They are just terrible.
for the first week, it attracted sweat. I was not even sweaty, yet it absorbed the sweat. If i were watching you tube videos, i could see where it was wet and id have to wipe it away.
for the second week. Its picking up fingerprints, in my pocket. its that bad. The fingerprints dont go away either. It starts making bumps. Heres the kicker, if you try to swypeD See what i did there?) it away, more finger prints! They start to make it hard just to swipe left and right in the home screens.
To point out some other flaws-
-OverPriced
-Does not even cover the complete screen
-Attracts sunlight
-cut outs are too large, incase of user error
-comes in a pack of 3, so if i get a new screen protector (no way im not) ill feel bad about it. (yes, this is a flaw.)
So Never, Never, Ever, get the verizon screen protector. Even if you were in my position where you did the living social thing to get $50 to spend, Just get two cases, or the highly overpriced $6 screen cleaners, which are really just the free things they give you when you get glasses.
I don't have that problem with Verizon screen protector.
And if you use finger to clean off finger prints.....there's something wrong with you. It's like using a dust-maker to clean the dust?
I do like the smoothness and clarity of the Verizon screen protector. My ghost armor still left some bumps and lines in the protector. The protector not fitting the whole way isn't too bad because I'm using the amzer case but it would be nice it it was a little bigger. I don't like the fact that it scratches so easy. The ghost armor resisted scratches, but this one just takes it. I had it in my pocket all day and managed to find scratches on it. I guess that's why they give you 3. If it was a decent protector you would think 1 is all you need.

The Verizon screen protectors are a bargain compared to some other options out there, and they're just as good. I've used $13 (for one) BoxWave ClearTouch Crystal screen protectors on my Eris, Incredible, and Fascinate with very very good results. I purchased the Verizon clear screen protectors since BoxWave didn't have theirs ready when the phone was released, and I was able to see how good the Verizon protector was beforehand on my friend's Galaxy Nexus.
Most of the items you listed as flaws will be present with other screen protectors. Sure, the Verizon protector could have extended widthwise more, but covering the curved bottom with this style of dry/static application screen protector will result in the entire bottom edge being lifted off the screen. I haven't seen any screen protector that doesn't attract sunlight compared to no screen protector. Even anti-glare versions tend to attract light, though with a more diffuse reflection. The cutouts for the ear speaker, camera, and sensor are fine and hardly too large. I've never experienced the problem where fingerprints cause bumps.
the Verizon ones beat the other 3 brands I have tried by far. Maybe you should take a shower so you're not so greasy.

Well put when I first got them I made the mistake of getting the anti glare and that was horrible then I bought an xo case fit one that I did not like the fit of so I went back and got the clear one from verizon and I am now satisfied

What's wrong with you guys.. Verizon screen protector is not a bargain. Besides, you can get very good screen protectors from Ebay for negligible amount of money. Lmfao

I agree. A good screen protector will cover the entire glass, not just the viewable screen portion. The price is like $15 or something?
Typically you can order a better one for less. I have an XO brand I paid less for and it's a edge-to-edge wet apply.
I bought the 3 pack, pulled one out and placed it over the screen (before trying to apply it) saw what it covered, and put it back in the little bag. I have 3, never used, waste of money.
I think they're just okay. Great clarity but does attract fingerprints and the prints are hard to wipe off using my T-shirt.
Once I'm done with the pack, I plan on getting the SGP ultra clear oleophobic.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using XDA App
Bought a 3 pack with the Verizon accessory sale for like $7 or $8, they're perfectly fine for me and thought it was easy to apply. The part of the screen not covered is covered up my by gel skin. When I clean mine, I grab a Zeiss lens cleaning wipe, and it works fine for me. I'm pretty picky on screen protectors and typically hate them, but I actually prefer the feel of the VZW protector over the bare glass.
/no issue
/personal preference
Bought verizon 3-pack for about $8 after corporate discount, and nothing's wrong with them. I actually had a bad 1st Gnexus device that I had to return, while they were swapping I asked for a piece of tape to lift and reapply the used protector on the new device, and the verizon rep was astounded at how easily I applied it without a single bubble or dust particle.
Btw, they cover as much as the screen as possible, if it went edge to edge it would be lifted because of the curvature in the glass. I use my nexus to talk about an hour a day, and I do have a pretty greasy face, and my screen is nicely protected from my nasty face.
Count me among those liking the VZW clear screen protectors. As good or better than any others I've used. Cleans fine with a microfiber cloth. No issues.
After using sgp and power support shields, I can confidently say the Verizon protectors are garbage. Save yourself some money and just buy an sgp shield for your phone. Same price and significantly better.

