[Q] Clove and FedEx - Middle East - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

I've ordered from clove 3 Galaxy Nexus Devices and paid for them from the begging of their announcement. After a huge misunderstanding, finally they shipped them through FedEx -just like I've ordered-. And when I went "yesterday" to get the package from the local FedEx facility in my country, I was shocked !!!! There was only one device, instead of 3 !!!! The attached Clove invoice stated that the order is : 3 Galaxy Nexus devices" .. but there was only one device there !!!!
I refused to receive the package, talked to the manager, and made a complaint. At the same time, I sent an email to Clove inquiring about this issue. But not response yet.
I'm really surprised. Bcz I've been a customer of Clove and this is the 1st time I have such problems !!!
Did anyone had the same problem?

Hmm, I think I've been charged for mine on Thursday however Clove haven't sent me an email confirming this. For some reason my net banking only shows transactions up to the 1st. Perhaps something to do with Banking Holidays?

As of today, Handtec is still saying the 7th is the expected ship date. I know it's hard, but it's only 24-48 hours away. Just do what I have been doing...watch the reviews & think "Man! The phone I have right now sucks!"

I ordered it from Handtec , and I'm not from UK , I'm living in Bulgaria and I'm very surprised because FedEx gave me an estimated delivery date - 08.04.2010

I'm hoping you're not going to be disappointed and I do not know how the delay will have affected Clove's supplies but my understanding was that Clove's first batch was sold out on pre-orders some weeks ago. Certainly this was the case before the launch was delayed. A mate of mine ordered his Desire from Clove last week and is not expecting his for another week or so. Who knows, maybe the delay will mean that Clove's first and second batches will have been amalgamated?

I dunno about that... I ordered mine on March 19th so hopefully that would've gotten me in with the first batch of orders (I'd be very surprised if that wasn't the case). The email I quoted was dated March 30th so up to then they seemed to be able to handle all the pre-orders.
As regards how the delay hit them, all I know is that there's a sign on the Desire page on their site saying that the 'expect' stock by the 7th, I suppose they'll start shipping as soon as they've got them in stock.

I think they were originally but that was before the delay. I recieved an email since the delay saying:

They also said mine would ship from the first delivery. Before they were delayed, mine was going to be in the second shipment which was originally due 2nd April.

Why didnt i get that
last email they sent me was
"Thank you for your co-operation in this matter, your security details have now been processed and the order will now be dispatched upon your chosen delivery option."
that was on the end of last month.. i had payment confirmation issues, but my order was on the 20th

Funny thing is, it says it should be delivered on the 8th...I wish. Even if it left tomorrow, I would still have to mess with with F*D*X and Customs. Safe to say, I won't be receiving my new toy until Saturday or Monday of next week
A few minutes ago, I was in Live-Chat with Handtec and they told me that stock still hasn't arrived until now.
So did I, that's why I cancelled... I'm going on a trip tomorrow evening for a week so i'll buy it in a local store.

Customer Services (811): Unfortunately delivery for the HTC is tomorrow
Customer Services (811): we will ship some tomorrow and Thursday
But who knows who has the correct info.

Spigen Order

For those who have ordered with Spigen in the past, how long does it take to get the items shipped out? Are they fast to get the items shipped out? The reason I am asking, I placed an order on Friday morning (14th of September) and have yet to have any updates via the tracking #. I also sent them an email, and no answer yet, anyone have a direct phone # to spigen?
I got everything shipped via USPS Expressmail International to Canada, and I have another package shipped from another vendor from within the US, also via express and this one has updates every couple hours.
Sorry if this post isn't in the correct forum, mods please feel free to move it where it belongs if not in this section.

That is quite normal actually. you will not see any updates for a few days, and even when they provide you a tracking number it will only show that it was processed in the local US mail office and that's it. Here is how my order from them went:
-I ordered their galaxy S3 case from spigen.com on Aug 31st.
-I got a shipping confirmation from them on sept 4th
-The USPS.com website only said that it was processed in the local Los Angeles office
-On Sept 14th I got a US international package with my case it.
I live in Calgary in case you were wondering.

