Another soft key custom image for the Galaxy Nexus. I felt that this went along with my minimalist look.
FIXED: I centered the image better. It is still off by 1 pixel, but that is as good as it gets.

Yeah, I noticed that after I uploaded the image. I'll fix it in a bit. Thanks.
EDIT: FIXED
Possible to remove the image for the home button and just make it the "NEXUS"? I think that would look fantastic.

You guys can do it yourself by simply renaming the image to ic_sysbar_home.png and replace the original one in the xhdpi folder
Is the image only supposed to pop up when I press any of the softkeys?

i am currently using stock 3.28.651.1 with few aosp changes and lock screen changes by me to better suit my needs. one thing i am not sure abt is how do i change the home screen layout ? as in the task bar at the bottom (menu, phone, widgets)
i have this

"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
and what i want is this
how can i extract the framework from that rom (2nd pic) to the my rom (1st pic) or is there a flash-able update that i missed looking thru these forums ?
would love for someone to point me in the right direction or teach me or make a flash-able update file.
thanx guys
So looking at the pictures you want the different bottom bar and wallpaper. the wallpaper can just be set and the bottom bar is in com.htc.resources.apk\res\drawable-port-hdpi should be able to copy the pics here and paste them into your com.htc.resources.apk file.
i just want the bottom bar. do i need to sign it ? or is it just a simple adb pull then push ?

Sorry forgot to mention that those are in Rosie.apk/drawable-hdpi/
common_mainnav_scroller1.png and
common_mainnav_scroller3.png
you can copy them to or just make them transparent.

Just thought I'd share with you my Black themed dialer I made whilst browsing the image files in the Contacts.apk. Surprisingly ICS is REALLY easy to theme (Even easier than Gingerbread) So see below screenshots and download links. Thanks

I'm running it on Revolution HD-Galaxy Nexus LTE 2.1.1 with out issue. So yes, it does work on LTE...
But one thing I just found was when in a call and you pull up the dial pad the numbers are the stock blue color again.
Looks great!
Minor problem, though- when putting a contact on a home screen, the icon appears in its depressed form (no, not that kind of depressed)! They are overcast in cyan.
Edit: reflashing.
This may be user error. I've done so much modding to this phone in the past couple days that I'm having trouble keeping some things straight. I think I may have manually replaced the contacts.apk to get the black dialer before flashing this...but still, shouldn't this overwrite that change?
Fixed
All function now working !!

Congrats but useless unless you are saying you have some magical solution.
I've never tested the Tablet UI on my GNex. I suppose, having a HC tablet, that accessing the quick settings menu would be rather difficult... as well as the navigation buttons.
Would be optimal for HDMI usage though...
How can I get tablet UI?
Can somebody disable navbar in system ui for toro milestone 3, i cant compile get errors

You can't just go into tablet UI just by setting the LCD density. You have to edit the Framework files.
fail.
Thanks for telling us nothing about how u did , if u wanted to just show off just post screen shots on show off ur nexus home page.
not come here and brag.
thanks for the help OP.yours previous 3ad says more on this....(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=21921799#post21921799) but it's the same method used to hide softkeys buttons...then only thing to do is change density?(other than make the modify on bools.xml in frameworks?)

right,it's the same mod on here....plus change density i think...
Let's just wait for op. The biggest issue was that the phone would fc. I'm interested in how the op sorted that issue out. Phone fc when actually dialing out.
this thread is highly outdated and as such too complex for such a task. See here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1543892 for a better way.
For those who like JB and DARK wallpapers:
Request me ones to make
I mainly only do stock ones, but if you want me to make anything else, post a reply and I might make it.

Just download and extract desired zip file, put the png image onto your SD and apply it like any other image file (by choosing gallery as wallpaper source).
Downloads are in the same order as the screenshots (from left to right).

What does that mean? Do you want me to move the blue logo in horizontal direction so it fits on screen?
Edit: Probably understood your problem. The blue logo is slightly bigger so does not fir on the screen. Let me work on it.

gimp is a free opensource program that would allow you to do this sort of thing by yourself next time if you want to give it a shot its really not to difficult. It runs on windows and linux and i think osx, its worth a shot to try yourself.
* edit * just realized you did the inverted apps, you probably knew that lol, sorry.
