please help my SD card

I've had a SD card 2GB.Yesterday it still worked ok, but today when i inserted it into my notebook it didn't work .My notebook displayed symbol SD storage device ,but when I click it I have to wait for more than 5 mins and then no answer....???
I tried to scan it with KIS 7.0 so many times but no result
Please help me ( if you have any solution )

if the pda, the pc and maybe a digicam all fail to be able to access it at all
i say it's dead i had a 512MB sd card die on my like that no device would have anything to do with it

Sounds pretty dead. Might be worth attempting a block-level scan on it though if there's anything on there you want to pull off.
Just the other day I had a Kingston (!) 2GB card die also. Had to redo an essay as a result. Such is life. And backup! 'Cause storage can and will go bad.

Finally I've got it..You know, I tried to use somany repair & recover soft to save it all night.Totally I got a soft name 'SDFormatter Version 2.0 by Panasonic '
Downloaded this soft and it saved my card...Thanks God and thanks Panasonic...

[Q] Need help with micro sd !

Hi guys,
I've been using my dhd with a micro sd samsung 32gb for five months with no problem ...
Yesterday (in vacation in mexico)out of nowhere the card stopped working, i'm having a message saying that the card is damaged, and proposing me to format it .... i have like 10 gb of data in it ... my question is : is there a way to recuperate the data ?
i have gingerbread 2.3.3
build 2.50.405.2

If you can survive without it until you get back dont format it and have a look if your pc can read it. You'll need another way of connecting it to your pc like a usb adapter. If your pc can read the sd card copy all of the data to your desktop, format the card and copy the data back. If your pc cant read the data you might need something like Recuva (Link) to scan the card and see if anything is recoverable. Hope you get your stuff back

Search on ebay theyre dirt cheap, unless it would be faster to drive to a brick and mortar store.

I NEED HELP!!!! i PLUGGED MY PHONE INTO MY T.V VIA USB AND SOME HOW SOME WAY ALL OF A SUDDEN MY SD CARD HAS BEEN ERASED OR CORRUPTED. IS THERE ANYWAY TO RESTORE IT BEFORE I HAVE TO ERASE IT AND FORMAT IT AGAIN??? THERE IS NO OPTION TO MOUNT DISK NOR DOES IT RECOGNIZE IT AT ALL. I HAVE LOTS A VALUABLE INFO ON THERE THAT I MUST RECOVER ANY ONE ELSE EVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE OR KNOW A FIX?????HA

The same thing happened to me when I put my card in my mom's rumor touch...

Your best bet is to try a sdcard reader and plug it directly into your computer. If that doesn't work your probably going to have to format the card.

Do you really have to type in all caps? I really shouldn't even be answering this...
Take the card out of the phone and put it directly into a card reader on a computer. See if Windows reports any errors, if not do a error check on the card. You can also try programs like GetDataBack to see if you can restore any data. If not, you are out of luck. Next time, backup your data if it is important. I cannot stress this enough to people.

[HELP]SD Card Error

Guys I just connected USB Storage storage on my PC but after i put a video via Kies , After i disconnect USB Storage my applications on SD Card like Panda Run,Instagram,Hambo,Andro Zip,Titanium Backup PRO Disappeared ?!?!?!?! . But i can view the files of my SD Card in "My Files" Application bloatware that comes with my phone . But why all of my applications on SD Card Disappeared , I Tried Formatting My SD Card using my phone but still no luck. Please help me guys , I Tried Downloading Instagram again on Play Store but it give me an error "923" Any Help Guys . Im Using Doky's DXKK4 Stock ROM that he provided for me, I Want to factory Reset if it will resolve the problem but im scared to brick my phone(Because i do not love to mess with this kind of problems) because my phone is still Rooted and I think theres no way for unrooting , I'll try unrooting in recovery mode . But i'll put the update-unroot.zip first because i formatted my SD Card Using My Phone , So help guys , Any help will be appreciated

Edit 2:Already Factory Resetted my phone using recovery menu (Since i forgot my Samsung Account password)

woah woah.. slow down..
Restarting or remounting the SD card should have done the trick..
So u formatted the sdcard(and lost the apps/backups??) and reset the phone, and unrooted.. so its back to the new state..
Erm.. if u dont have the backups just start over and forget about it..

My SD Card (2Gb) that comes with my phone is already 3 months for me .Is this the time that i will buy new SD Card again ?

Ermm.. that is upto your discretion.. I can't see how this is related to the topic.. but PLEASE note that the SD card it still good, you do not NEED to buy another one.

I think Kies has started the problem or the slowness of my phone , Im not sure what error caused this one , Anyways . Thanks for advice . Since im going to buy Galaxy S WiFi 5.0 thats costs 11,400(Philippine Peso)too much pricey for me but im still going to go with that "Mini Tablet" and some says that it doesn't comes with any SD Card so if i ever got my first "Mini Tablet" then i'll continue to use my 2GB there )

you need to test the card in a card reader i think , to find whats faulty

or your phone's sd reader chip thingy is broken somehow? if your pc can detect it, but your phone cant, it is mostly related to be more a phone problem than a sd card one.
backup all of your data on your sd to your pc, and than format it.
put it in your phone again, and if it still doesn't connect, there might be a problem
