Does anyone know which roms have WiMAX working properly? Need to root and flash an OG Evo for a friend, but need WiMAX working.

Come on dude, that ROM has a thread over in the dev section - you can read the OP I am sure.
(Technically the 4G status is noted in post 4, but really, the first n consecutive posts containing real information in any thread can be collectively considered "the original post". Read.)
Oh and there are no Sense 3.5 ROMs with Wimax.

I'm on CM10 nightlies and update it about once a week. It has been really stable lately and seems to just work. The only but that bothers me is the volume bug with headphones but it's not much of an issue. My 2¢

I don't know if you tried PAC man 19.0 ROM or not. I've been using it foe a while and it's exactly like paranoid android and cm10. Less buggy and it locks GPS quickly. I've had few problems in the past with getting GPS on few of these ROMs. Give it a try.

Well I have been running PACman for the past 2 hrs. And I like it, already better than CM10 (in some places) and the boot ani. is awesome BTW

Cm 10 official?

Just came to the note 2 from the htc vivid and was wondering if there was a official cm rom? Seen quite a few roms, even a few 4.2.2's.....but I dont think I seen any official roms from 4.1.2 or up? I may have overlooked though as its been a long day from work. Thanks in advance!!

MIUI v5 4.2 Base

Has anybody been able to get a hold of the Rom package for the beta release for this yet? I tried scouring the forums for it but came up with nothing.
Looking to try to port this but I can't seem to get my hands on it.

Allowed yes, but that doesn't mean it couldn't have happened. I'm not aware of any NDA just that they kindly asked.
