There's a tuna_defconfig in arch/arm/configs.
git clone https://android.googlesource.com/kernel/omap
cd omap
git checkout origin/android-omap-tuna-3.0-mr0
And there --> https://bitbucket.org/paulobrien/android_kernel_galaxynexus/src
Is that what you are looking for?
Please keep questions out of the development section. Thank you and good luck

So, development questions don't go in the development section? It's not the same across all XDA development forums, so I guess that confuses me.

Nope. Only thing that needs to be in the development section is actual roms, kernels, etc. Questions belong in their own section.

I would suggest using the search and checking the kernel threads for the specific information you need. Most of it is in the title though
http://forum.xda-developers.com/search.php?searchid=97762079
Also this should be in the Q&A section
You are actually in the bad section man, next time use Android Questions forum.
BUT, HierOS Kernel should do the job.

Hi guys , I bricked my phone , i need fresh Tar and Pit files to odin back to stock . please post fresh files . ive tried other posts and it keeps getting stuck at modem.bin
Wrong section. And also look at the stickied thread on how to restore from the brink. That one works fine for me. Try other USB cords and ports.

It is the cord, not the files.

Nope. Asking for files would go in Q&A, not development, unless you have a ROM, kernel, how-to, or mod to post. Now, in one of your many threads ( this one in particular http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1461233 ) they already told you where to find the right thread to get you out of your jam.

Stickies are threads that will remain at the top of the section no matter when the last post was. They have a little thumbtack next to them. You don't have to "get to them" they are right there
But the point I was making is there are different sections of this particular phone model (as with all). If your post is asking a question, then it belongs in the Q&A section. Development is only for devs to use with downloadable roms, tweaks, mods, kernels, etc.

Click on where it says stickies from the app, or if on desktop site, look for a pin next to the thread title.

I just answered this in your Kernel thread mate.
Orignial Development Thread - This is for ROM's built from scratch.
Development Thread - This is for Stock based ROM's which have tweaks etc.
Hope this helps.

There is a sticky announcement in org dev thread by the forum mods about this.

Coming from an HTC Evo 4G, I was surprised at how difficult it was to find ROM information in a complied manner. The XDA Wiki page has a list of ROMs available as shown here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/wiki/HTC_Evo/ROMs. How difficult would it be to compile such a list for the SIII?
As someone who prefers their rooted device to be stock, it's quite difficult to find the latest stock ROM.

If i were you i wouldn't post in development, i would read the forum rules before posting, and then i would Google RWilco's stock ROM Repository And Click On The S3 Section.
Questions go in Q&A

Saw that page. Doesn't have any ROM resources that point to stock ROMs, nor shows any way to find them.

I guess you didn't read or scroll far enough. Every single rom in the Sprint Forum is listed and linked and categorized by style, either Touchwiz or AOSP.
As is every kernel and mod which works on the SPH-L710.

Which one is better and/or do you trust more? Are there any significant pros & cons of one over the other? If so, what are they?
I'm asking mainly for suhide purposes, trying to do my research. I have no intention of running another ROM or anything. Just stock ROM with root is good enough for me at the moment. I'm not familiar with the suhide requirements though, so I'm doing my research and trying to find out what I need to know in order to get it up and running. Thanks!
One doesn't work at all on Pixel\XL (yet).
The other is the only way that works.
Read up in the development subforum.
tl;dr
TWRP.

Oh okay. Just wondered, because...
Most people checking development forum are people wanting to root and be "users". Rules say only developers should start threads, but they are posting ROMs and Kernels for all device users to enjoy! TWRP installer and instructions are posted in the DEV forum.
Check it out!
