I have an xperia arc x12 version 2.3.3. I have instaled Cropilot navigation version 8.2.0.368 and everything is working fine except when i try to enter the name of the town i wanna go to the typing allways give a next letter suggestion....like predict text entry...not sure did i explain well,my english is not perfect.
Every option in phone that have any relation with that is turned off,and in messages or enywhere else i do not have that problem only in navigation the problem persist.
How to solve this?
Try switching your keyboard. Gingerbread keyboard from market.

I’m using Schap’s ROM version 4.0 (great rom ) I didn't have enough time to upgrade to 4.22 for now. I have noticed a strange problem with my TyTN. While scrolling the contacts with keys (beneath the screen not the keyboard) sometimes all keys stops responding – even for starting and endig calls. The device is working and the touchscreen is ok too. I have to open the comm manager from the side button (this one works) and close it then everything is ok - all keys are working fine.
I have posted this problem during the discussion for the Schap’s Rom 4.0 and someone suggested that this is a hardware issue. I’m sure it’s not because everything else works fine and I only get this problem while scrolling the contacts.
This is annoying.
Has someone got the same problem? Any suggestions how to fix it?

Iv come up against a problem everytime i attempt to write either an SMS or Email, etc. the keys are not registering as letters, so at the minute im on the phone keypad, but it only comes up with the numbers! i can go to the options and change the style of keyboard but it doesnt save and im still left with the phone keypad?? does anyone know or has heard of this problem before?

Can't say I've seen a problem with that, but you might want to give some more info for people to look at. Like, what ROM you are running and any apps you have installed, especially before the problem started.
youve got HD tweak installed havent you. and youve turned on the option for T9 in HD tweaks options...it just messes the keyboards up completely,i had the same problem. turn the T9 tweak off and it should be fixed.
Ever since i flashed to the CM6 Nightly builds i've been encountering a few problems. These problems didn't exist with my previous rom which was the damage control 3.2 i think.
First problem is the on-screen keyboard, it seems like this keyboard is the one that comes with the new froyo update, i dislike this keyboard mainly because everytime i try to type anything in the web browser box the whole keyboard screen slides up after each button press. this gets extremely annoying, this keyboard also doesnt have the directional buttons so editing documents or just simply editing typos is cumbersome. I would like to switch back to the keyboard i had before, i believe it was the keyboard that was on 2.1
Second problem is the flash player doesn't work at all, it definitely worked on Damage Control but for some reason it doesnt work on this CM6 build, yes i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to fix this problem. Is this a known problem in the CM builds? Mainly flash videos don't work. i've yet to try it on games like miniclip.com.
any help on these two problems would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
I just remembered I have 1 more question its about a voicemail app that let's u hear ur voicemails straight from the app I remember there's a play, last, and next button I remember I had it on the stock sprint rom. can anyone tell me what the app is called and where I can get it?

i started having some issues with my tilt 2 today the solid keyboard ( not touch) was not responding at all...and would start typing the letter g non stop if i pressed any button...nothing is stuck under...if i press the letter j the task manager opens up...im trying the keyboard config right now...not sure if thats gonna help at all...also i just reflashed my phone earlier and the problem did not go away, is this a software issue?
the keyboard mapping didnt help...its an issue with the task manager i think...wiping the phone apparently doenst help either

I got my Desire Z a few weeks ago. About a month. When I first got it, there was only a small problem - A few of the keys on one row of the keyboard didn't work. After a reboot though it resolved itself and since then it had been working fine.
Until now, sadly. A few keys on the keyboard, S, F, G, J, K and L don't seem to work. They light up with the backlight, they are still in position and click just like the other keys. The software just doesn't seem to respond.
Any ideas if this could be a software issue, and if there's anyway I can test that out, besides just typing in apps?
