old number on your new phone and a new contract with an even more insane ETF.
I did it today, you can too.

Sprint will not fix a broken screen in a repair store, unless the tech wants to do it which is rare, has to go thru Asurion, which more than likely is going to be your cheapest option anyhow

My neighbors across the street were having a party and I'm guessing someone that was drunk broke it or something. I just wanted to know the price to see if it was worth repairing and then selling or just trashing it.

Holy crap! With that much damage, and saying you found in driveway, I think it might have been driven over with a car lol. If you have the sprint insurance plan, go with the 100$ deductible. If you don't..... Don't know what to advise.

Well before you go spending cash on this ET4G ask yourself...
This isn't your phone, and you said you found it in your driveway. Chances are if someone lost it, most likely they reported it lost.
I would be thinking it's ESN has been flash. It's probably nothing more than a parts phone now.

That's why I'm glad I got the insurance with best buy. I've broken mine twice, gf likes to throw things, and got a refurbished phone In like 2 days. Lucky they don't have a deductible so it really only cost me $40 so far in total to replace 2 phones. $10 a month is worth it

AT&T has matched Sam's Galaxy S3 BF price of .96 and let me upgrade 2 weeks early. I can provide proof if you need it, I have the email confirmation.This totally beats waiting in those black friday lines. They also said that I can call back when i get my bill and they will remove the 36$ activation fee
I just called at&t and asked them if they could override the upgrade date to make it 2 weeks earlier to take advantage of sam's offer on black friday. But they said that they could not do it, but they could price match it. I have been constantly having problems with sprint. I love the S2, but I never get reception, always losing signal. Slow to no data. (yes I called them to have the fix the problem but no help. Last week I was on hold for 6 hours, not exaggerating at all).
I called sprint again today, and they would not upgrade my phone. They said I bought it in Feb, and they would charge me $280 to break out of contract and $200 for the new note 2 phone. ($580, they are nutz...).
they wouldn't pass me onto retentions either. They hung up on me 4 times during my phone call. Stupid russion speaking dwarfs from yugoslavia or something...
So I canceled finally, and they didn't even do ANYTHING to try and keep me as a customer. I have been with them since 1999.
So... I will pay the break out fee of $280. But I feel it is a relief to get away from them. Sprint has gone down the toilet, and I am not going to be held hostage by them anymore.
So... Anyone have any suggestions on what to do now? Legal suggestions only please. I still have my S2, so if there was a way I can prepay activate it somewhere .....
OR what is the best bang for the buck wireless company now? I kind of wanted the new note 2 or I can wait for the nexus 4.

I'd probably swallow any loss that you paid to Sprint and move onto T-Mobile if their coverage is nice in your area. $200 for a 2-year contract or buy outright from Google for $300-350, not bad. Just gotta wait since they're on back ordered.
Unfortunate that you experienced that type of customer service from Sprint. I've had nothing but great deals with them every time.
I was looking at Ting... I guess they have a beta program where you can bring your device from sprint. Pay as you go no contract. You get credited the following month for stuff you didn't use.
The epic touch 4g is one of the 5 devices currently supported by ting.

I love the mentality that if a new phone comes out the previous version is immediately outdated. I'm pretty sure I'll have my s3 for at least another year and a half if not longer, not everybody jumps on the "brand new phone" bandwagon.
I like this version a lot better than the first release but I'm still holding out to see what lifeproof's s3 case looks like.
That is way too expensive, plenty of good cases for less than $20. CNET just did a review on about 20 or so good cheap cases for the S3.

These people must be on crack if they think I'm paying $70 for a case. Yet most consumers need to learn how not to be zombie/robot ready and willing to pay $70 for some recycled aluminum and plastic!
