Hello everyone!
(First post yay )
I haven't seen any other threads like this around so it's ok to post right?
Does anyone know of any Stock/Pure/Clean/Fast 2.3 Gingerbread rom for the HTC Desire? I know of Oxygen and suck but they have their own boot animation and have customized stuff. Others I have found are outdated versions. (i.e. 2.3.4) A stock rom with 2.3.7 would be nice. Any advice?
Thanks heaps!

Stock Rom with 2.3.7 Does not exist yet. Latest Stock (if you mean from HTC) is 2.3.5 with Sense 3/3.5.
Currently Oxygen and CyanogenMod 7 (and GingerVillain) has 2.3.7 - Miui is 2.3.5.
However major update in the 2.3.7 - is you can pay with Google wallet (and of course various fixes).

Thank you for your reply! Is there any stock (no sense, mods, ect.. just vanilla) 2.3.5 ROM? Thanks again! Not oxygen because it has some mods. I would like NO mods att all, or alternatively a ROM exactly how it is on the nexus s.
Theres a symantics issue here as stock (as in from factory) has HTC Sense, so what you actually mean is Vanilla.
Try devNull by oxygen.
Does anyone know where I can get a Basic ROM based on 2.3.7?
There is no base 2.3.7 rom for the evo. 2.3.3 is the latest official rom. 2.3.7 only added google wallet support for the Nexus S, thats it.

Hey there,
I've been using this forum for a good 6 months now and decided to join since I was looking for something and can't find it.
I was wondering if somebody has the final version of the Arconium MIUI ROM?
Since it's stopped development the link the the actual ROM is now unavailable :/.
Is Arconium MIUI still more stable than the official MIUI V4 rom itself even though it now has Jellybean elements within the official ROM?
Sorry for the many questions.
Thanks!
Hi,
Im searching for a Android 2.2 Froyo Custom Rom for my Arc S.
Is there someone who knows a Rom that looks like that?
Thanks!

LOL
Sent from Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S
Short answer: No. Sony did not make froyo firmware for "any" of it's mobile.
Long answer:
I had Xperia 10 and I remember Sony saying eclair is better than froyo. (I agree). and they will skip froyo and give gingerbread firmware update directly.
And after using froyo on my friends (Samsung) mobile I was so happy that I did not use that horrible froyo firmware.
If you must you can find decent froyo Rom in cyanogenmod archives.

As everybody has stated, there is no stock or custom version of Froyo for the Arc or Arc S - it was never released by Sony.
There are, however, stock and custom versions of Gingerbread if you're after a ROM that's really light on system resources (CM7.2 or Arconium are good custom Gingerbread ROMs).
But with the Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean ROMs that developers are releasing, there really isn't any reason to stick with an 'ancient' OS.
I've personally been using the AOKP Ice Cream Sandwich ROM and it's perfect! I can't fault it at all. I'm just waiting until the AOKP Jelly Bean ROM get's branded as stable and then I'll begin using that full time.
