App for battery drain - Galaxy S II Themes and Apps

Hi,
I am looking for an App that tells the battery drain in mv..
e.g at 100% batyery is at 4100 mv and at 75% is at 3600 mv...
So there must be some application that tells the drainage in reall time. So that we figure out impact of freezing applications..
Any suggestion would be highly appreciated...
Regards

Just use BetterBatteryStats first to see which app/service is the rogue one.

Hi, I recommend you to try Battery Monitor Widget
PHP:
https://market.android.com/details?id=ccc71.bmw&hl=en
It's possible to monitor various battery stats without the widget too, just check the options. (No, I'am not the developer, or someone related to)

Q: Battery monitor

Hallo,
Does anybody know an application to detaily monitor the power consumption of the running apps? Something similar to PowerTutor but suitable for Defy.
Many thanks,
martin

I use Battery Indicator.
Try "system panel lite".

Try the pro version and you'll get logging too. I have it and I love it!
Thanks, system panel seams to be very nice. I have a question regarding the monitoring. What exactly is the percentage in the top apps view? For cpu usage, it seams a little low? Or is it battery consumption? Should not the sum of them be 100?
Thanks a lot,
Martin

Or is the sum of the percentages not 100 because stuff such as the display is missing?
Thx and best regards,
Martin

is there something wrong with PowerTutor? I have it installed on my Defy.
No it seams to fine as well. I just wanted to try something else because, after installation, powertutor wrote that the phone has not been recognized and, thus, the measurements may be not accurate.
Right now, I have both running for comparison.
greets,
martin

[Q] alternative for spare parts

Hello,
I just installed AR 5.2.5 and I'm trying to improve my battery drain. I followed this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=937080 guide and used "Spare Parts". But this app crashes when i hit "battery history". Anyone knows an alternative to this app? It should show me which app uses how match power (preferably in mA).
Sorry for my bad english

If you want to see the amount of mA being used, then use Current widget from the market. Its free.

But CurrentWidget doesn't show me the usage of mA oder battery per app...
If I'm not mistaken, i dont think there is any app which will give the amount of mA being used by each app. Only the total mA being used can be found out..

[Q] Currentwidget strange readings

Currentwidget shows 1k-8k mA drain for me How about you guys?
Same here. I get completely normal battery life though (I mean obviously there's no way it's draining that much, but the drain doesn't seem abnormally high at all).

Hi guys,
CurrentWidget is actually showing 10 times what the kernel reports, but it will be fixed in the upcoming version.
I'm still not sure that those readings are exact, but that's what the battery driver outputs.
I'd recommend giving Battery monitor widget a try even on my devices current widget is always out

App for battery (mAh)

Is there an app that shows the mAh you have on your (bigger) battery?
Battery Monitor Widget Pro can do an analysis for you, but I think it's not that accurate (I once had a 2600mAh reading...dafuqqq!). You could also try Antutu battery benchmark tools.
That widget isn't accurate, you have to set the mAh yourself? any alternative? Measure Voltage to convert to mAh?
I mainly been using CurrentWidget that shows the current draw or charge to/from the battery and can also log it. It doesn't tell you what your battery is rated at per se, just shows you what the current draw is.

There's a free app on the market called System Monitor that shows you the current MaH rating of your battery. Its dynamic so its not 100% what you want but you can tell approximate value (my 3500 shows running between 3330 and 3345)

Screenshots are pretty much worthless.
Install BBS, charge it fully, and let it sit overnight, then export a BBS dump as txt (use the share option in the app) as an attachment to this thread...someone will likely try and help you.
Thanks this is the dumb file from bbs

Looks like the majority of your issues are from GPS requests, I'd try and disable GPS and see if that helps your battery drain...the other next culprit is syncing, you should go into your google accounts and disable the syncs you don't need, like currents etc, along with other apps that want to sync...either disable or set the frequency to be less often...there are other suggestions but chances are you would not want to lose their functionality...you could try and greenify those things (such as viber).

Thanks I finally found the issue.
Now with an hour with on screen time and 14 hour of stand by and my battery is 87%. That's awesome.
If someone is interesting the issue was with the super user app.
It was consuming a lot of the cpu due to the adaway app.
Adaway deleted and the problem is gone.
