These prices are in canadian dollars

The prices for those accessories are pretty insane. I'll be skipping them all unless the come down to < $30 range.

idiot price.

All of the docks with the pogo pins seem very expensive. Nevertheless, that car dock looks incredible and I can't wait to pick it up.

Does Bell really have stock of all those accessories?
Can a US neighbor buy it online?
Thanks.
Joe

haha, the lady at the Bell store kept telling me the battery was $99 when she tried to sell me on the extended warranty.

Newegg has Unlocked Galaxy Nexus for $699 with coupons and cashback opportunities

Newegg has the Unlocked GSM Galaxy nexus for $699, brand new:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...tion&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-cables-_-na-_-na
You can get 2.6% cashback from ebates.com
Then you can get whatever cashback from the credit card you use (for me, its 1.25% from american express, who also doubles the mfg warranty for a year)
If you bought the Google offers for Newegg, itd be another $40 off ($20 for $40 off newegg)
Newegg also has $10 off $50 "new" customers:
http://promotions.newegg.com/nepro/newcustomer050611/index.html
So, for me:
$699 - $40 coupon - $10 promo code = $650 - 2.6% ($17) - 1.25% ($8) = $625 + $20 for the cost of the $40 coupon = $645, cheapest I've seen for a brand new Galaxy Nexus with free 2-day shipping from shoprunner, free regular ground shipping if you dont have shoprunner.
Wow, that is a good find. It is too bad they did not have it last week when i ordered my phone somewhere else.

Is the phone worth getting at $650 or are we better off waiting 1 month and getting it for $600.

seriously though, who'd want to dish out that much just for 16GB?...
unless you have a serious hard on for Samsung or unlimited data & all your media is in "the cloud" you'd be insane to spend that kind of money.
of course, this is coming from the guy who spent $800 on a comic book(Incredible Hulk #181)

I really want to try out the nexus but its hard for me to give up my motorola atrix 2 since I paid pretty much $340 for it brand new and thats including brand new HD dock, car dock, battery dock, 6 extra batteries, atrix 1 laptop dock, motorola extended battery.
So for over half the cost of the nexus, I bought a fully loaded motorola atrix 2 with all the trimmings.

Well, I personally dislike Samsung and AMOLED, but almost every review out there deems this the best Android phone, if not, the best smartphone out.
I do have unlimited data and all my music is on Google Music, so any space on the phone will be for movies or game downloads.
650 isnt bad, i couldnt wait so i ended up ordering it on ebay for 730, too bad it wasnt in stock at new egg at the time.
also, don't forget that this phone will not have any manufacturer warranty, unlike if you bought it from expansys or negri. I rather have the peace of mind, that's why I bought it from expansys.

Newegg has now soldout. That was fast right?
If you use bigcrumbs.com to shop newegg it says you can get up to 4.8% cashback. But if you go to terms it says 4.8% cashback apply for marketplace items only. Is galaxy nexus under the marketplace category?
Too bad, already got mine from handtec and got it today, $690. I wonder which build they are selling.

I bought mine at Best Buy, they did price match Radio Shack's $239 online price. The only reason I bought at Best Buy was I had $100 gift card.
I got mine at verizonwireless.com for 250, but i think although I did an early upgrade i still got a instant discount of 50.00.
Does Amazon still have the $150 for new accounts?
Cause that's where you should go.
Got mine from fry's electronics for $150. I had them price match amazon.
Best buy matched amazon's price $150 but still had to pay full price tax (about $50)

you lucked out there. normally if a BB manager is around they'll say "we only match stores prices. not online"...
if that ever happens you just say 'thank you' and either go to another BB or try again when said manager isn't around.

