I want install in my wilfire s the homepage skin (I suppose it is widget) of HTC Explorer (see the img below).
Is possible this thing, if yes, where do I find it.

I been searching on the forum for mths,i still do not know the difference btw new manila and old manila or Manila V3? Is the new manila a cooked version? He answered you question, some new programs are added (new Contact Manager, HTC Zip tool and more), some exsisting programs are updated. Also the new TF3D seems smoother. If you run the old TF3D I would highly recommend you to upgrade to for example: Dutty's 2.9 RTM ROM (this has the new TF3D included).

no, there is no installable update of manila. the only thing is to install some of those modules (e. g. the notification manager, the new camm manager etc.). But most of the modifications are only available if you flash a new rom

hey guys im back on my original rom R3aa
and i want some individual things back from Touch X rom
like
1 - The selection , when i put the usb cable in the phone - active sync, data disk, or connection sharing
2 - Youtube (as app,like on touch x rom)
3 - VolumeControl
4 - CommManager
5 - Album like on Touch X , with sliding the pictures..

If you install HTCAlbum from itjes thread nothing will show up in start menu. You'll have to find the shortcut in the Windows folder.

i just want to share my Homescreen-Appearance with all of you and give the germans out there a helpin hand.
It took/takes alot of time to find the files and cabs that made the homescreen look like the screens attached, and so its easier to find them in one single post.
Everybody who wants to have a nearly german manila can use the files attached.
Everybody else: only the files that are described to be german are german so u can use the other files without limitation
All files can be found in xda-forum or htc-developers etc...
They are free to download, therefore BIG THX to the developers.!
I haven't made the cabs/manila-files myself so i CAN'T and WON'T give support if they don't work with your HD.
The manila-language files are edited by myself.
I'm using Miri WM 6.5 WWE 21889 :: MANILA 2.5 :: REV 18.0 (latest Manila 1922 and working "My Location" signed rilphone 1.15.25.14, cab from Cortez.I)

So i can fully confirm they are workin with this ROM and RADIO.
If I change the language of a WWE Rom via the registry i loose at least SMS incoming sound, there is no fix!, so far (others reported u will loose much more...)
So i decided to edit only the manila language files to have most of the functions and buttons in GERMAN and set the manila to german in settings: (Settings->Locale & text->Location->Region:German(Germany)) for correct Date and Currency!
The manila files have to be copied with Total-Commander (or similar tool) to the \Windows\*.* folder and overwrite the old ones,
AFTER removing the DESCRIPTION i added to file name. Example:
2c89bd29_manila25-germanhomescreen ---> 2c89bd29_manila (its the language file for "normal" WWE en-us)
And of course u have to Softreset after installing the cabs or files!
U cannot rollback after u copied the files unless u saved the original files first or someone is making a .cab of them!!!

The background is stock right after flashing the ROM. But i have switched off the Weather animation via registry because if u switch the animation off by using an animation wallpaper, there is no simply black Background (Miri has cooked this background from the LEO)
HKCU/Software/HTC/manila/Home.WallpaperMode
change from dword 0 to dword:1.
The weather animation in Home tab will be disabled

i am using [PhamQuang][WWE]TouchHD WM6.5 ROM V88 (Core 23517), after install remove top curtain, it removes the icons in the task bar as well...
How we can make Background for all Tabs for manila 2.5.19211619?
And can you done calendar background transparant in the home tab?

think its because of the Core. It works with all Version like 21...

I have recently bought HTC HD and was tring to make it look better by searching for good themes but I'm totally confused how to apply them.......Please help me with following problems.......
I have followed all the steps mentioned in this forum for installing .theme files........
- I downloaded Diamond_TF3D_Config_Setup_v0.6.7 and installed it
- Created "Themes" folder on my phone memory and copied the "XXX.theme" file to this Themes folder.
- Opened TF3D Config and clicked on "APPEARANCE" tab and clicked on PATH and selected the "Themes" folder where my "XXX.theme" files is present but I could not find any names in Select files dropdown menu of TF3D App
I dont know if I did it wright or not.....someone please correct me......Here are my phone details......

Manila is just a name like sence in htc hd2 I know it is very confusing that HTC,but if you go in the WIKI you can see how many different kinde of htc is on the market your's is Manila 2.1,the taskbar what you want its easy, all you have to do is you phone to allow the battery in the taskbar, you have two possibility's, first you can do it with a App, secound you can change it in the registry,if you don't know how to do it ask I can provide both,with you themes, tell me where would you like to but you themes,maybe I can show you a easy way and the right app for it,the icone-soft theme extension,I don't know what you mean? the easyest way to upgrade you phone with different WM's or radio's and ROM's is, go on this page to the top and hit WIKI, in the wiki go to you phone, on you phone page you will finde everything you need and like to change you entire phone, it is all very nice explaind.

I´m in a little Dilemma:
I have two versions of Sense 3.5-Rom.
The first is EQDKP 5.2, here is sense complete installed, all works fine, but...german isn´t complete.
I understand that this Rom isn´t made from te EU, so no problem
Furthermore the Clock is modded, so it hat a blue line round the clock-fields
At the other hand is the actual Chucky-Rom, here all is in german,
but...Sense isn´t complete (HTC Hub and the HTC Music-App, Peep and Teeter are missing, some Widgets are also absent).
Is there a possibility to include missing parts in both of the Rom´s?
I´m no modder, but i can learn to do so, can anybody please help???

Yes, take out the apps (.apk) you need from the installation zip of the ROM(system/app) which has all the files and then copy them into the other ROM. and install it. You can also push the files into the ROM if it's already installed and even copy them using a root file explorer.
After copying just reboot the phone. And you are done.

Start with files which are named htc there and copy all of them. Except the ones you think you dont need. BTW htc hub is I guess named "HtcHubSyncProvider.apk" and also copy htc location apks too.
Okay Guys, i have it.
The following files are needed:
HtcDirect.apk
HtcDirectDownloadsProvider.apk
HtcHubSyncProvider.apk
The other two files were not necessary, they were same ones in both Rom´s.
I copied the files to /system/app, changed their permissions to rw/r/r and rebooted the system.
Now HTC Hub is functional
Also the HtcMusic.apk was copied and it works great!
