I am new to flashing roms and have tried a few but there seems to be way too many to try and flash them all to find out which one i like the most.
I know that I want either a sense 3.0 or 3.5 rom. I also would like Beats Audio and for MMS to work on it. does anyone know of a good Rom with all of these features that doesn't have a million other bugs?
Affinity if you want sense 3.5...works like it was made for the inc2. The virtuous team has done a fantastic job. It does not have full GSM support though if that matters to you. For me it doesn't since I stay domestically.
If you want stock 2.1 ROM RMK (can be found on rootwiki) and if you want stock with enhancements (aka 3.0 sprinkles) go with skyraiders zeus Rom.
If you want AOSP CM7 and MIUI are always safe bets. My only gripe with either is that I see a lower quality camera when I use these. Other than that they are fast, customizable, stable, and great dev community.

I have been running the Incredible2 HD Rls 1.1 and it has had no bugs that I have seen yet. Been running it for a while. Seems to be the smoothest too. Has a built in screen shot by pressing the power + home button

My Inc2 running miui takes better quality pictures than my real camera in fact the pictures are huge and quality is awesome. I only know this BC my fiance is a graphic designer and she printed some pics of my phone which were perfect. It does have a minor graphic glitch when u first snap a picture but after you view it under gallery is fine
And miui is lighting fast compare to any sense rom

That's from the 6MP setting, right? You should be able to change to 8MP and be fine.
Can someone please share the pros and cons of Virtuous Affinity vs RCMix3D?
I have tryed cm7 and sense... Will have to say MIUI is the best and smoothest.. With some tweaks that I have made..

I don't know many tweaks for miui as it does come pretty tweak already as it is but I do use "extended settings" tweak and launcher mod tweak. Both of this add some extras feutures like notification tweaks, carrier and clock options plus lvls off the icons and I always install custom kernels to boost my battery life and volume

Same here. I have a backup of 1.12.9 with aeroevans .7 bfs and the latest ext. settings. What kind of notification tweaks are there? Also, what's different in the launcher mod? I tried to read through it and it all seemed foreign to me lol.

Affinity is the Only Rom Sense 3.5 that supports the original firmware commands like Htcdiag
Other than affinity, and I still prefer miui.

miui is an amazing rom but its not sense that you requested
you need Rom with no bugs , then :
rmk rom ( stock rooted and debloated rom ) , then patch it with sense 3 patch , i tried this one runs great .
the closest in my opinion to stock and react like it in sense 3.5 is Affinity ,although it lack some features
don't expect to have it all , either Something based on stock ( no bugs) , or other builds based on other phones with some bugs , you choose

all launchers works fast as the base is same, its just you need to config the adw from settings if you want fast smooth scroling, and longer dock as shown in picture, other two works smooth as it is.

Personally I prefer Go Launcher over any other launcher (including adw ex, launcher pro plus and other paid launchers)

I dont think this is just Royal Senseless...that is based off CM not AOSP code. Much different. You cannot add sense things to a CM rom or I would be using it

Sense camera yes, calender yes but not the widgets as without rosie, widgets won't work. Only supported applications work, like weather.

Widgets
There are most standard widgets that are part of Sense but Weather, Calendar, Clock are missing from this. So if you must have those, this rom is not for you. I am using the ARC launcher and like it so far. Sony Launcher is nice...only one issue with it...I cannot make it remember I wish sorting to be Alphabetical. Each time I reboot, it goes back to Custom Sorting and it appears I have lost all my icons. Odd that I cannot save this setting perm. I found a file in /data/data but it wont stick. This is only issue I have so far. Everything seems to work smoothly. I also like how you can put app icons into folders so they are easy and grouped. So this is similar to Senseless Royal however its different build and version. I tried Royal Senseless and had some issues with it working properly and didnt care for ADW launcher.

So Can I add Rosie back and some of those widgets will work ? I tried...wont work. Cannot add Rosie.apk unless I am missing how to add it back into /system/apps ??

also iv removed all the widgets from the rom so even if u add rosie back widgets are not there in the first place

what would u like to see in a sense 4 theme?
I could probably look into changing to blue instead of green, but the skins do a good job of this, IMO.

Nice. HTC theme. I might sow it to a freind of mine that hase 1.
I installed it yesterday and it looks quite snappy and bug free. Very inclined to adopting it. One thing I would like to change would be the notification bar. In my gio it got a profound grey color and it visually stands out big time. Could it be possible to apply a semi-transparent notification bar patch to this rom???

Video recording works, but you have to install a camera app from play store to make it working, download camera ICS its the best

Daxmax-What folder is the messaging .apk in? or better yet can you forward the apk you are using in the screen shoot?
I am looking for either so I can change the green messaging icon to blue!

I have been using all day and all seems great. Smooth and good battery life. Stock kernel at 1400 or trinity 132-ns-cv-any-56fps both work well.

so far the only rom ive tried that actually sends track info to my sony car receiver has been bigxie's 1.1.3 beta that he came out with a week or so ago. regular AOKP doesnt even connect to my car stereo anymore. still gonna try it just wondering. thanks!
this rom is sick! all the features i've been missing from pete's and the performance is comparable. no lag in temple run
only issues i've noticed so far were system stopped responding once, and there seems to be two galleries. great work, thanks for building for us on the 4g side!

This will be my first go at an AOSP ROM, on this device. Very excited.
Can anyone who has sprint as their carrier please verify if you have the ability to send mms. I still get the no apn specified error on Gummy. Everything else works great, but no go for mms. As I stated before, this issue existed on other aosp roms, but has since been fixed.

Xposed works. There is also a wanam kit specifically made for AOSP ROMS. Not sure why you would need it though. These guys baked it all in!

Running very smooth for me no issues so far besides no NFC which I'm sure they will have fixed soon enough. Battery life is excellent no reboots. Never realized how much I missed stock android

It's running very very well. In my opinion this is the smoothest & most stable AOSP build on this device. Battery life with baked in kernel is great as well. I highly recommend giving it a try & if for some reason you don't like it you can always go back to your current setup, but I doubt that will happen.
Anyone getting Screen freeze when you take pictures? I have tried the New google camera and A better camera, both freeze after taking a picture.

Select it let it reboot automatically and it should stick. It does for me.