My one experience with the SGP Oleophobic was that it scratched very easily. The screen protector scratched while I was trying to rub out bubbles after application. The Verizon clear and BoxWave Crystal protectors never scratched from doing this.
Just installed a VZW protector on my phone.
Crystal clear, no orange peel that I can see. A little less slick than I would like but once it gets "greased up" from normal use Im sure it will be fine.
Only complaint is it doesnt cover the bottom portion of the phone perfectly....sides and top are good in conjunction with my Diztronics rev 3 case, but the bottom of the protector is about 3mm short. Good enough for now, while I decide which better proector I want to buy.
Do people not use invisi shield anymore. Those are nice and pretty cheap.

I will say these are "ok" at best...they look good on the phone but if you put your phone in your pocket they scratch really easily. Mine looked horrible after a week of use.

Thanks I going to order from ebay
You don't NEED a screen protector.
The Samsung Galaxy S has Gorilla Glass from Corning.
Check a torture test here (on a Dell Streak, which I also have - but it has the same glass) and tell me if you really need a lousy plastic sheet on your beautiful screen.
Check out the gorilla glass website. The got a pictireo of a gorilla with its arse up in the air kissing a pane of glass LOLS

Steinheil protectors are fantastic -- only ones I've found that don't leave smudges and fingerprints all over. (They do dull the screen a bit, but since the amoled screen is too bright to begin with, that's not a problem IMO.)

Look at it in the sun at an angle so it reflects the sun off the screen, you will see lots of micro scratches. This is on both our captivates. Sure, they're not "SCRATCHES" like the usually unsightly ones, they are just micro, or super thin.
Just because it can handle an impact doesn't mean it's scratch resistant. Personally have used the Phantom Skinz protector in the past and am currently using the Realook protector now. If you like the slight rubbery feel of the "skinz" type of protector you have plenty of options. I used the Phantom Skinz because it seemed to have the least orange peel look. After exchanging my captivate for another one (I had the random shut down issue) I used the Realooks static style screen protector. I prefer this one since it's almost nake glass feeling and I can totally say it can take a decent scratch. I got a nice dent from a fall off my desk onto a barbell that dented my chasis and also nicked the screen protector but no scratches. Best thing is you get 2 so if one gets farked you still have a spare. Best screen protector is one you will use and be happy with.
It still scratches even with the Gorilla Glass. Not big scratches, but they are visible at certain angles - it may or may not bother you.
I've used two types, SGP and Realook. Both are highly regarded, and from my experience SGP doesn't have any rainbow effect like Realook, but Realook has a much more natural feel. Both are excellent.
i took off my screen protector a couple months ago and i sometimes regret it. theres a few scratches on the screen but you cant really see them unless you hold the phone at a specific angle in the light. it doesnt really bother me that much. it is kind of annoying having to clean the fingerprints though.
I have invisishield its great only paid twenty for it with a lifetime warranty you I've had mine for about 4 months and it has yet to get a scratch and I even took a knife and scraped it across the screen surely no scratches but in the end I guess it is all up preference

Dont mean to hi jack the thread but is there a way to clean a screen protector? I was installing mine and it slipped out of my hand. I have tried using scotch tape to the debris off of it but I cant get all of it. Any ideas????
Invisishield
I've had the Invisishield on my phone since late August. I just recently had to exchange that under warranty and the Invisishield removed easily and installed easily on the new phone, no air pockets at all. Still looks like the day I bought it.

possible one of the WORST things to put on a phone's screen. Especially a touch screen phone with one of the best glass and screens.
The invisishield and all others LIKE IT offer nothing but horrible viewing and use. The cover often resists your fingers movements, your fingers often drag on it and the smoothness of glass is all gone and replaced by a crappy rubbery and not to mention GRAINY protector.
Surprisingly, the only thing close to being clear, and smooth is the cheap stuff on ebay. I've used them and they offer great protection and are cheap enough to change out every month. I no longer use one.
for what its worth I got the BodyGuardz protectors when they were on thanks giving sale.
It does not feel like the glass, given, but i almost feel like i like that it gives just a little resistance to my touch. it does have the slightest orange peel effect but you can only see it if its off and at an angle.
Its not perfect, but I like it especially since I have a bit of OCD and it would drive me crazy if i got the smallest scratch on the screen. This gives me piece of mind.

