Miui camera

Hi is there anyway to get miui camera to work on tons such as redux or oxygen as I dislike the stock camera app .....

The panorama beta app works perfectly on the latest build of cm7 I just installed all jar and xml files that came in the zip file and BAM! Panorama. I don't think it works at all on stock roms and I know it's not 3D but hey it's better than nothing!

[APP] Razr M Camera app

First off, this is NOT my work. So thank the boys in the razr forums for this which is where I believe it first came from.
This is the latest Razr M camera app. Complete with with face detection.
Dont need to push apk, just install it. I tested it on my S2 T-989 with CM9, TW, JB roms and it works.
On JB Slim rom causes bad screen. I also tested it on my Sensation and it worked with any roms. So this app is for any phone and rom out there.
Only bug I found is that Panorama makes the app FC.

for thse who run SLim ROM go to developer options and check Disable HW overlays. Makes the cam App work just fine!

I saw that on another thread. I wonder why or what does disabling HW overlays do.
Idk why on my Sensation running sense 4.1 gives me the option of panorama. But it doesnt on my S2 running JB Slim rom

Same here. 720 works just fine though. Plus I can't preview the pics/vids. Says activity not found. Like the app tho. Thanks!

the panorama keep FC, but all other feature works.
and seem better then the MIUI camera

Somebody can make a fully functional mod with this camera?....

Hey Guys,
Hope that someone can help.
Currently I'm running Miui V5 but the camera is very poor. As i'm going on holiday soon and want to take some decent pictures.
Does anyone know of a good camera app or mod that i can use?
I have tried the following
Apps
Camera ZOOM FX - Took photos but did't add them to any album?
Snap Camera - Kept freezing
Mods
Camera JB from nexus galaxy s4 - FC'd
Camera Mod Cyber-shot™ For Xperia S - Flashed OK but didn't work
Any Idea?

Maybe somebody knows how to install original stock camera from SGS3 on MIUI v5 (3.6.28) - 4.2.2 (JDQ39E)

why dont you move back to stock rom if you need the camera ?!

Because MIUI the best one. I love this rom...

In my opinion the one that works best with the Xperia S is "ProCapture - camera + panorama"

I installed cm11 on my z1c and I'm wondering if I can install the camera apk to make it work on cm?

You can't. It requires Sony Frameworks from stock firmware and AFAIK nobody is working on that. Try searching, but I doubt you'll find something.

How's CM11 coming through? Do write your experience and also change the subject by putting 'experience' in the subject. It's high time CM did something for their camera app.