My experience with spigen main site has been nothing but terrible! Slow response and no notification of shipped item has you wondering for days, long refund process etc....
Cretouch is authorized third party dealer. They are really good with customer service and also have live chat so you can get your answers same day! All their items ships out same or next day depends on time and I usually get it within 3 days. Also they offer FREE shipping to US residents unlike Spigen main site.

No way should Express take 2 weeks to Canada. It should arrive within a week of placing your order.
I'm from the southern California area so shipping is much quicker since they're based here, but I also order from them through Amazon. If it's fulfilled by Amazon, you'll usually get your items quicker. Anyways, ordered the neo hybrid lumi and modello cases from Spigen through Amazon yesterday and it's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. Give Amazon a try if Spigen direct website isn't working out well.

I am really hoping it arrives before Friday. As for xgear, I might be ordering a Spectre Tempered Glass Screen Protector, sent an email this afternoon and within a couple hours I got a reply.

Next time I'll know for sure in case I need to order something again! I'll definitely consider them. I was finally able to get an email back, and if I dont have any news before Friday, I will most likely get a refund, according to SPG...

Their website only had international first as international shipping
I just bought a case from spigen, I live on east coast US. I ordered it direct and got it in 3 days flat with the standard shipping.
I also had an issue with the case and have emailed them and they got back to my email the same day.

Weird... But I know I checked out with United States Postal Service - Express Mail International. Here's the format of my tracking #: EC##########US.
Either way, I'll wait till Friday, as express shipping is 3-5 days to Canada, 5 being the most, and Friday will be 5 days, if I don't have anything I'll ask to get refunded and I'll buy from another vendor.

Been 6 days since I placed my order via expressmail international, which is supposed to take 3-5days, and have yet received anything.
I placed my order early Friday morning (sept 14th) and it was shipped late Monday (sept 17). They dont mention that it takes a couple days to ship out items. I placed an order via bestskinsever on Friday evening, was shipped that same evening and I received it Friday of the next week, also via expressmail.
Anyways, will update when I get my stuff, really wanted it sooner than later.
is a hit and miss, I live in Texas and some times I get their stuff on 3 days sometimes 7 days and one time it took 2 weeks... always standard USPS shipping.

Spigen extremely slow shipping time, customer service is only email and limited.
Called no answer, voice mail always full. Looked at yelp, same thing all complaints about customer service contact, and especially delivery time, and tracking information. Their products are 5 star but their customer service and delivery service is so frustrating I couldn't give them 5 stars. I've gone as far as complaining to the Better Business Bureau, etc. I've called all numbers including the one off my charge card and BBB with no success. Someone needs to hire me to get their A$$ in gear, answer the phones, clear and return voice mails and ship the dam products. OR TELL people up front, our products is so dam good your going to have to get on a waiting list. JUST GET IT DONE OR BE HONEST. Right?
The last time I got a screen protector of theirs it was through eBay. No problems. Fast shipping

[Q] amazon prime order of Note 4 (Verizon)

Pre-ordered on Amazon Prime 9/23/14. Still has not shipped. Any one who has ordered from Amazon in the same boat??

Yesterday I received a notice that they have not received their shipment and it would be delayed. They did not give a time frame when it would ship but said they would ship one day (which I selected) and gave me $20.00 credit. Just an FYI I ordered the white one on 10/7 and my ETA is still listed as 10/24....

Was on the Amazon forums for the verizon galaxy note 4 and saw that one person talked to a Amazon rep today who told him that the phones are being packaged right now. Don't know how true that is but I will be calling myself within the next hour or so

That was me. Ordered a black on Oct 6th. I talked to 2 different reps on 2 different days and both told me it would be delivered the 24th. Neither said the phone delivery was gonna be delayed. Although maybe they are telling that to people they oversold to.
As of now i have not received a shipping notification.