you're better of with these. They're clear and dont have the resistance you feel with other rubbery protectors. I'd use the ebays ones before anything else, especially if you are OCD.
At $1.57 for 3, you can change it every month if you want, but I've had good luck with them in the past.
I got gadgetshieldz they cost around $6 for full body protection. Worked for me, they are quite nice easy to install and quite good in performance. A word of caution though the it took 20 days for it to get to me in Canada.

Do you or do you not? I personally think its overkill. Screens are getting stronger and stronger and granted theres never going to be a 100% solution but for the time being my Folio case does a good job of protecting however inconvenient it is ;-)
I use a screen protector. While there are options for more and more durable glass, that is not a guarantee that the device you are using has it. My g2 for instance has 2 scratches on the screen and I was generally careful in my handling of it. if it is not known to be gorilla glass then i would get some form of protection, either a case of a screen protector. The thing that pushed me over the edge with the xoom is that I decided to go caseless for now. None of the cases out right now appeal to me.
Sent from my Xoom using XDA App
I am not worried about protection as much as I am with the extreme glare and fingerprints. I had the same issue on my Samsung Captivate and Invisible Shield helped dramatically. I ordered the same for Xoom and hope it has the same results.
I have a portfolio case. Idont believe there is a need for a screen protector. Gorilla glass is strong. plus i dont believe there be casual scratches like with a phone and keys in my pocket
I think with most new devices having gorilla glass, its only precautionary to get a screen protector. I have had a droid X since release and have never had a screen protector and the screen is just like the day i got it. But we are talking about a 800.00 device, so then its not a bad idea to cover your investment.
I normally go without a case but for my Xoom I will get one just to help with the fingeprints.

Screen Protector and Silicone Case FTW
once stienheil releases an anti glare/fingerprint protector I think ill make a purchase because as stated, the fingerprints are terrible on this and they don't wipe off very easy.
I totally love the Frogz antiglare screen protection I have on my iPhone. Happy with it. Have 2 left. =]
Though not antiglare as none were available, I did bought 3x screen protection and of course they are cheap. As soon as they arrived, I tried to carefully apply to my Xoom but I failed after every attempt which resulted in me wasting all 3. Waste of money. ="(
The screen protections (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dl...5Wo6dic%3D&viewitem=&sspagename=STRK:MEWNX:IT) I received were not perfect fit for Xoom as they are claimed to be.
I'm waiting for Frogz or other to start selling antiglare for Xoom...
I would say it's overkill.
Back in those days with plastic resistive touch screen, a screen protector was necessary. But nowadays, a typical glass surface (even for non-Gorilla glass) is hard enough that it's rather hard to scratch it. If you drop your device, the glass may shatter, and screen protector is not going to help with that. And if you hit the screen hard with something sharp and strong enough to dent it, it will probably dent through the protector too. I have been using my HTC Desire without any screen protector for almost a year now, and it is still completely scratch-free.
Another reason not to use a screen protector is that they tend to be less oil- and fingerprint-proof. While Apple is the only company advertising that they have an oleophobic coating on their screens to make them more fingerprint-proof, the fact is that most glass screens has such a coating, even though it was not advertised. And most cheap screen protectors don't (can't speak for all of them, probably some more expensive ones have such coating... I don't know). I've tried some screen protectors and I found that oil and fingerprint left on the glass are much easier to remove than those left on the screen protector.
That being said, if you really really hate glossy screen, you may want to put an anti-glare type screen protector on your device. I have one on my iPad. This type of screen protector does create some sparking effect with white background, or make the texts blurry. But they don't look too bad for me, compared to the shiny glare of the iPad...
Are we sure that it uses Gorilla Glass? Ive seen a lot of people alluding to that but no actual statement, and its not on the official Corning list.
I like Steinheil as well, I've had good luck on my phones with them but they are slow to get new sizes out sometimes.
I want something only to reduce glare and fingerprints.
If installing it ends up screwing with touch sensitivity, I'll stick to stock.

