AYL Accessories in the UK

The AYL case and stylus seem to get pretty good write-ups on the site, but I have searched and searched and cannot find any UK sellers selling them. Has anyone had any success finding a supplier? Can't even find them on ebay...

Amazon.com sells them.

But they won't ship to international addresses, I tried. Luckily my fiancee is moving here from the states soon so mine was shipped to her ;-)

get them direct from samsung is probably the best option, many online sellers will give you the gs2 version which does not work properly.
if you just loss the muffs, all you need to do is buy a new set of muff, they are pretty cheap.

thats the point, if it works with other samsung phones, it wont work with the gnexus.
samsung made the headphones for the gnexus differently, this is also the same with the nexus s.

[Q] so i broke the screen what to do?

I dropped my wildfire s and now the screen is unusable i don't really feel confident enough to replace it as I've never done it before and i do not have the correct tools for the job any suggestions as to a quick fix or anything i can post pictures if need be

I would sell it on eBay and the money you get I would put towards buying the same phone or a new phone

not really what i was thinking, but thanks anyway.
I was quoted £30 to repair the screen which is fairly cheap here seeing as I've been quoted between £50 - £70.
also the unlocking of this phone has somewhat evaded me as of late as for a while I was led to believe that you needed special leads and programs to do so, but I'm sure a few hours trawling through here should get me somewhere.

In American money I think 30 pounds is about 50 bucks? So to get it repaired would be the best way, but I wouldnt pay more then 30 pounds because phones on ebay are selling pretty cheap and you could of bought a used phone, just my opinion..hope this helps

thanks again good advice but yeah I think getting it fixed would probably be the best route to take, as i said if I had all the required tools I would have just done it myself.
But those touch screens are notoriously hard to remove.

how is that not nice dont want to waste 65 bucks on a retail case when the fake is the exact same quality doesnt matter anyways ended up buying the eclipse fake case anyways

congrats for saving some bucks. it is not nice because you disrespect the developers/manufacturers that invested in that case in the first place. same as with hacked apps or whatever...buying fakes is your thing, but asking for it is another. just my 2 cents

I also respect that and btw, I am also not buying originals all the time. In my opinion it is just not polite to openly ask for it. Anyway hope your case will last long .

Since when do you define what is proper forum etiquette and what is not? The last I checked, that was the moderator's job. The poor guy is just trying to find an inexpensive version of the case. Not everyone can afford a $50+ case.

I don't. I merely expressed my opinion as you do, and of course that's your right to do.
In addition you are totally right that he is free to post anything and it might not go agains forum rule number #6, hence I did not mention anywhere it is against the rules.
I am also aware of the fact that not anyone can afford a US$50+ case, btw I also can't or won't. Again I just expressed my opinion which you can take or leave.

He possibly could have phrased his question differently. Maybe used imitation instead of fake? Imitation sounds better but I guess it just depends on who's reading it and whether or not they can see through things like that. Still, the fact remains that he was asking for some help regarding a cheaper case that looked like the Atom. Instead, you offer him your opinion on what he should and should not ask for in the forum. Necessary? I think not. Did you help him? No. Did it look like you were trying to put yourself on a pedestal? Absolutely. Why even take the time to reply to his question if not to help?

I wanted to buy the orignial one, but I dont pay more than 1/2 of the case for shipping to switzerland -.-

One word of caution - you might be careful of name brand items coming from China. Homeland Security (Customs) can, likely won't, but can, open your package and destroy it if it's a branded knock-off.

i bought mine last year (the fake one - i have no idea about the ori)...TBH, i rarely use it..
yes indeed it got a nice fit on s3 but it decreased my wifi signal (and maybe phone signal too) plus sometimes the internet will be slow as hell..
so i decided to stay with UAG..also nice and no prob at all..
