Tried to reflash the rom with the same settings ?
Wipe cache and dalvik, then reflash the rom. Also check md5 for false downloads

Did u leave the rom settle at the lockscreen after bootanimation for bout 10 mins then reboot?

I had problems with that rom before, it kept on freezing at setup menu so iv never used it. I would try another rom personaly. Im using runnymede aio s/e and never had any problems with it. Its also sense 3.5, best 1 around i think

Runnymede AIO V6.1.1 is beta stage, it has any problem?
Iv been using it for a while and no problems so far. What hboot do u have?
Sent from my HTC Desire
CM7 r2 with hboot 6.93.1002
~s -off
Perfect. Try runnymede aio 6.1.1 and in aroma setup choose custom and then u can pick what u want - IN2SD+S etc etc and what apps/widgets etc. Make sure u have ext4 partion 1gb (no swap)
Dont forget FULL wipe first
And when it boots past the boot animation, and its at the lockscreen(ring) leave your phone for 10 mins atleast, dont unlock. After 10 mins pull up the lock ring and reboot and u should have no problems

i had reinstall the rom, and it still hang at htc screen on first boot
i have cm7/r2 with 4ext touch recovery( S-off )
after reinstalling i stuck at hTc screen
what should i do now?
I think its best to start from scratch...backup your sd card, format ALL you can within recovery, also the sd card. maybe your sd ext partition is corrupted, you should repartition your sd card within ext recovery with the tool menu.
You need a 1024 ext4 partition without a second one and no swap.
Then check the md5 of the Rom and flash it if its ok !

Hey guys,
I've just installed this ROM : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1633198.
It works great but...I can't find a working Data2SD for that ROM
I just want to increase my intermal memory to 2Gb
Does somebody can help me ?
(Sorry for my poor english, i'm french)
try this link
link doesnt work?
Uh, dude, same problem happened with me, And what I did to solve it was, - I reinstalled the rom, and without rebooting the phone, I flashed Gapps and then flashed Data2Sd. It worked fine.
Make an ext partition of 2gb and flash Data2sdV2withA2sdremover_by_jikantaru.zip . U can google and download .

It may be an SD card issue or a A2SD script. What a2sd configuration are you using?

I'm using cronmod INT2EXT4 script.i tried ad2sdx script,too!
I had the same issue with JB from nikez. I even didn't get into 4EXT-Recovery. Trying changing recovery and even flashing other ROMs, I had to go the way with RUU... => starting from scratch
Now it is working again. Maybe you have to go the same way
the more stranger thing is that it has solved without doing anything!!! i hope that problem never come back again! it's the most terrible thing i ever had, more bad than usb brick!!
Hello,
I have had problems with the a2sd script that comes with this rom,
so I want to try a different script,
what are you using? what are you suggest?
tnx, ndori

yes I did, after a week or so my phone would freeze, and then reboot, after that all of the rom configuration (system settings) would be reset,
my home button didn't work, and the google play button has vanished,
I searched for this problem and found this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=34999369#post34999369
and it did help....
I don't know what the problem exactly, I do know the it is not my SD card, as I've tried a couple,
anyhow the m2sd script runs a fschk, and it's apk informed me a couple of time that a error has been detected and was fixed....

Hi all,
Sorry - I know you get a lot of "which is best" but I've been going around in circles looking at all the different ROMS
My needs:
Wifeys's phone keeps running out of memory.... the old story
want to replace the std ROM with one excluding bloatware
want to use apps2SD to make best use of limited space
Need a Stable ROM not the latest and greatest, just a fast stable ROM (Android version doesn't matter - she'll be using it for photos, mail, txt and facebook)
Don't want to be updating it in future - just one stable ROM to put on and forget.
Please could you offer suggestions
Many thanks in advance
Nick

I am in the exact same situation but I do have the marvelc (MetroPCS). I have tried MESSYSENSE and insink71's ROM but don't know enough to disable the A2SD scripts on my own. I have the bootloader unlocked, but S-ON; installed clockworkmod recovery, and upgraded to hboot 1.10.
I have a 4GB sdcard which I want to partition in 3GB FAT32 and have 1GB internal memory.
My wife wants me to spend $100+ in one of the newer phones but for what she uses the phone for the Wildfire S with 1GB internal memory would really make her happy and save me some dough! So I guess a stock ROM with init.d and rooted should do the trick once I run CRONMod INT2EXT+
Help please!

I partitioned my SD card using Partition Wizard, 504MB EXT2 and the rest, 3.2+ GB FAT32, both primary. Don't know what's wrong, guess I'll have to shell the dough for a new phone for the wife...

Doing it now, it's stuck in the first HTC screen, the one that displays HTC in bright green, before it goes into the the softer green font and displays the carrier. That's where it takes a long time or on the one after?
518MB primary partition formatted in EXT3, about 3.2GB in FAT32, primary and first partition. Installed your ROM after full wipe, ran the script and formated sd-ext like it says. Boot loop, after the MetroPCS logo it reboots back into the HTC quietly brilliant splash screen. What the heck could be happening???? I'm S-ON but unlocked. Could that be it?
I can confirm it's the script because I flashed only your ROM and the phone booted OK. Will try running the script again after 1 boot to see if that works. The only thing left to try is that the OP of CRON's thread says that some phones have problems and to mount /system before flashing the scripts.
No luck, boot loop. One thing that I don't understand is why doesn't is why programs like Link2SD cannot see my sd-ext partition. Could that be it?

Yes, that's exactly what I did. Let me try a2sd+ and see what happens.
a2sd+ didn't go into a boot loop but my space didn't increase. So to everyone out there AVOID the MetroPCS HTC Wildfire S. This has been a nightmare, Crossfire77 I really appreciate your help and your patience. Tomorrow the wife gets a new phone.

it won't show you space like int2ext+
but it has space.its similiary like link2sd.
you try to install apps and then see your internal space won't decreased.

Nice stable rom
I've tasted a few roms since I rooted my wildfire S and I have the same answer for everyone that looks for a stable rom:
- WildJOY joyOS There haven't found any bug at all on it and it's quite smooth. The only "problem" is that if you don't like iPhones this interface is not for you.
