Thanks Derek, gonna give this a try now.

Nice! So tdj, do you like this over your miui rom?

Hell yes, downloading now
From my fist, to your face! Enjoy!

awesome, downloading now. thanks again derek. so just to confirm, this is updated/newer than the previous nightly 252?
*edit* haha completely missed the changelog

I like the title. It's not a ROM, it's simply a "kang". lol
What's the background on 7.2? Is it what the latest nightlies are based on?

sweet been checking out the stats you have been posting and very excited DLing now

Thanks a lot! Not just for this but for everything you have done. It is much appreciated!

TDJ always putting out some good ish! Thanks for all your work man, I'll be getting whatever phone you get next! Lol.
I'll try this out tomorrow after work probably.

Still having those MMS issues. Check out the attached pictures (a funny comic I think many will relate to ). The first is the original (well, it was normally a PNG but I converted it to JPEG so I could upload it), and the second is how it was sent/received. You can definitely see the drop in quality. I'll stick with Darkside Sense 3.5, but will keep my eye on this ROM anyways. It looks really promising. Thanks for all your work, TDJ.

Something from tdj on my bday now thats a present. Thank you for your touch4g dedication.
(Just realized posting this the day after oh well still an awesome bday gift hahaha as the release date was the 27th)

Tdj, could you be able to put in the transparent music player widget in the next build? Gigglebread had it as a cherry pick, and I liked it

Awesome work dude! Downloading and testing now
I've added this release to the Community Release system too.
I also uploaded the ROM to our High Speed FTP server so there is a second option for downloading.

Thanks for everything TDJ!!

But don't get it twisted. This is not cut and paste. This is compiled from source and cherry-picks pulled from r.cyanogenmod.com using git. All the kang means is that I am using cm7 source and using cherry-picks from other peoples patches. I have optimized and added some of my.own things as well and I am building my own kernel for this. I need to update the op, its a little bare still. I just wanted to get the ball rolling while I had some extra time

[ROM][GSM][AOSP 4.0.3] Hardmilk ROM

Hardmilk ROM has been built by myself with a few modifications/tweaks added to tune it to just how I want! It's my own daily driver, and as such, I'm not going to be putting in features/mods which I won't use or need, so it should remain pretty clean in that respect! I know there are already a good amount of ROM's available which are built from AOSP, but I just thought I'd share, even if it's not bringing anything "new" to the scene, it may still appeal to someone who wants something not overly-modified.
Changelog on Post 2
[disclaimer]
I'm trying to keep this as close to the original AOSP sources as possible, so I've forked directly from Google on all sections of the ROM, but there are a few repositories which I've forked from other projects (unavoidable really and I appreciate the dev's mentioned in the credits for sharing)
Other than that, all other modifications to the source I've done myself, based on tips/tricks obtained from here on XDA Devs, so I shall also credit those responsible for the inspiration/tutorials!
[/disclaimer]
The following screenshots are from how my phone is currently set up in regards to Launcher layout, so a new installation will have a different icon layout and default background image

Looks slick, runs well so far
One minor glitch... on other JB ROMs, once setup has completed (and after entering my Google info), my apps would automatically be downloaded and thier data restored. That isn't happening here. Did I miss a step? What wizardry must I perform?
Is it checked in play store settings?
i wish i could get this downloaded. someone mirror it?

Nice to see another AOSP rom here. How wonderful. I have been on cm 10.1 since the first nightly and tried the others based on it anbd I gotta say I have really never been a stock cm fan but this 4.2.1 is great. I cant wait to try your take on it. By the way thanks for the oc kernel and wow what a small build. well here we go.

Phone app force closes...not sure if it's the DPI or something that I'm doing wrong. Tried clearing caches and data.
EDIT: After doing another fresh install it appears that restoring the call log through MyBackupPro is what causes the issue.
Consistently getting Error 504 when I'm trying to update / download applications from Google Play store using data connection; tried 3 different versions of Google play for JB 4.2 with no luck; wiped data / cache of Google Play, framework and downloader, fixed permissions, removed and re-added my google account; only way I can get downloads to work under Google Play is via Wifi connection, if I'm on data connection it won't work. Can anyone help me with a suggestion?
Internet and downloads work fine outside Google Play, so I believe it's not the APN settings. Need help to solve this please.
Re: [ROM][AOSP][4.2.1] Team Asylum CM - Slim and Fast [01-29-2013]
Antioch, you know man I haven't really been tempted to put cm on this thing until seeing this ROM. I'll tell you something man, of all the kernels and updated kernels for this device, and I have flashed them all. Few of them last more than a day on my n2 and are replaced again by your asylumcore kernel. Doesn't get anymore stable than that one for me.
If this build is anything like that, I've found a new permanent home for your ROM too. Nice to see you here bro

This will enable debug settings and the Java Console. This wont survive a
restart of the app/phone, so you will have to re-enable it next time.

Goto Settings -> About Phone, and click repeatedly on
Android version and you will see what happens.

* Optimized every image, yet again!
Installation:
1: Make a backup! (never hurts, ever)
2: Either wipe everything manually, or flash the ROM directly. SuperWipe is already integrated into the install zip (SuperWipe thread LINK)
3: Flash the ROM
4: Reboot and WAIT....
Recommendations:
When you reboot for the first time after flashing the ROM, it may take anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes to boot up. Dont be alarmed! Just wait patiently. All my testers have been successful in booting this up, even though their bootup times varied quite a bit. Just let it sit.
Also, when you get into the ROM, and get stuff set up, let it SETTLE for a bit. Scripts have to run, and things need to install. It will be choppy at first, but a few minutes of use will smooth is out. After that, even after a reboot, it will be smooth right from boot up!

OPs signature says its 4.2.1_r1.2 (JOP40G)
Just installed Atom421 on my other maguro and now I'm tempted with this.
ChevyCam94, do you plan to release any Toroplus build? I'll help test with an idle toroplus I got lying around. I asked Prime Directive the same thing but haven't heard. I know Vanir v4 has a Toroplus build but I wouldn't mind the extra butter from Steel Droid or Atom..
25 minutes after the rom was still boot to setup screen. I think there are problems.
I had made a full wipe complete

Why is this ROM "taking CyanogenMod to the next level?
CyanogenMod does not want to include many customizations like they did in cm7
But why not? We want to customize our phones!
This ROM adds more options and cherries to CyanogenMod, cherry picked from the CM gerrit, Google gerrit, AOKP gerrit, SGT7, TeamEOS, TeamBAKED, Slim ROM, Root-Box, ChameleonOS and ParanoidAndroid
Basically this is one big mixture of all the great ROMs out here!
Stock but still highly customizable the way we like it

hey we are looking for some people that are willing to make wallpapers and or boot animations please pm me
This is so good for the community, new Devs for the E4GT, new Roms. Thank you
I've noticed in every 4.2.2 rom that has PA built into its framework that "Screenshot" is not listed as a Navigation Bar button option and "Blank" is listed twice (same goes for NavRing and Pie). Is this something that you guys can fix by tweaking what you cherry pick from PA or do the PA guys have to add this back to their source?
