[Q] [HELP] Unlock the bootloader with Omnius - Xperia Arc Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Yesterday I bought a license on the official website ( http://www.omniuslogs.net/ ) and is already in my account.
I'm going crazy with testpoint process ... the fact is that there comes a time in which the Omnius tells me the following steps:
{

"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
As much as I have repeated there is no way .. Does anyone know how to do exactly the steps? I tried to connect the clip Tespoint at different points but can not get anything ...
Thanks.
PD: Sorry for my bad english.

That's how I'm doing it but no way.
As I have said we must not put the battery in the program says so. During testpoint need to press the power button and then loosen and remove the testpoint to put the cable? Why I've tried a thousand ways and there is no way to run the Omnius.
Have someone who has made the process in this way I can tell.

Will this erase my data?

how to get my unlock code

hi,
1) i am not able to get my unlock code on my Xperia Z5 Premium
here is the doc i follow, : https://developer.sony.com/develop/open-devices/get-started/unlock-bootloader/#unlock-code
after having the IMEI, i give my mail address and now?? i can't submit the form
2) i'm unable to start in fastboot mode. On the doc : https://developer.sony.com/develop/...der/how-to-unlock-bootloader/#tutorial-step-2
point 3.3 : On your device, press the Fastboot key (Volume up for most devices, see Useful key combinations) at the same time as you connect the other end of the USB-cable.
press fastboot key while connecting usb cable doesn't do everything
thanks for your help
Are you running Windows?
If so, have you checked the device manager.
There should be no Yellow Triangle or Question Mark like this near the S1Boot Fastboot Device

I didn't get around this yet, but as soon as I got the driver installed, I guess unlocking will become as easy as eating cake...
I actually discovered a solution that could help getting around all this troubles. It's a boot stick called mAid and can be found here

boot loop
OEM Locked
literally no OS, firmware, or something...
I tried the "rescue and smart assistant" App for windows
by rescuing: "your device version is the last version..."
still Boot loop
with RSD Lite: device Properties = n/a
tried to unlock with bootloader ID (fastboot oem unlock code)
all this with Tools mode config enabled and disabled
the issue is now 2 1/2 years the same and now I'm literally at the end of my knowledge
I hope you can help me
we don't care if it has after all stock or custom firmware. it only needs to walk again

ONEPLUS 5T Bricked, no OS installed. Phone is basicly non existent...

Hi guys,
I'm in a bit of a pickle and i have surfed the whole wide web and haven't found an answer to my questions/problem.
My dad installed Ubuntu on this phone to try it out and eventually i took it over since i needed the phone.
I made a stupid mistake by wiping the system and everything on it via the ubuntu screen and now i'm stuck with a bricked? phone.
I have no idea how to revive this phone and i'm in a great need for help.
The bootloader is unlocked and this is what i see (check images)
Anyone who knows what i'm supposed to do to get this phone to work again?
Thank you very much.

If all else fails MSM will usually rescue the phone.
Make sure to follow the guide exactly and that the PC has the drivers installed (they're linked in the guide).
I'll try the MSM tool tomorrow, ill keep you updated!
Thank you for the reaction.
