I was just wondering how do you change tray icon. My whole theme is black now but the tray icons (comm manager and batt) is blue...how could I change the icon to something else? I'm talking in the cook's perspective here...I'd like to know where are the icons kept in the rom.

Maybe anybody can change statusbar icons (battery, EDGE, Wi-fi, ect ...), or teach me, how to do this (if it is possible). Want not one icon to be change, but all ... and maybe it's possible to delete batteryicon from statusbar ?

A guy over on android.modaco.com called shokka9 is into skinning (both on winmo & now android) so check out his posts on the hero themes as the process should be the same.

I really hate folders in nova launcher. Don't know why, maybe it's the spacing between apps and the folder title, maybe too much space between apps.. And the folder icon: this 2x2 layout is not that good imho, whereas the other style choices are copies of older Android versions.
For me it whould be good to see a MIUI-like style: an icon with a 3x3 arrangement (centered inside a square with round edges-like ios too) and, when opened, a fullscreen style with big, centered icons and dimmed background.
Wouldn't it be great?

Anybody use the retrorika icon pack? Some icons are really horrible. Like the sms icon is a round circle with 3 dots not an envelope. When i hold on the icon it gives me a brush which allows me to ser icons but sheesh i dont see more 40 icons and most are icons of the alphabet letters. Something is weird.

I dont know what launcher im using actually. How would i check this? I somehow got the ixon pack to chnage my icons on the pages.

Man, to use icon pack you need custom launcher such as Nova or Action Launcher, if you are not sure what launcher you use then you probably have stock. Install mentioned launcher from Google Play and change icons in options.
Thank u. I have the icons up. The issue is the icons for some apps make no sense. The sms icon is a round icon with 3 dots. Id like to change it to an envelope but dont have that option. It says theres options for hundreds of icons but i dont see it
