Does anyone find a nice case for the Excalibur ?
I have searched all over the net and kiosks in nearby shopping mall. None yet!
Well, you'll find the occasional case, but it isn't customized for the Dash. They're basically more universal and, therefore, pointless.
Shouldn't be too long before they come out though.
I'm using the one that came with my QTEK S100 to hold the Excalibur.
fits well and allows me to carry it safely around.

I just bought the T-Mobile Dash case from a T-Mobile store. It's quite good quality, only problem is that you have to take the phone out of the case to use it.
Just search for a Q case or a Blackberry case. Either of these should be sufficient.
Didn't you get one w/the dash? Mine came w/it, I like it. Hmm..
also, Mobile Planet has the original HTC S620 case for $16 online (same as the Tmobile Dash case). I ordered one and it is scheduled for delivery next week.
I think everyone got theirs with the Dash, and no one is looking for the same one, or one like it. We're all wanting one that you can leave it in while you use it -- something that'll protect it if it drops -- but -- thanks for your input

THIS is the case? Available soon, but if you have a look to the TREO case... this seem a copy in different size and Treo looks great
Hopefully that's just the first of many. To be honest, it doesn't look all that 'customized'. Personally, I'm wanting a snug-fitting leather case >without< a flip cover, or any plastic over the screen. The link you provided is a nice one though, just not as practical a case as some other styles.

I agree, some other case are more practical, but I need they MUST to be also protective
Thin leather around the Dash, with a screen protector decal...
I just upgraded from an HP6315, had it for three years with a case from this company http://www.cases.com/s620_excalibur.htm I can tell you it was the best $39 I spent, protected my phone repeatedly.
Get the Nokia CP-111 Case, it's the one for the Nokia E61 made by Nokia, it actually fits the phone very well. It's the one I've been using.
Indeed, a custom-fit case for the Dash was released. Check it out at here.
Large case logic pocket works for me.

Cheap and slim.
The medium one might work too?
Looks sexy, but I wonder where to buy in Europe ??
I thought that some of you guys will be interested to know. I have sent enquiry to Vaja regarding the HTC Excalibur case and this is what I have received:
Hi SecureGSM,
For the time being we have not determined whether a case for this device will be developed or not.
In case it is developed we will contact you via email to let you know of such release.
We appreciate your interest in our products. Thanks!
Kind regards,

Case for T-Mobile Dash
I purchased a Jet Black Silicone case for T-Mobile Dash. It looks great and is much better than the case T-Mobile has. I bought it from eBay for $10 including shipping and handling.
I have also purchased transparent Silicone case, but it looks ugly, I wish I had never purchased transparent one.
Hi guys. I posted this in General this morning, but I think this is a better place... if a mod sees this please move/delete the post in General.
Check this: http://www.decalgirl.com. I know this place from some time already when I bought them for my iPod.
They make vinyl adhesive covers for almost every device in the world, and some of them look really cool, specially the rugged ones. The material (rugged) has very good quality and they send it by regular mail including a key to download the desktop wallpaper that fits EXACTLY with the design, making the customization very good.
Its very easy to place as the adhesive material which is made of can be placed and removed as many times as you need, and it will keep your device away from dirt and scratches. You can even have more than one and switch them when you want, as they're easy to remove and they can be placed again even if several days/weeks have passed.
Yesterday I went to check if they had covers for the Archos 70IT, and found they only have for the 10.1, the 4.3 and the old archos as the 7HT, that's slightly different from 70IT, so they wouldn't fit.
I posted a "Device Suggestion" asking them if they would support the Archos 70IT in a near future, and this is their reply:
We do not have that device currently. What I can do though is have it added to our list of devices to discuss with our development team.
If the device is really being marketed or we get a great response from consumers there may be a great chance we will do it.
We release about 4-5 devices per month so are always looking for devices to bring in.

Maybe if enough of us ask them to make it, they will do... I would love to get covers for the A70IT cause they make it look really cool and customized. Will anyone lend a hand and help me asking them to make it?
Cheers
They seem expensive at $20. For press/apply vinyl, I wouldn't expect to pay more than $5. There are folio cases available in the $20 range, after all.