When I had an iPod touch, I thought screen protectors would ruin the experience. I soon learned two things.
1. Glass is a finger print magnet.
and
2. You never know when something unexpected will come into contact with your screen. After getting a few scratches from dropping my iPod between my car seat, I decided to get a screen protector.
I got a screen protector from Verizon the day I got my Droid, and put it on right there at the counter. The metal casing of the phone is dinged up, scratched, paint is chipped, etc, but the screen is flawless.
FWIW, I've only put a Body Glove case around my EVO, but have dropped it 4-5 times (in fact, the BG case is warped at one corner after the last drop- been pretty clumsy lately ). Despite leaving my screen unprotected (and it's not GG) these 9 mos, it's still quite pristine despite all the drops and the zillions of touches (and debris, had a cold a couple of months ago!).
So. I have the silicone case (which does prevent me from using all but one iPad stand out there I tried), but no screen protector.

I think the answer to this is yes unfortunately.
I haven't had it out of the house, haven't knocked it, dropped it, poked it or anything else and I already have a spot on the screen that I can't get off with Microfiber/Distilled water.
Thats pretty darn annoying.
Save yourself money and time by going to a nearby Verizon store and get a pack of 3 "clear" screen protectors for $13 (even cheaper if you have corporate discount). They are PERFECT!!! I can't even see the screen protector, especially when the edges are covered by the Silicone case, both while the screen is ON and OFF!!! The first time I didn't know and they gave me the "anti-glare" one, man...those really kill the sharpness of the screen with the grainy look. You can even see them while the screen is OFF. So I riped that perfectly-installed protector off and thought I would never want to use ANY screen protectors again for this beatiful screen. But then I see in one thread of someone saying that there are two types of Verizon screen protectors, "clear" and "anti-glare", and the clear one is pretty good. I stopped by the store after work today and grabed a pack that includes 3 protectors (for trial-and-error ). After 5 minutes, both mine and my wife's Galaxy Nexus looks flawless with the screen protectors on. Man I love this thing, it's completely invisible and not affecting the screen resolution or sensitivity at all. Just my quick review as the result of the excitement .
And PLEASE....search for the "tape trick" on youtube show you how to lift the installed screen protector up and get the last piece of lint/dust out without using your nails or messing up the whole installation.
Goodluck
P.S. yes, the Silicone case does fit Galaxy Nexus with extended battery.
Does it completely cover screen in a perfect fit I had the anti glare and it was still off in size just a little bit
Yeah....it's like a millimeter or two from reaching the outer edge/rim. But I use Verizon's silicone case, so it wraps around and cover the transition good.
It covers the entire display portion of the face but does not cover the entire glass
Fail post op. Go get three on ebay for $3. I lmfao

I can already see that they don't look identical. The Verizon version circle/flush around the earpiece speaker nicely, whereas the eBay version only encircle bottom and sides of the earpiece speaker. The Verizon version covers the glass almost completely, almost.....it only like 1-2mm from reaching the edge of the glass. I see many other screen protectors where they only protect the main portion/center of screen and not covering the remaining of the glass just below the Home/Back/Talk buttons.
I think the VZW screenies are fine. I don't like the rubber feel of the expensive one. I'm sure there more durable but the verizon one are nice and clear. Not bad

While I like the material of the VZW screen protector, I'm not a fan of how it fits. It looks too small, as there's about a 1mm gap between the edge of the screen protector and the edge of the screen itself.

You have to watch though. If you aren't using a case, I think you can go with other brands that cover the entire screen. If you are running a case plus the entire screen protector, sometimes the case contacts the screen on the sides and creates bubbling. I've had it happen to a few of my phones. I'm using the verizon silicone case and their SP and no bubbling because of the gap..
I was suckered into the Verizon Screen protectors. They DO NOT reach edge to edge. They just cover the lighted portion of the screen. I never even applied one. I pulled it out and said, "Awww".
Anyone wants them, PM me. I'll sell them 50% off = $6 shipped. 3 in a pack / $6 = $2 a piece.

