Hi Guys,
I have seen that the Xperia Arc has more custom roms as the Xperia Play as BlendMIUI (not beta) and CM9.0
Is there such a big difference between play and Xperia Arc?

Anyone that can upload the corresponding libs (baseband patch) for baseband 70 (for Xperia Arc / Arc S)? It would be very, very appreciated
I'm going to use this together with Xperia Pureness ROM and I need it pretty fast.. The search button didn't give me any results, so I'm asking here instead after the BB70 libs for Arc S.
Hello peers, I am on Xperia V right now but also have an Xperia Arc in my closet. So I wanted to make it come to life again with a nice ROM. But there are so many ROMs now in the forum so I can't make a decision since I have been away for long time here and only hanging around in the Xperia V (LT25i) forum.
I need help in finding a ROM for my unlocked bootloader Arc (LT15i) that dosen't have to be flashed with Arc S (LT18i) firmware first.
I want just the basics-, nothing fancy and ICS with some minor tweaks and added performance boost etc (On-screen-buttons would be nice too).
Please help me find a ROM, and kindly provide a link to the developer thread.
I thank you much in advance.
For the beginning i would recommend one of the following ROMs : Viper Xperia and UHD 3.0.2. I would Choose Viper Xperia (PDroid ) but this is only my opinion.
Hi datagubben,
You can flash LT18i .ftf first just so you have 420MB in /system partition, instead of 380MB of LT15i. Other than that there's no differences.
If you want a nice ICS ROM with on screen buttons I would suggest Pureness ROM by ThilinaC.

He's not developing it anymore, but it is the best looking one out there, in my opinion at least.

i am buying Xperia SL and since SL ROM are very few I wanted to ask how does Xperia S based ROM perform on SL? For me development support is very crucial thats why i am not buying Ion. So please help me
They are basically the same. Apart from you'd need an overclocked kernel otherwise you'll run 1.5 ghz not that it really matters

Nothing much.. me too having Xperia SL but i'm on stock firmware of SXS.. Now i moved to Existenz Ultra 1.3.5 everything works well and for ur info the frequency wont change..
no i don't think there is any different because every rom i installed i designed for s and sl ,, they are very similar so i don't think there is any problem installing a xperia s rom but don't install the original software , u can try t install custom roms.
