[Q] Rom Manager

ok so i just rooted my et4g and i installed rom manager, im trying to flash the recovery and it has four options to flash.
none in which say et4g
only
samsung at&t GalaxyS2
samsung GalaxyS i9000
samsung GalaxyS i9000 (MTD)
samsung GalaxyS2
which one is my best bet?
if any of them i think the bottom one is but i was worried that one is for the euro s2?
any help would be greatly appreciated
None of the above.
so what do i do??
i want to flash a rom already! haah
Odin a rooted kernel with clockwork mod (chris41g's lost kernel is what I used), and follow the ROM install instructions from the development section.
and lets just say if i used this vs using that method lol

damn so i just have to chill then? no other way of flashing recovery?
If you are worried about customization issues or just want to remain stock, I would flash this. It is completely stock with cwm. You can than flash a prerooted rom or su.zip and you are rooted and ready to go.

Yeah... no, not really. GSM models will ALWAYS get CM before CDMA models. Fact of life.

Follow these instructions much easier than Odin
Plus this does not increase your custom binary count
Is there a unroot option with this method? Did not see one in the instructions!
Thx,

[Q] Rooting for 1st time

I am ready to taske the plunge. I have one quick question. Do I have to root EL29 or can I just use the one cllick method by SFhub for FE22?

One-Click method will do the trick. Just follow the instructions carefully and you'll be good.
Good luck!

[HELP] A little confused on how to flash ICS..

I'm currently trying to flash an ICS rom to my friends epic touch he has the EL29 build on his device.
I was able to get it rooted and I flashed the rouge recovery successfully.
But I keep reading and seeing in videos that it is recommended to only flash ICS via gb recovery while on a particular rom and thats were my confusion starts..
If anyone can clear this cloudiness Id appreciate it..
Any turorial videos or up-to-date guides would be help-ful
This guide(http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=24028398&postcount=683) didnt help because the first link for the needed file is down, so that was a no-go.
Thanks in advance..
just use one click odin to flash fe22 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=167135
Read this then read it again!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1525495
Here is some more good info.

Then just go right into flashing the ICS rom?
If you do the odin one-click FE-22 it will install a stock ICS rom for you.

The one click FE22 will give you stock recovery. If you're going to flash another rom after that you're best bet is el26 but things are changing super fast right now so keep reading through the threads.

No trouble with Odin just use cf autoroot and all is quick and painless. Been rooted over a week and haven't had a single problem so far touch wood

No, you need PC... Unfortunately Mobile ODIN Pro doesn't support the P600/605 just yet. Hope this changes as its easier than anything else....

Well looks like I'm gonna have to wait might be worth it in the end gives them time to iron out any bugs in clean ROM.
