systemUI.apk is in /system/app and the rest of it could be found in /system/framework

I copied it to system/apps and changed its permissions .. at last I saw no change can anybody else test this
As the title,I am a newbie for android,using arc S [email protected]_pureness_11.0 custom ROM.I put my framework-res.apk(attached) into my system/framework,but always stuck on bootanimation screen and reboot,I tried push framework-res.apk into my phone,still the same situation,can anyone tell me how to put the framework.apk to my phone safely?(sorry for my english)
