Jbed 2.3.3 App for the ones who having problems with it after Upgrading!

Hi dears
After 2 weeks working on this, finally I'v found a way to use Jbed on Android 2.3.5
Jbed is a system application on Desire HD but after Upgrading the phone it gonna disappear
today I'v decided to upload Jbed App for you and the ones who having problems like "Force Close" or " Maybe no sd Card or sd card is busy"
This version is different, dont Worry If your device is Rooted 100% it gonna work...
And as you know the other versions of Jbed didn't work on android 2.3.5 but this gonna work without any Errors.

Unrooted Gingerbread (Android 2.3.6)
I have Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 & a Galaxy SL I9003 both runs official Android 2.3.6 unrooted JBED (all versions) dont work .
For rooted device its already available. Both when it will be available for unrooted phones. I dont want to use custom roms as they contain little bugs and void warranty

I can run it in Android2.3.*, but I cannot run it in Android 4.0. The error is : Force Close!

I didn't try this on ruu Android 4.0 roms yet, but I'll do it and then I gonna tell you the result.
remember... your device MUST be rooted. why? '"becsuse Jbed is not a normal app or a communal app, It's developed by HTC to use on HTC devices so you can see it in some phones like HTC Desire HD v2.1 by it's default. So because of that... to install this spp you must have a trick, by rooting the device you able to run this kind of aaplications on any other phones. Rooting will let you to move .Lib file or any specific files to your phone. Now I'm trying to install HTC Car and Camera from HTC One X on Gingerbread.
It's an original version of android 2.3.5 It is normal to have some errors on Andrid 4.0... I'll find the special version for it soon...

hey i have SGSL I9003 and i am on Stock ROM..
ok
firstly, you don't need to flash a custom ROM to root your i9003.
you can root your stock ROM

some custom roms do not contain bugs as they have been well tested..
and last
rooting voids your warranty but you can get your warranty back just by unrooting the phone.

about the vertical mod you've asked... I must say its the initial problem in this version of Jbed... I have tried some ways to mod this app but I didn't succeed. If HTC continues the update of this app, maybe they can fix this problem or a professional programmer could help us :laugh:
I changed my device to HTC One X now I trying to have Jbed on android 4.0.4 and above if I find a way I'll gonna show you how to do this.

Samsung Galaxy xCover ClockWorkRecovery Mod

Hi there,
I am new arround here.Few days ago I have bought Samsung Galaxy xCover S5690.I have a question.Is there avalible ClockWorkRecovery Mod avalible for this smatphone?I was trying to install it by installing ROM Manager but after downloading mod I have only two models avalible:Samsung Epic
and Samsung Galaxy i9100.I was looking for it at ClockWork website but I didin't find it.When I installed mod for i9100 after rebooting there was't a ClockWork recovery menu,but when I installed mod for Samsung Epic all options were avalible but there was an issue-screen was splited on four parts and I could't navigate by using vol up/down keys.Is there any chance to install ClockWorkRecovery on this smartphone?I have clear cache partition and Dalvik Cache before trying to install it.

I've also purchased an xcover. I haven't found any development for it anywhere on the internet. I have a sim free model and am hoping I it will be possible to upgrade officially to ics or jb. U say you managed to root your device could you share witchf ethod you used? Was it the update.zip file for any android from this forum?

Any one know if there is someone working on cwm or cyanogenmod for this device?

No. There is no talk of development of a ROM or CWM on this forum or on any other forum I've seen. So unless someone's doing it in secret, it's not happening.
All you can do is root it and run Titanium Backup to take out some bloatware. But BE ****ING CAREFUL! You can easily remove something your phone needs to run. And no, there isn't a list of what is and isn't safe to delete.
Realistically, If you're just some wannabe hacker noob (like me) there is no reason to root this phone right now. Maybe later some dev will get one of these and want to run Cyanogenmod and port it, but until then you have to live with your already pretty sweet gingerbread. Hey, even stock it's a **** of a lot better than an iphone. And you can accidentally drop it in the toilet, NBD.

With root you can put apps to sd. So you can create a bit more memory to work with.

Thx for the replyes, ive allready rooted it and have frozen some apps i dont like, would have been awsome to clock the cpu but No suppport there either.

After that Rom Manager could offer me only CWM for I9000 and Epic 4g.
After that I've installed the Root uninstaller app and deleted some boring apps as social/music hub etc. because it's the only thing I can do with this rooted phone for now...
I hope it will be possible to install a ClockWorkRecovery Mod for this model, cause without it the personalization experiment stops (for us incapable of coding it).

I've rooted too and a developer i found on another forum is looking at some files i sent (the stock recovery .img e.t.c) hopefully in the outcome he will send me a port of CWM that we can use until an official version is available. But still there's no work on cyanogenmod for the GT-S5690 for now but its a step in the right direction. I can say that an app called seeder speeds up some games and adw launcher works well and is totally customizable for the time being that's all we got just root.