I agree they're expensive.. but anyway, folio cases and this kind of vinyl skins are not the same animal...
Guess you're paying the design and giving your device a "unique" or "cool" looking more than protecting it...
Cheers

Skinomi has skins that come with screen protectors. They have clear, carbon fiber, and natural wood skins. Unfortunately the carbon fiber and the wood skins for the 70 still show out of stock when you try and order them. I plan on getting the dark wood skin once they are available. 24.95 for the 70 skin and you can usually find a coupon to use with the purchase with a quick Google search. They also have a lifetime replacement guarantee.
Skinomi is finally are showing the Carbon Fiber and Natural Wood skins for the 70s as in stock. Just ordered the Dark Wood skin. They are $24.95, used the coupon code "get25" to save 25% and it was free shipping. All together cost $18.71.
Hello,
OMFG They are really expansive i got an rubber case for about 15DOLLARS.
Got it from Amazon.

Hey SGS2 owners,
Does anyone know of an Australian re seller for these cases?
I am going down to the snow in a few weeks and wanted to take some nice 1080p video while i was down there and make sure its nicely protected.
Or does someone know of another case that would help?
Cheers
im from Australia, i brought a Case-Mate Tough Case for my SGS2 from my local Joyce Mayne Store
hope that helps...
sort of helps .. nearest Joyce Mayne is about 103kms away haha
Might give them a ring and see.
Cheers
i bought my Case-Mate Tough Case directly from the manufacturers website
had no issues with payment, shipping etc and got the case within 2 weeks
i brought mine for $29.95 from my local Joyce Mayne Store, the screen protecter that you get with the case did not fit the SGS2 it was to small and the cutouts were wrong so i took it back and showed them and they gave me a free 3 pack of Belkin screen protecters worth $15...

I thought I was the only one. In fact, I thought I was just too stupid to figure out which way it was supposed to go on.
I'll contact Case Mate. I bought mine direct from their site.
What do you guys use and where did you get it from?
I have the sprint extended battery.
A buddy of mine just went to a leather shop and they hooked him up I think for around 30 bucks or so. Its nice and made of real leather haha, unlike most of the "accessory" pouches out there.
I think they look gay and make it harder for the use and functionality of the phones.
My buddy made a case for his evo,but I'm not sure if he uploaded pics. I have purchased a guitar strap and a cuff from him. Solid skills, completes in a timely fashion, will work with you on a design. Cool stuff, even if you don't want a phone case. PM me and I'll give you a link to his facebook page to check out some work.

Hi guys,
I am looking at the Walnutt cases for the i9100, I would really love to purchase one of the bumper cases, but it seems there is very little available. I have found 3 sites with them but they are all Korean and don't look to sell internationally (or at least don't respond to my emails).

My main problem is that I am after the White/Green version (I think it will look perfect on the White i9100!) but everywhere is sold out bar this website: http://www.unilook.co.kr/shop/shopdetail.html?branduid=429862&xcode=007&mcode=001&scode=&type=X&sort=order&cur_code=007001
Is there a very generous XDA member who could possible help me out with some mail forwarding at all? Your PayPal coffee/beer fund will be added to! :highfive:
May thanks!
I found a very similar one on eBay

I've seen these before and have ordered a couple to see what they are like - will let people know when they arrive; I don't have high hopes to be honest.
I still want an official one so I know it fits perfectly though.
Here is another probably better alternative.
http://www.spigen.com/cell-phone/sa...amsung-galaxy-s2-case-linear-pure-series.html
And here is a back cover to go with it if needed. You can choose that same green color.
http://www.spigen.com/cell-phone/sa...y-s2-option-back-cover-for-linear-series.html
I wouldn't recommend SGP Linear ... they are made of plastic and easy breakable...
I would recommend Sweet Armor .. they are not that heavy and they are made of airline metals (aluminium i believe ... not sure)
Thanks for the recommendations guys; I have tried many cases but believe the Walnutt would be the best for my situation

Very similar to the SGP NEO HYBRID?
Mebbeh try that?
thanks for the recomendations guys
Just a little warning. I've had a Walnutt bumper case on my phone for about 4-5 months, and they scratch the living hell out of the left and right sides of the phone.
I'm not sure if all Walnutt bumper cases do this, maybe I was just unlucky.
Maybe you got bits of dust between the phone and bumper? I know that my SGP NEO EX does accumulate a bit of dust between silicon and my phone. Regular clean ups does the job though. No significant scratches after 5 months of having the bumper, just slight micro scratches here and there, but those might be also deriving from me using my phone without bumper on occasions...
Cheers

I am currently using Walnutt bumper case for my iPhone 4 and have been satisfied with this case so far. I dropped my phone on the ground a few times while I was taking it out from the pocket. Fortunately, my phone was not damaged. you might ca buy it at http://www.zoarah.com/walnutt-bumper-case-for-samsung-galaxy-s2.html