Just got off chat with Amazon. Much back and forth about pre-order, I still don't think she understood that whole concept. I preordered on Day 1 - Sep 19, and Amazon is now telling me mine won't be delivered until December. Tempted to post the transcript. It's an embarrassment for Amazon IMO.
My order status still says delivery tomorrow by 8PM., but of course it has not shipped. May just go local, but I'm pretty peeved...what's the point of pre-ordering from the biggest online retailer if they are last in line -- and don't tell you this to keep you from buying somewhere else?
I opted for the free 2 day shipping, so my estimated arrival is on Monday, but there is no updates to my order either. I hope Amazon doesn't screw me over, I already waited patiently with the whole Verizon BS of delaying the Note 4 when every other carrier had it on release day.
I just spoke to a live customer service representative and still have no concrete answer as to what is happening with this order. Really starting to get angry. First I was told that they were out of stock for the galaxy note 4. I explained to him that I understand that the phone is out of stock as of a couple days ago but it was not when I ordered on the 10th of October. He then went on to repeat himself word for word about how the phone is out of stock. This is when I started to get really annoyed because it just seemed like he was giving me the run around. As he was explaining this to me I cut him off and told him that "I understand what you are saying about the phone being out of stock now, but that should have no effect on my pre order since it was in stock when I ordered on the 10th of October. Why would I even bother pre ordering a phone that was out of stock when I could just walk into a store and buy it today. I pre-ordered the phone well over a month ago, it was in stock, I was quoted an estimated delivery time, and at no point have I received any email or text notifications telling me otherwise. What I want to know is where is my phone?" He then tells me that he is going to check into it and puts me on hold. When he came back on I was told, he again starts telling me about how I will receive a notification once the phone ships to which I reply "Well when is it going to ship. Today, tomorrow, next month, or maybe next year? The whole point of me calling you is to find out what is happening with my order and you are telling me absolutely nothing". He then asks if I want to cancel the order. I told him he can cancel the order if he gets me a refund on the $600 worth of Amazon gift cards I have credited to my account. He replies by telling me that he is going to put me on hold so he can see what my options are.
When he came back he told me that he would wave the same day delivery fee and then tells me that the orders are being processed now. I asked again when it will be delivered but could not get a straight answer out of him. Supposedly he is sending me an email regarding the conversation we had (its been about 20 min. no email) . So essentially from what I gather is that no one, and I mean absolutely no one at Amazon has any idea what is happening with these orders and that the guy I was talking to was just trying to pacify me by telling me the orders are currently being processed (I do not believe that at all). As of now it just seems like anyone who pre-ordered the phone through Amazon might just be better off calling your local Verizon or Best Buy stores seeing if they have any in stock, cancel your supposed "pre order" and just by in store. What a pain.
If I didn't have Amazon gift cards I would definitely cancel my order.

Got the same email this morning after talking with Amazon last night. Last night they said it could still ship by midnight and delivery would be today - "could" being the operative word. Today I got the email, and on the phone they said they had NO delivery information and that they had not received their shipment. The problem now appears to be that if you cancel and get it from somewhere else (I did confirm Verizon has black and stock and can ship immediately), you will lose your pre-order trade-in guarantee ($200) from Samsung.
I'm very unhappy with Samsung, Verizon and Amazon - mostly Amazon for their lack of communication. There is no way they couldn't know this before the ship date, and their communication has been dismal at best.
Just cancelled by Amazon order of the Note 4. Called first thing this morning they advised they did not get their shipment and they could not tell me when they are expecting their shipment. Not real pleased with Amazon at this point. Getting ready to go out and hunt this phone down!!!
Got a response from Amazon for an email I sent them today regarding this. They didn't seem to really care about screwing things up and also stated the Samsung offer is not currently honored by Amazon. I know Samsung has recently changed the promo terms and conditions and added the other Galaxy phones to the promo. I no longer see Amazon listed or even a list of accepted retailers. Maybe it's a good thing the phone didn't ship because I was really only getting this phone because of the promo. Amazons communication and resolution to this issue has been terrible.

