hi,
i have try to boot android to my touch pro2, and seem like every thing work fine. anyhow, i found the mic doesnt work during i make a call or i answer a call. i can hear the voice from the other party, howerer they couldnt hear me.
did anyone have the same problem like me?
how did you solve it? can you share with me??
thanks for kind assists.....
best regards
garf
Garf's the name eh? Interesting name indeed...
I swear this problem has been licked. However, on the speakerphone front that does not work yet. There's a patch, but it hasn't been commited yet. However, 'normal' phone calls (no speakerphone) the mic should work just fine.
Please make sure your build is COMPLETELY up to date.
System image (system.ext2), kernel & modules (zImage/modulesxxxxxx.tar.gz), and rootfs (rootfs.img).
thanks ya... i try again....
one more question, is the application download from "market" can't be stored in the sd card?
thanks again...

If you're asking, if an app installed from the market, yes it can be installed on the sd card. Click settings on the bottom right and choose "sd card"
did u mean "sd card and phone storage"?
i did enter to the menu, but what to do next? because i didnt see any option for me to choose to install the application....
thanks

WTF are you talking about...? Everything is already on the SD card, installing it on the SD card does no good. Android is on the SD, that's all it knows. All data is stored there as well, any user apps/changes you make are in the data.img... Which is on the SD.

i really need jhelp guys , i installed this app and when i opened it it gives me this error evice does not have a real primary external storage. do i need to perform some additional step or something else to either create some partition or what , i have tried to find it out , but i cant seem to find ans
Not sure what your goal is.. but afaik that app is useless on Gnex, or any device lacking external storage. Delete app2sd and you wont get that message anymore.

app 2 sd is not useful on the nexus at all. apps and system all use the same partition.

If by any chance, is it possible that you were instead looking for "Link2sd"...?? cz app2sd is neither required, nor usable on Nexus.
The app developer should have blocked installs on devices with a "virtual sdcard". I checked playstore, i can see the app and it allowed install; it shouldnt do that.

Hehee, I guess so.
download the "update.zip" which is the root file, from the main root thread, then put it on ur internal storage, while ur phone is off, keep pushing volume up,home button and power button, when phone lights up just remove the finger over the power button and wait, strange mode will appear like the pics on the thread of rooting, tap over the menu button "touch sensitive button on left of home button" then ur recovery mode is working , now press volume down to to select apply update from sdcard then push home button to enter ur choice "navigation through options is done by volume buttons, touch screen isnt working" then apply ur update.zip file then from main menu choose reboot system, when ur phone wakes to normal mode just look for superuser icon (if u have it then ur rooted)

you don't want read carefully...:laugh::laugh:
don't worry it happens me too, sometimes even if you do the right things the process don't go well
format your card in a pc with FAT32 format and retry to do the backup... if something is wrong you must reinstall CWM (how do you install? with odin or with terminal mode?)
as you can see even if the things are simple... you must read... guides or threads don't be important... you must read
I hope you can solve yr problems
edit: and please be patient... don't touch anything when the phone is still making backup or flash any custom rom/CWM... wait the result it show in the screen before touching any key
dont format ur sdcard from ur phone, instead, plug ur sdcard to ur pc and check if it is readable (may or may not be readable) if its readable then u can salvage ur very imp data (dont copy the whole sdcard just ur imp data only) to ur pc then format ur sdcard
press thanks if i help you

It's nottt readable.
I have the same problem with my first CMW flashed: 6.0.1.2
I download and flash it with odin... the backups are even corrupted or simply not good...
I decide to flash (with odin too) another version (6.0.1.9) and then it works fine...
don't desperate... try to download (for me it's better with pc instead directly with the phone) another version of CWM or simply the same... it is possible do you have a corrupted file
reinstall it (with odin or terminal mode) and retry to do a backup
first of all as you can read above format the SDcard in a pc with FAT32 format and set "predefinite" the allocation unit size

Huh? I have no idea what you're saying. BTW it works now after going Pristine.
Hi there!
A year ago, I messed up in installing Omnirom and LVM on my Find 7a and I've been left with 2.95GB of internal storage since. The rest of my internal storage is corrupt and is now called SD Card/lvm2pv. See attached screenshot..
So I detailed what I did on post 1325 here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/fi...ilds-7a-7s-t3237065/post66783345#post66783345
But basically, when installing it looks like I wiped something by accident as I followed a ROM guide that said to wipe Dalvik Cache, System, Data, Cache.
Here's what it says in TWRP when installing a zip/backing up:
Creating Android Secure: /internal_sd/.android_secure
Failed to mount '/internal_sd' (No such device)
I:Actual block device: '/dev/block/mmcblk0p29', current file system: 'LVM2_member'
Unable to recreate and-sec folder.
Failed to mount '/internal_sd' (No such device)
I:Actual block device: '/dev/block/mmcblk0p29', current file system: 'LVM2_member'
I:Unable to mount '/internal_sd'
I want to get my 12GB of storage back but I'm not sure what's wrong or what I need to do to solve the problem.
I've looked extensively online and it seems some people have had similar problems:
(such as post 8 in here https://forum.xda-developers.com/fi...rom-dirty-unicorns-6-0-1-7s-08-05-16-t3434120 )
but no sure solutions.
I found this guide: http://community.oppo.com/en/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=44896
But people were commenting under it saying it had bricked their phones so I'm going to give that one a miss I think.
I've spent all day looking for a solution to this but to no avail. I swear I've trawled!!
Does anybody know what's wrong or what I could do to fix it?
I could run the unbricker tool but that seems overkill.
Try this Omni Patch first:
https://mega.nz/#!Iw5FHJID!tAbrqXIkgxNqiPO0yQDsJnXeYYOlHFxM6BK5CqumFzI
If it doesnt work, try this Second:
https://mega.nz/#!NsAz1DxJ!vtO22hWN_r_gcjP_abeiRhoBcHoJ2W8Mopq2Q0aE03E
If all fail, go here and start it over:
http://community.oppo.com/en/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=23067&extra=
Then go to Settings -> Storage -> Erase.
Side note: Stay away from Omni Rom, they give the Find 7a BSOD here and there

No, it is not safe. It triggers some self destruct IC inside the Find 7a, and makes it explode just like the Note 7, hahaha
Oh, I almost forgot, before using the unbricker, this LVM setup and LVM remover may help:

I hear all phones with the number 7 in the name have that curious IC that spontaneously combusts alright!
But flashing that omni-6.0.1-find7-unified-storage-patch .zip file won't brick the phone will it?

And isn't the omni-6.0.1-find7-unified-storage-patch something to do with Chinese partition? I'm trying to understand it but I'm struggling....

Hello, use your operating system Lineage OS, please tell me, how can I transfer applications from the phone to the memory card using the root?
You cant always do that it depends on the app sometimes they use things in the root level of the phone so you cant move to sd.

What is it that I do not really understand, that I do not always do? What kind of things does the application use? If anything on the phone installed as root. I tried to break the sd card into two parts and one part I formatted for the applications. second removable. so that it can be used on a computer, but the operating system for some reason formatted them both made one section and now it can not be used on a computer. Tell me please, what can I do, that after the sd card is broken, the system does not format both of them, but leaves the section for reading from the computer?
