I think the only place you're going to find a replacement is through LG. Sorry, wish I could help. If you put the back cover on and then put a case over it will it be good enough to use for now?

Thanks, that's what I'm doing.. I went to AT&T store and bought a back cover.
Cool! How much was it?
And don't forget, there is an ultimate, universal back cover for any phone: DUCT TAPE.
Just buy a case for your phone and then place your cover on and then the case and everything will stay just on just peachy
It will probably be cheaper than buying the OEM backplate from LG.

And less messy than Duct Tape..ehem ehem...
It was $30 from AT&T store, and it's pretty nice
Is it an aftermarket part or an OEM / LG part? I guess it fits the same right? Is it still textured? The case feels kinda flimsy, I kind of want one as a spare in case anything happens while taking it off and putting it back on.
Kamranwpi was talking about a Nitro case he picked up at the AT&T store that covers the back. He is still waiting for his OEM battery cover he ordered from LG. I work with him , the case is pretty nice though.
I'm thinking about buying a spare Nitro cover and one of the extended life battery covers from the spectrum. I want to cut them up and graft them together so I can use the 3000mAh extended battery. The stock Spectrum battery is the same as our Nitro, but they have an extended battery option. Their cover won't fit ours. We just need a new battery cover that will work!
Edit* I called LG. They are out of stock on the Nitro battery cover and don't know when they will be back in stock. They were $17.xx shipped. I didn't give them my address so where ever you live, that what it'll cost you too.
You can get the Verizon extended battery and cover for the Spectrum online for $49, but they are out of stock too. Damn shame their cover won't fit.
I called to get an update on my order, it's even more 5 weeks, and I placed my order in Jan. 6, 2012

I find myself in a similar situation. Anyone ever have success getting a replacement cover? Who did you get it from? How long did it take? Thanks!!
Guys! I need help on this one! Where can I find an oem back cover for a bell optimus LTE?
Guys...just order a battery regular or extended on ebay...duh!

@stemalo,
OEM batteries don't come with covers which is what this thread is for
However, the suggestion to purchase an extended battery would work because those do come with covers. Might be a solution if people can't find the stock OEM battery cover anywhere.
kamranwpi did get his oem cover from LG btw. It was quite some time ago in late Feb. He has since sold his phone to get a Galaxy Nexus.
I'm just having trouble getting to the right people at lg.

I just ordered my Evo. I have an innocell 3500 that bought with my Hero. Seidio informed me that the dimensions are exactly the same as the 3500 for the Evo. I would like to use it in my evo. Does anybody know where to purchase an extended battery cover that is like the seidio one? I like that one because with that cover it will fit in the holster that I have for it.

I tried google already and ebay. I found the battery and the cover for sale together, the innocase for the extended battery and a cover that wasn't like the seidio one. I was hoping to find a just the battery cover without having to buy another battery.

I apologize, it was actually a case. It looked like the cover to me. I'm not sure then. Google around til you find it.
I'll look and if I see something I'll let u know.
My guess is you're gonna have a hard time finding one. No one will want to get rid of just the cover if they still have a battery. And unless Seidio makes one, which I didn't see, you may be stuck with finding someone who no longer has their evo.
Sorry I couldn't help more. Let me know if you find anything.
I think you are right. I think I am going to just have to go ahead and order another battery as well. Thanks for trying though. Cheapest I have found so far is $53 on amazon through daydeal.

Found a cover here.

If you call Seidio customer service, they will sell you just a back door for the 3500mAh battery. I'm not sure of the price, but they will indeed sell it to you, even though its not listed on their site.
I bought one from and individual locally. Thanks to all for you help and suggestions.
Hello Folks,
I was in a middle of changing the covers and my 2 year old grabbed the Note and before I know it was the floor.
Luckily Note is okay and functional but got some scratches on the battery (back) cover and on the metal portion on the side/edge.
I was wondering if I can get the original battery (back) cover?
Only place I see is on eBay. They say its the original and they are asking $25 for the same.
I see them on Amazon but does not seem they are original.
Anyone know any other place?
Thank you,

Well whaddya know... I knew this picture would come in handy one day (attached below).
I bought a bunch of genuine back covers from eBay from a seller called komazys, and have been buying from him from quite awhile.
As far as I can tell these are the genuine Samsung back covers (it even comes with the protection sticker which teaches you how to snap it into place, same as our out-of-the-box Notes (and with a price tag to match). Yes unfortunately original manufacturer items will always be more expensive than cheaper OEMs, but at least you get the satisfaction of knowing it won't break (or shouldn't anyway) within the life of the product you're using it with.
FYI:
eBay - Black Cover
eBay - White Cover

Its manufacture in ShenZhen. So I'm gonna keep a lookout for it in Dealextreme.