Customer service couldn't give me any estimate of when they will get the phones in. I was pissed off because at the very least if they communicated this to us early, then I could have preordered elsewhere. Now I'm stuck due to the promo as I did the pre-order and also the trade-in through amazon. Plus I used a bunch of gift cards on it.
Cancelled my order with Amazon and went to local VZW store, Note 4 in hand right now.
I too will never order phones from them again. I'm a prime member and place about 100 orders per year with them. It would take drastic measures to regain my confidence in them when it comes to preorders and purchasing phones.

I am in the exact boat you are. They already took my trade in so I can't do the non- preorder option. If I cancel my order now I get neither promotion.
They gave me a December estimate but told me that it was more likely to be early November. Still too long! I ordered on 9/25...it was not listed as "out of stock" at that time.
Same situation here. I am a long-time, and very loyal Amazon customer, but I am absolutely furious over the situation with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 pre-order. I pre-ordered this phone (black) on 27 Sep. Until today at 4 AM they still indicated it would be shipped today w/ estimated arrival of 27 Oct. My current phone is broken, so I chatted with Amazon customer service early this AM to see if I could get my delivery changed to 1-day. The nice lady on customer service said no problem, and even as a one-time exception upgraded me to 1-day shipping for free. Five minutes later, my estimated delivery date changed from 27 Oct to 9 December!! I pre-ordered to take advantage of Samsung's $200 rebate promotion for trade-ins. I can no longer cancel this order and take advantage of that offer at another retailer because the promotion ended on the day the phone was officially released. If they don't ship until 9 Dec I can't even meet the deadline for the pre-order paperwork and won't get the $200 promotion. I'm now stuck with a non-working cell phone waiting indefinitely for them to ship my pre-order. I spoke to multiple customer service agents on the phone (1.5 hours on phone, and hung-up on by one agent during a transfer), including two supervisors, with no resolution and no offer to do anything whatsoever to improve the situation. This lack of communication and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. BBB / FTC complaints are on their way.

Yikes on the trade-in. Fortunately I haven't done mine yet. Amazon has really dropped it on this one. I told one of the customer service people that Amazon was big enough to get answers from Samsung and Verizon, and that to have hardly any information was unacceptable.

The nice lady on customer service said no problem, and even as a one-time exception upgraded me to 1-day shipping for free. Five minutes later, my estimated delivery date changed from 27 Oct to 9 December!! I pre-ordered to take advantage of Samsung's $200 rebate promotion for trade-ins. I can no longer cancel this order and take advantage of that offer at another retailer because the promotion ended on the day the phone was officially released. If they don't ship until 9 Dec I can't even meet the deadline for the pre-order paperwork and won't get the $200 promotion. I'm now stuck with a non-working cell phone waiting indefinitely for them to ship my pre-order. I spoke to multiple customer service agents on the phone (1.5 hours on phone, and hung-up on by one agent during a transfer), including two supervisors, with no resolution and no offer to do anything whatsoever to improve the situation. This lack of communication and disregard for customers is completely unacceptable. BBB / FTC complaints are on their way.

I talked with 4 people and spent a couple of hours on the phone - didn't net me much. After a time, one rep offered me $10 for my trouble, which really ticked me off. I sent him a link here to see the issues people were having, and that Amazon had already refunded someone else $20. I told him I didn't want the money - just answers.
Anyway, after feeling the futility with Amazon, I called Verizon who has them in stock, ready to go, and is giving the $200 trade-in on any smartphone (if you haven't traded it in yet). You can pick them up at most of the stores, or they can ship overnight. Same price, same trade-in, no headaches.
Update... Expected delivery on 10/28!

