Noticed some really good app in the Marketplace that could use better integrated tiles. So I published a lib to help developers make tiles that looks like the system ones.
The code is licensed under the LGPL v3, so feel free to use it. A credit in your final app would be greatly appreciated.
You'll find the binaries and sources here : http://wp7tiletoolkit.codeplex.com/

Before you start flaming me, I'm pretty sure these are legit and posted with approval of the developer.... You can buy the icons right from the page directly.
But if you're like me you only needed like one or two of these to complete your dock icons.

I only needed the SETTINGS one, because as you can see the one I had was one I made in photoshop out of desperation.

This is not my work, I'm just simply sharing with everyone here that there's a great app for making the widget list appear less cluttered. Instead of this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
Appwidgetpicker will give you this:
Or an even more recent version will give you the Honeycomb appearance:

I have developed a calculator app with clean UI.
Here is its quick look running on my Nokia G20.

The app is still in the early stages and has to be optimised for performance improvements.
Stay Tuned.
Thankyou.