just go back and return them I went ahead and did that with the anti glare ones yesterday shouldn't be an issue
i like the vzw clear - as someone else said only millimeters from the edges.
I initially tried the antiglare ones but they made the screen horrible to look at.
Do these provide any real protection? Or just from light scratches? Obviously they won't be as safe as gorilla glass or similar products, but I don't throw my phone around, so I don't need anything super protective.
The ones I bought from Verizon have about 3mm of space from edge of the phone. They aren't clear, more like a matte finish. Weird. But I hate to have a naked screen so I bought them anyways. I have a zagg, some ebay screens, and an xtreme guard screen in the mail.
i really like the VZW clear protectors... i measured less than 2mm gap all around, and you wont find an edge to edge dry protector because of the curvature of the screen at the edges.
I bought the Incipio 2 piece case and the Verizon screen protector. I really like the Incipio case over the Otterbox Commuter. I had the Commuter on my Fascinate and the plastic was slippery. The coating on the plastic on the Incipio reminds me of the rubber coating on Seidio cases.
The Verizon screen protector is okay. It is clearer then the SGP Ultra Crystal and my fingers glide over it pretty easily. However, I've already gotten couple scratches on it. I plan on getting the XO SKINS.

Thanks for the link! Awesome trick
I'm surprised no one has really reviewed the Verizon screen protectors for the Galaxy Nexus. Usually I wouldn't get a screen protector from a carrier but I was in desperate need of one and didn't want to wait a couple days for it to be shipped to me. I was gonna pick up the anti glare since I hate fingerprints but I didn't want to ruin the display. I usually get anti glare but I made an exception with the galaxy nexus.
After installing it, I can say I underestimated how nice these screen protectors are. This is my first galaxy nexus screen protector but I've had SGP screen protectors for my iPhone and I can say the quality and fit of the Verizon screen protector is the as good if not identical.
The cutouts are spot on with the ear speaker and camera. There is an elongated cutout for the ear speaker and proximity sensor and individual cutout for the ffc.
The screen protector does not cover the whole bezel of the screen. There is a gap around the phone. All dry application screen protectors for the GN are like this. This is because of the curved glass design. The edges will bubble if it went all the way to the bezel. The only fix to this is getting a wet application screen protector.
Installation varies depending on your experience with install dry screen protectors. I've installed over dozens so it took no more than 5 mins and I was able to put it on lint free. With the screen protector on, you can hardly tell that it's on. The crystal clear doesn't effect the quality of the screen at all.
Gliding your finger across the screen is smooth and not rubbery like wet applied screen protectors. Like all crystal clears, it smudges easily but a simple wipe on your jeans or shirt will clear it.
Overall, I give the screen protector a 8/10.
Pros:
Considerably cheap since it comes in a packet of 3 for $12.99 -- I am sure eBay has cheaper screen protectors but I had 0 experience with those so I can't compare.
Good quality and fit that rivals SGP and other top brands
Cons:
smudges easily (a given for crystal clear screen protectors)
To me, there isn't a perfect screen protector. There's always a give and take when you pick a crystal clear or an anti-glare. Basically down to choice on what you're willing to sacrifice. I've had the SGP oleophobic (for the iPhone) before and it was an upgrade from the crystal clear but not by much. I was wiping my phone less but only by 2-3 times a day. It possibly is the middle man of the anti-glare and crystal clear (more towards crystal clear though).
Hope this helps anyone on the fence of getting the Verizon screen protector. Also if you don't like it, you can always return it to Verizon. I usually blow my money on getting an SGP but I think I shall keep this one on.
Welp....I already had a thread about this. I can't believe why so many people have to dig online searching for the "perfect" screen protector (even wet ones) while they have an excellent option available at their local stores. I know that the Verizon one is not edge-to-edge, but this provides some "forgiveness" when applying it. Plus, with any case on the gap between screen protector and the screen's edge will be completely un-noticeable. With Verizon's clear protector, I cannot tell the difference from stock with both the screen ON and OFF.
I guess the search for screen protector online is more of a "bling" factor than "quality".....people like to be different and have a "rare" screen protector than a decent one that everyone can conveniently buys at stores

I bought them because I wanted something to put on them ASAP for resale with the intention of replacing them shortly. However, I'm very satisfied. My only gripe is sometimes if oil is smeared the wrong way, it will rainbow and my speaker cut outs were a little too close. Besides that, I'm very satisfied for $13. I installed wet, but that's only my preference because dry installations are a mess for me. Overall, a great buy with 100% success rate.

