Are you using wifi when trying to place your order? If so, that's happened to me a few times, just turn off wifi and download using 3g. Should work fine.

There was a temp problem last night... I fixed it by going to wallet.google.com and simply re-confirming my default credit card.

It's not working now on any ROM. When i click send it says it was sent, but nothing happens on the phone.
Any idea how to troubleshoot this ?

Tried it. The thing is it says that it was sent.... yet it doesn't show up on the phone.
Sign out on the phone.
Wipe data via Settings>Applications>Manage Applications
Open ChromeToPhone on your EVO, an sign-in again.
Try re-sending the link.
Worked !!!
Thanks a bunch

Way too broad of an exception for any useful information. If it's an unhandled exception, though, it's the app developer's problem to fix.
If you try to report the error, click the Preview button instead of send, and check the Stack Trace. That would tell you the line in code where it's occuring, but unless it's open source, that isn't going to help you.
Thanks.....

Bought Fifa 12 today via the Play Store.
Downloaded the initial file, click on the shortcut and get the message about needing to download additional data. Then it immediately gives me a server error.
"A server error has occurred. Please visit www.eamobile.com/countrygate to choose your country and click customer support link. (5002)
Anyone else run into this and figured out how to correct it?

Are you running a different ROM? Fifa12 works on my n7 which is stock. Having a different DPI will give you that error. Certain Roms on here change the DPI setting which screws that up and also stops some apps from showing up in the market.
Also if you have changed the size of you're navigation bar you will get that message. If you have then put it back to default size.

I got the error for a few days running until suddenly one day I could download the content. Hadn't changed a thing.

Fifa 12
Did you follow the link and make sure there weren't any adjustments that needed to be done? I did this a while back and it works fine, bought Fifa when it was on sale.
I couldn't download one day but next day I could. This has been discussed in the gaming thread... some said it could be the ROM you are running

I had the same issue. Had to flash a stock ROM to download the necessary files. I looked around and sounds like it has something to do with the resolution.
Flash a ROM with stock nav bar size and it should work fine.

I recently switched back to using Novella Dos Rom on my Galaxy Note 2, it is a TW based rom. Anyways after setting up and installing around 15-25 applications last night, I went to install some more stuff this morning and I keep getting different errors sometimes 491 could not install error and some times just a package file invalid error and sometimes it just gets stuck at a percentage number. This happens randomly too its not like every app wont install and sometimes it doesn't and after installing something else then coming back it installs. Its really annoying.
I also don't know if this is related but Facebook has been telling me I am low on storage space and that this may cause issues running the app, which doesn't make sense since 9.5GB Free on the Device and a completely empty 16GB SD card inserted.
Sorry for spamming but now I'm getting a different error "Google Earth" could not be downloaded due to an error. (905)
I found your answer just from Googling insufficient storage error! Your answer if here as this is what I did too get mine fixed also. FYI

Nope sadly it doesn't work
Now I'm getting a 495 error too
Just to clarify the storage space issue error comes from within the facebook app and it was just a one time thing...
Currently most of my apps are installing now but google earth and retroarch are both being really stubborn and just giving errors.

You should be on the latest play STORE! Right? But the lucky thing..That help me after I rebooted then tried again and I was able to get what I wanted. Only other thing you could try is clearing the cache & data POSSIBLY. Might help.
But at least your able to get most of your apps!

I tried all that still nothing
But looking on the forum a couple people have been having the same issues lately http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2396999&page=2
Try deleting the app cache first. Then, delete the Google account and add it back. That should fix it for you.

Indeed. ..
This problem persists across devices and carriers. .
It seems the current version of Google services has a bug. .
But earlier today I ran and loaded rootbox 4.2 with neak kernel and had no issues with the newer play store version. ..
But immediately after a nandroid restore to rooted stock it failed again. ..
Not that this rom kernel combo is any sort of fix...but it was worth mentioning if users need a temp bypass. ..until Google gets it fixed. ..g

I haven't yet but this is my 2nd time sending it in to RSI Samsungs repair shop because the first time I sent it in they said it was charging failure so if Its not fixed this time I will either get a new one or my money back I'll keep u posted
And what causes this is the new stability update for tab 3