I'm surprise to see the new official 4.2.2 firmware of i9082 with the name I9082LVJUBMJ1 in Samsung website and it's so happy for i9082"L" version like me. Can I flash this ROM (of course through Odin) with my i9082L THW ? (I bought my phone in Thailand) ?
Does anyone flash this rom on your i9082L ? Is it Good ?
If somebody downloaded this ROM and flashed to your phone, please leak the link for any ppl can download it. I hate Hotfile and Uploaded ! IT's very slow

I downloaded n flashed it on my Grand immediately after opening this thread.
No problem happened but u should reset factory default after flashed it to have pure stock rom
This rom booted up wit Brazil (Portuguese) language and u can easy change it to English
Also it included many TIM's and other bundled application, u should remove all by using Clean Master or Titanium BU
GUI is slightly different to 4.1.2, especially Setting, and i like this GUI more than 4.1.2
(However no more Development in Setting)
Unfortunately, i'm now facing to a small problem after installing Philz CWM & rooting this device & deleting unwanted applications : whenever the phone reboot, language automatically turns back to Brazil ) Don't know how to solve this ^_^
I confirm this Brazil ROM can update with THW version (through Odin)
Other issues: in stock 4.2.2, SSG is hotter than 4.1.2 though it's smoother. After changing launcher to Nova, temperature seems become better

in about phone menu click on build number 7-8 times it will enable development settings.

The language change issue is due to the new update of SuperSU, ver 1.69. Just uninstall the update reboot and it should fix the problem. I am back to ver 1.25 that came the root zip. You can probably find ver 1.65 somewhere. But, the old version works for me. Chainfire said on his Google + that he is aware of the problem and will fix it on the next update.

Thanks to k2wl & hunter0389, confirm the language problem solved by changing to older SuperSU ( I used 1.34)
Btw, do you use Motion : go on top by tapping 2 times on top of your Samsung phone in Setting> My Device> Motion & Gesture > Motion. I didn't see this motion in new 4.2.2 ( I used to use this motion in 4.1.2)
I also feel the Smart Stay doesn't work "Smart" as 4.1.2 ^_^

Motion only works on Contact. It is pretty useless in my opinion. 4.2.2 does not have it. Smart Stay has never really worked well on 4.1.2 or 4.2.2 for me. So, i turned it off.

I think it is due to lack of information. I read in the Clean ROM thread that it should be simple with most of the hardware being the same, but the dev has the WIFI version, so he would need someone to provide the LTE mount points and willing to test

I'm pissed all Samsung crap they put in rom. I do not buy any samsung device, until it has good support on XDA!

I havent see any roms for LTE version, do you think we will get anyone to develop that sort of rom?

I have a very basic rom I was working on until I broke my screen that u guys can try...nothing but the knox apps have been removed so anything else u don't want will need to be deleted directly from the zip or uninstalled after flash (I'm sure u can find a list of whats safe to remove somewhere on the site). This package has been deodexed & zipaligned but that's about it...u will probably need to re-root after u flash & also MAY need to wipe data but that shouldn't be necessary. For those of u brave enough to test...could someone please check the status of selinux after they flash & report back if enforcing is still set or not. As an added bonus...4 way multiwindow also known as quad view from the note pro 12.2 has been enabled, along with lockscreen shortcuts as well as multiuser & I also added the assistive widget flashlight back but it only shows up in the widget drawer NOT in the homescreen add widget list for some reason

Copy the zip Pyrana-Nougat N07-18 / NO7-12DT, to the sd or internal memory
Download last update 2.41.401.4 noWip to:

(Copy to folder fastboot)
Start to recovery TWRP and flash my rom.zip
Once installed, turn off the device

When to finish reboot

Hi! There are many ROMs for HTC 10. Anyone installing a ROM invest(igate)s in tuning and tweaking it to its best behavior. Don't be surprised HTC 10 owners aren't tempted to jump on another ROM like that, and don't feel sad there doesn't seem much interest in your ROM. Give it some time, maybe soon some will discover your ROM contains something particular that makes it stand out, will appreciate it, and you will receive great feedback.
As a matter of fact, I might try your Pyrana ROM tonight, see how it feels...

I would love to see this be available for the US unlocked, T Mobile, and others. Might bring some more people to the thread.

Hi,
I was able to add only T-mobil, by the update available on the link of OTA.
But others I do not have! And I believe that all the versions are not compatible ? And I have no help here !!!
NB: On the French forums there is almost no cook for Rom
If a kind soul wants to give me files to add the other models I am interested.

@Alan-B i was using ur rom untill recently,had backup of it,but on other tread,m9,and it's great,stable, and love ur theme work on rom. And there is no much to tell about it,just thanks on ur work here,on xda as well,for all of us. Maybe u will continue on m9 now N is out as well... Cheers

It's great that you have taken the time to work on this so I will commit to flashing it in the next week and giving it a try.