$10 shipping? Yikes. (yes I realize it's 2-day, but that's still high, IMO)
So, your $54 dock becomes $70 in a few clicks. Makes sense.
Sucks it won't fit the CDMA version

Glad to see Google is finally starting to offer more accessory support for the GSM Nexus, hopefully they'll add the batteries and covers as well.
expansys 64 total after Illinois tax and free shipping, Play store 69 with Il tax and $10 2-day shipping. I like that Google isn't orphaning the device but I wish they'd give us more options shipping-wise, I'm willing to wait a week or more if I can avoid getting hit with a double digit shipping charge.
has anyone seen the pogo pin version sold by any seller on amazon? I have a bunch of amazon gift cards I want to dump

Because you can't buy hardware through the app, as you need to select a shipping address and the app is only set up for intangible goods. You have to go to the website to purchase hardware items.

Anyone know where to buy the Pogo Desktop Dock?

Now that the Nexus 4 is out, it looks like Google is no longer selling the Galaxy Nexus pogo dock. Does anyone know where I should look without being charged an arm and a leg?

eBay, search the topic and you will find pages of discussions and attempts to find the docks from google and/or Samsung
Yeah haha ^
You will be charged an arm and a leg, though. And Verizon ones tend to be more expensive. The docks originally cost $90 new, and now people can sell theirs and make at least that, auctions on eBay can take it up to $120+ and they only pop up every few days.
Best bet is to pounce on a buy it now as soon as possible, then you'd only have to pay $80 or so. Just make sure it's the Verizon dock if you have the VZW GalNex and vice versa.

I am looking to get one too. I don't want to buy the one of ebay. Anyone willing to part with their GSM pogo dock if they aren't using it? I'll offer $40. Or any tips on where I can get a used one in working condition? Amazon doesn't have any, Play obviously doesn't have them on sale anymore. Found a few with bundles on swappa, but seller wouldn't sell it separately. Ebay as mentioned above is shipping from UK and it comes out to like $90 with shipping.

And that's where I got mine ^ recommend him highly!
I'm embarrassed at what I paid for mine, and that was a used one on ebay plus I had to modify it for the toro. I needed it though I've been using a dock on my phones every night for the past few years and wasn't about to give that up. Trust me, these things are damn near extinct and the people who have them know that.
MonoPrice has a nice adaptor for the Galaxy Nexus. I can't post links yet (under 10 posts), but it's product ID 9291
I was thinking about making a dock that uses the internals from that part.
I saw a Verizon Pogo dock going for $180 on eBay the other day... Ugh I hate price gougers...

Would Best Buy price match for a Sprint or Verizon Note 2?

It's on Amazon Wireless for $99 on Sprint and Verizon. Would Best Buy price match that for an AT&T Note 2? Anyone have any experience? Thanks.
Probably not, usually they only match stores that have a physical location in the area. So no online retailers.

it never hurts to try... iI would suggest you go there, ask politely, then if denied, argue politely. All in all, the money isn't made by the phone but on the contract, the service plan, and the accessories they attach at the point of sale.
Yes they price match amazon. I bought my note 2 at bestbuy when amazon had it for $174

Yes.
I got mine for $99 on Saturday from Best Buy as an upgrade on my AT&T account.
I had to show proof that AT&T would price match Amazon's Verizon price before they would do it.
I used someone else's receipt posted on another site.
If they give you trouble, let me know and I will post a copy of my receipt where my local Best Buy price matched.
Would you mind posting the receipt? Thanks
Yes they will. Done it for a bunch of items off amazon

All you have to do is go to Best Buy's price matching terms & conditions. Read it. They routinely change it & have for sometime been testing different on-line retailers in different regions for price match as well. Tiger Direct, Newegg & several others are listed. I am not sure about Amazon Wireless, but Amazon very well could be one of the online retailers they do officially price match.
I showed them an add on my device, they looked it up themselves to confirm & bam...Proce match - my rewards cert.
Thanks guys.

This means zero. Trust me they're doing it wrong, am I doubting some random store did it for you? No, but I'm telling you they price matched the New 2 Year agreement price and will get hit for it in some way or another. Not to mention it was a different carrier. Pricing and agreements are different with all carriers especially Verizon, we have to get special permission to even put things on sale with certain carriers because like 100% of the time were cheaper than the carrier stores. AT&T can price match whatever they want they're AT&T they can do whatever they want because they're the ones that make the rules lol.
