this is really important need a developer for an idea I have for start up screen trust me if this can be done really could be some serious money no bs. before I tell you what it is I need you to send or if u have videos of your work. and you agree that this idea is mine I own idea. So a 3D rendering program, knowledge of editing colors and images. I can do those things but I know two others who are professional boot animation creators that I would refer to here. But didn't want to if this is BS.

Nobody's gonna feed you the answers if you keep on asking and bumping without even providing basic information (device variant, Android version, etc.) and doing basic research.
Resources and tutorials are abundant, and either by using fastboot or a toolkit you should be able to root it in minutes. Just search before you ask.
