Widgetlocker comes with it (if you don't mind a paid app) and there are a lot of themed ICS lockscreens on XDA that can be used with it.
Go Locker has ICS theme as well...

There is one in the market... I think it's called ice cream Sandwich (theme). Don't know if that's what you're looking for.

Yeah I saw that. Tried it earlier but for some odd reason it only changes the internet icon. It does say it might not be compatible with some launchers.