Where is my Gear Fit 2 ? (Preordered through Bell in Canada)

I preordered through Bell on the 12th, picked it up on the 19th and submitted the redemption for the same day. I got an email right away saying it is being processed but that was 5 days ago..... No email since.
How long does this take ?
The email read: "We just wanted to let you know that your redemption request for your bonus Samsung Gear Fit2 Large has been received and we are processing your order as you read this!* Once successfully processed, you ll receive an email notification."
UPDATE: Just got a tracking number. Should be here on the 29th.
It can take up to 6-8 weeks as per the pre-order page, but some people in the Canadian thread have started receiving shipping notices already.

Samsung told me, my Fit2 would ship out last night at midnight. Some people already got theirs. I'm in Houston, TX. A company called "Digital River" is processing Samsung.com's orders in the U.S. I'd preordered on the 11th
I pre-ordered my Note 7 through Samsung Canada (online order) and it still hasn't shipped (I ripped into them yesterday for several reasons as the rep was a complete **** so it set me off) yet my Fit 2 is on the UPS truck out for delivery today so the bonus gift that said 6-8 weeks is arriving before I even get my phone that should have been something delivered to all pre-order customers on the 19th but instead Samsung released units for walk-in customers before fulfilling pre-orders. Just irritates me the gift that I expected in 6-8 weeks will arrive before my phone.

I am going to call and if stock is available at the Samsung Store close by then I will go pick that up there, keep the gift and return the shipped phone when it eventually does arrive and expect a full refund. I've already filed a BBB complaint but I have a legitimate pre-order that Samsung has failed to fulfill their end of this agreement on and I'm still buying the phone so I'll be contacting them and making sure they refund the full amount and still allow me to keep the Fit 2. This is just unacceptable how they have handled the online pre-orders.
Yeah but I mean come on... This is Canada what did you expect? They only got like ~4,000 pre-orders online (if I can judge by the invoice no.).
They're not going to hire a bunch of people do to these things. They're just going to keep the staff they have an try to ship them out when they can.
Canada isn't really the place for these bulk rushes.... Watch in a they're just be sitting in store shelves when everyone is more interested in iPhone 7.

Day2: I called Samsung to cancel my order. They said it takes 1-3 business days, and my phone was to be shipped out on the 26th. If I get the phone ahead of time, then no cancellation will take place, lol
Pre-ordered through Rogers, received the phone and claimed a small watch on the 20th, and got a UPS confirmation earlier today that it would arrive tomorrow.
I had the same worry make sure you check you spam mail or the promotions tab in gmail that's where mine was. Got the accepted email to my regular but the full confirmation in my promotions tab, weird. Still no shipping number thpugh.

Feels like I'm about to get shafted and not see my Gear Fit 2 ....
I tried calling as well and sat on hold for a very long time. I don't know what's going on I registered mine on a Saturday two days after we got the phones.

Same boat here, ordered through costco, redeemed on Monday when I got the device. I haven't got any follow-up e-mail since. I think costco's orders might not qualify though as the imei isn't printed on the invoice. I actually asked them same question via their online form, no replies yet.

Ah yes it should be .com but they never replied to me and I don't have their number.
Just be patient. I got my UPS tracking number.

UK Pre Order-Waiting Room

So I ordered through Mobile phones direct, expected delivery is the 8th, contacted them today and they are saying they will begin shipping on the 7th. This is no use to me and I won't be getting mine on Friday as I live in the northern parts of Scotland. However it is an indication that others Such as 02 & Vodafone will begin on the 7th.

Hey, which model did you order?. I'm looking to get the Exynos version as well, usually get it from Ebay, but I've heard of Clove as well. Looking to get the Black 1Tb, but its not available.

Yup seems to be the trend here in the UK, all suppliers must adhere to the release schedule, pre orders or not.....