It made sense for the iPhone but why for the GN? You can't just get a extended battery or swap it out?

This should be 2200mAH ontop of the internal battery.

yup this is an alternative to those 3500mah extended batteries. the only thing i would like to know about the case is if it as an on/off switch, i can see it killing the stock battery cycles if left on all the time.

It should be similar to other packs of similar purpose. It will constant charge the internal battery until depleted then the internal battery own power kicks. So in phone usage, you'd probably see 100% charged until the pack is depleted.
This is very interesting, also looks like it has the ringke slim case silhoutte that covers the top and button but leaves the sides exposed, i wonder how much bulk it will add to the back side, hope to see a review soon, was gonna buy the ringke slim but i guess I'll wait a few days...

Thanks in advance
I wanted one of these kind of cases so bad for my E4GT. Just bought a GSM nexus from the play store... I also bought one of these from ebay. Mostly good feed back.

The sprint version is thicker so there is a decent chance it won't
can you guys post some pics and let us know how much thicker it makes the phone. debating between this and an usb external battery pack.
Will do. It says up to 15 business days, so it might be a while...

verizon/sprint tester
anyone buy this that has the LTE version? a Verizon or Sprint variant? i want to know if it fits and the overall profile on the phone. looks interesting!
Hi.
Has anyone tried to put this set to any case?
I do not like to wear the phone in pocket, should need something with Belt Clip and wonder if this kit would come to OtterBox Defender, PureGear Hard Shell Holster or any other case.
And by the way I ask because I do not see in the description.
Is the power pack will fit together with the extended battery 2000 mAh or just the stock 1750 mah?
I am DEFINITELY getting an Otterbox for my phone, and I was thinking of the NFC. Does the Otterbox impact NFC reception???

Unless they start using titanium for their cases, which would be kinda cool actually, it's not going to bother nfc. I can get my Nexus phone in a Trident Kraken case to talk to my wife's naked Nexus 7 through two magazines. A third magazine will block it though. We should be pretty good to go even if both devices are in ruggedized cases.
if you're definitely gonna get the otterbox, and you're that worried about breaking it (I can only assume), I would wait for a little bit because they have not released one yet. Ballistic, Trident nor Otterbox have released a case for it yet. But I'm gonna get the Best Buy insurance so that if I break it (or brick it...I mean the screen shattered going down the stairs and it won't turn back on) I will just return it and get a refurbised one!

Hahahahahahahaha!
When my Atrix bricked itself doing a software update(really, when they say use a full battery, they mean it!) the geek squad dorks sent it in for repair instead of just giving me a new one. Then they lost it!! I had to wait 30 days before they'd give me a new phone!
The Note 2 official flip case supports NFC source. See the connectors in the attached image.
Good Question actually I would think it won't matter at all even with metal aluminum cases thus increasing reception but i could be wrong. Btw, Lol i would love to see the beast inside an Otterbox [Brick-size].

Ya, Noticed that the NFC chip is in the back panel as opposed to the battery, nice to know it won't matter when/if I decide to get a 2nd battery
Hello Guys
I bought 2000mh battery extended kit for my Galaxy SII. But my flip case not fit any more.
Maybe some of U had the same problem, but bought already suitable for that set flip case.
Could U help me with that and send me some links from ebay??
Greetings
You need to provide more information. What flip case are you using? I know of at least 2 types of flip case
Sent from my Galaxy S too!
When I say flip case, I mean that kind of cases:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-STYLI...lePhonesCasesPouches&var=&hash=item4abf210d8a
I'm using very similar now.
Smartphone fit there only when I put it without back cover.
Wrong answer was for s3.

I tried find any on ebay, I wrote to sellers, but all of them respond me that then never test it with that set, so they don't know...

Get a flip case that you like, get a spare cheap battery cover and cut it such that only the area around the camera is covered but the battery is not. This way it would still be able to keep the battery fixed securely in place while allowing you to use all cases with the 2000mah battery.
