Having CM7 RC 2 on my GIO and tried all the patches found on net to get a transparent statusbar on my GIO, but alas, still no luck...
Is there any one to help me out??? I am using Lunar UI theme.

Android 2.3.7 - Cyanogen Mod 7.1.0 For Galaxy GIO
I would like to change the icon's of the battery status and such (3G WiFi etcc), the color of it and the type of icon, I've seen this website: UOT Kitchen
But I have no idea how this works, I would appreciate any help

Just use Theme chooser, you can modify framework and systemUI by yourself but its kind a dificult to decompile it, I never managed to get it work after editing

Can anyone explain how to make transparent or semi-transparent statusbar for our lovely GIO, in general or particularly for "CyanogenMod 7.2.0 RC1 Miracle Edition" rom (my favourite)?
As I had read lot of related posts (for other phones), followed instructions but failed at the end.

BTW, I got FC when I pressed CyanogenMod settings -> System -> Anonymous statistics / Update notifications. Is this only my phone's problem?

You're welcome. The last time I've tested go launcher It was laggy and with a lot of problems. Does it works good in new versions?

Go launcher works well with me and I like its features and themes.
Note that you will release a new version of the rom. Looking forward to seeing it.

Eventually, I did it.
Method:
change "suiac_statusbar_background.9.png" to 25% opaque (75% transparent)
of "com.achep.theme.ICSandwich.apk" and replace it.

Im just trying to figure out how to change the position of the clock on the status bar. I want to move it to the center like I have seen in many different themes. I have tried them themes thinking it was part of it and that didn't work, or at least I couldn't figure it out. I am currently running the Illusion rom. Thanks for any help.

As title says, if anyone has/can make a status bar mod for AOKP 4.2 that simply gets the clock/wifi/signal/battery and all stock status bar icons and makes them white that would be great!
