I've turned it off and on about 150 times in the past 2 days. I can't do anything with it because it won't pull up my apps that are on the SD card, it just has the market symbol and when you click the app "application not installed" I've tried mounting it to the computer to see if that would fix it, at which point it freezes. I take the SD card out, put it back in, no fix. I pull the battery out, nope. I am running the stock ROM.

sounds to me your sdcard is fried, if you got a micro USB try using that with computer,to see if its shows up, will recovery read sdcard?
My SD card is fine. I can go in the gallery and look at the pictures on my SD card.
I haven't tried booting it into recovery.

Which type of A2SD are you using? Google's buggy A2FAT or the real A2EXT?
You mean what Apps2SD? I'm using a app called that, which I believe uses the Google one.

Okay, there are two types of A2SD out there. There's the original one that uses an EXT partition on your SD card (attainable through CWM recovery, A2EXT/the real A2SD) and there's the buggy imitation that Google introduced with Froyo which uses an ".android-secure" folder on your SD card (A2FAT). I recommend partitioning your SD card and then using either DarkTremor's A2SD script or go with PyroMod ROMs.
I just want this fixed, tell me in simple, human English, how I can fix it.

you can try to go into recovery and fix permission as go into settings and applications and move the apps that are in the sdcard and move to phone and move it back into sdcard

How about a little process of elimination.
1. Use a file explorer and look in the .android-secure folder on the sdcard (or do this with a computer, your choice), are the apps in there?
2. Do the apps show up in your app drawer?
3. What did you do in the past few days that caused this, upgrade your ROM or switch to a different ROM?

I booted the phone up, fired right up and is working fine.
As long as it doesn't turn off again I will be fine.
When I go through the app drawer, the applications that are on the phone show up. But the applications that are on the SD card don't. Almost as if they aren't there or there wasn't a SD card in my phone. As for not having enough patience for Android, I've been into Android since the day the first Android device came out, which was the G1, I've had many other android devices since then. I would never own an iPhone, my girlfriend has the 3Gs one, and it's a piece of ****. How many years did it take for them to figure out they should put a flash on it? How many versions of the iPhone does it take before you can have a wallpaper? Don't get me started. "Start me up, I'll never stop"
Thanks for the help guys, I just need to be more patient, I guess.
I've had the little generic icon that shows up when an app just isn't there anymore. From the sounds of it one of two things has occured.
The permissions for the .android-secure folder are screwed up and need to be changed, or possible even the /data/app folder permissions got screwed up.
The other is that the apps just are not there anymore. You still haven't said whether or not you've taken a peek in the .android-secure folder to see if the apps are there.
I've been wanting to try the chainfire 3D app to see if it improves video performance any, but when I try to install it it says there is not enough room for the installation. I don't get this because all my apps are on the SD card and there isn't anything in the system storage. What am I not doing, or doing incorrectly? What do I have to do to install this and try it out, or should I just forget about it and not waste my time?

I have installed it on Newt's rom and it worked fine for me. What rom are you using?
Incredible sensation is the ROM I'm running. It says I need x amount more space on the system drive, but even if I delete stuff, and after moving all apps to the SD card, it still said I needed the exact same amount of space to install the app. I don't get it.

I did a quick search, and could not find the answer to this...Is there a way to move my apps to my external SD card on stock ATT Jelly Bean? I have not rooted yet, as the phone is still new and I want to make sure there are no defects before I void my warranty. It would be great if there was a work around for this without rooting, but my next question is does CM10 stable allow apps to external SD? Any help is greatly appreciated.
There are several apps in the play store for that...

Samsung removed the functionality in thier stock rom. I have not tried app2sd yet, but in my search I got the impression that would not work. Thanks for the reply though, I will give it a shot.
Worked on my sgs2....

Like it was said above, Samsung removed the feature. The phone literally can't read apps from the sd card. It just doesn't work. None of the apps in the play store (all of which require root by the way) will work. There's a hack by a guy called Zedomax (or something like that) that might work. But you will need to root your phone. It basically makes the phone think that your ext sd is your internal sd and vice versa.
Also, don't be afraid to root and tamper with your phone. If worse comes to worse, there are ways to reset the flash counter so it's like it was never tampered with even if you hard brick tour phone, there are places that will do a JTAG which is pretty much a guarantee to un Bricking your device. Hope this helps.

Use a file explorer to check for a 0 folder. Sometimes when flashing a rom all your internal data is put in there.
I did check all of available folders.nothing.there is unknown gap if 5 gb.

make sure you're using a file explorer that has root privileges.
this happened to me recently. and once i used ES File Explorer with root, empty folders were no longer empty.