I use em...good stuff.
I just went and got a pack of the Crystal clear ones from Verizon . I bought the accessory package and they came with the antiglare screen guards . The Antiglare will seriously reduce the image clarity of this phone without a doubt . I took what remaining screen protectors I had of the antiglare and they swapped them out for the Crystal Clear ones . First I installed them myself didnt take long just make sure the screen is very clean before install . I got one speck of lint but even the clears seem to mask that rather well since its only a small piece and up out of the screen viewing area . Very nice you have to look to see they are on the phone . Touch of it reminds me of the bare screen of the Nexus . Also the Crystals arent showing bubbling like the antiglares did . Seems like on the antiglares the piece around the earpiece never settled down right . Overall if you get the accessory package (holster/case , Charger , screen protectos) request they remove the antiglares and put crystal ones in the box instead . You wont regret it .
How did you apply them wet?

I normally apply screen protectors wet.
I have a pack if anyone wants them. $6 shipped in US.
Never used. I'm using XO. PM me.

I applied them dry , I refuse to put water on my devices. I take a microfiber cloth and clean the screen of any major debris . Then go over the screen with a superfine microfiber cloth . The fine ones are usually included with the screen protectors but I used one I had from a Zag screen protector I had on my EVO 4G when it first came out . Its big enough to cover the whole screen once I am done cleaning it to prevent any dust from falling on the screen . With the fine microfiber on the screen I get the screen protector out , get it ready for application . With these I I get the tab primmed up so the second I pull the cloth off the screen and give it slight shot of air (No I aint saying blowing) the screen is spotless and I lay down the SP . Smooth out the air bubbles with the card that comes in the package and peel up the top piece leaving a clean spotless screen protector . I usually end up doing friends phones since they always get bubbles lint and who the hell knows whatelse stuck in them ROFL .
SIDENOTE: Make sure you dont have any ceiling fans or anything running that might stir up dust and lint particles in the air .
I agree with most people's experience with the Verizon screen protectors. I was going to order a 3rd party version but didn't want to leave the screen unprotected while awaiting shipment. With my corp discount they were under $10 for 3 so I just grabbed a pack at the Verizon store when I got my phone. I must say, I am pleased. Very clear, smooth surface, no problems. Initially I was annoyed that it didn't cover edge to edge but I figured there was probably a good reason (and recall protectors on other devices always seeming to come up at the edge).
Overall, for $3 each I can't think of any reason to buy more expensive protectors at this point.
Using water or solution isn't bad. For the normal dry protectors, I usually run it under water, then flick it a few times to get more of the water off. Get a paper towel ready then slap it down. Dab the paper towel around the edges as you apply it.
If you flick the SP a few times, all you have are very very small droplets. This also prevents dust from sticking due to static.
A few years ago, I ordered a SP from china and this was the instructions. It worked so well that I do it every time now.
Is the earth screen protector as good they say it is for the gs3?

I have one and I was quite skeptical but it has turned out to be really nice. I'm partial to the glass screen protectors but I have no problems with it.
It comes with 2x protectors and easy as anything to put on. The surface is really sticky, grabby at first but after a day it's smooth like butter. I guess because of your finger oils?
It's only been 2 days for me but it's holding up pretty well.
I also bought it and is very smooth on the screen after a day of use.
My protector does have a very very small (maybe 0.5mm) edge of the protector sides and bottom that didn't stick. (again this is because the curved glass I think) Although the protector is made to fit, the protector ends almost at the end of the screen on the sides and that's where mine has that small lifted area.
If you are one of those guys that are expecting something to the absolute perfection (like me lol) then you will see it.
I don't think this a defect product or that it will create bubbles but if something (like oil) gets under that lifted edge I am going to be disapointed.
This is not my first dry protector I have installed in a phone so if this protector doesn't last I will buy a wet install protector instead.
While looking for screen protectors, the ringbo one was the only one on amazon with good reviews. I ended up spending the $12 for it and it turned out very nice. It doesn't cover the whole screen because the S3 has curved glass but it completely covers all important areas on it.
I bought 2 other screen protectors and they didn't fit nearly as well so I'd definitely recommend the Rearth Ringbo. However, they have been experiencing issues with the tabs on the top layer of the screen protector not peeling off. If you have one of these, you can just call them up and they will send out a replacement.
I am currently using one, and it is fantastic. As others have mentioned, my finger would catch frequently the first day. However, now it is completely smooth. It is very clear, and I only notice it being there around the edges and not on the actual screen. Highly recommended!
