I need someone to unlock their bootloader, boot their phone so it wipes, boot Clockwork Mod Recovery, do a backup and then post it online.

I should be getting my replacement on Tuesday if O2 don't continue to **** me over. I'll post my results when I do it. Do you just want to see if it works? I'm confused.
EDIT: Oh I see, you want a clean backup because you forgot to make one?

The O2 Galaxy Nexus is identical to any other UK Galaxy Nexus as far as I know.

can i get some ****ing help?
Broo it can be a Hardware problem,if we not find a help than we have to purchase a galaxy nexus motherboard from Ebay or some where else, look for video how to dissambly galaxy nexus and replace motherboard . But also try with galaxy tollkit 5.6 and instal factory image from here http://code.google.com/intl/sq/android/nexus/images.html#yakju , if we fail to all of this things above , than just go gently at APPLE store and buy a Iphone 4s (sorry Samsung and Google)
is not hardware cause it was working before i installed the ROM

Yes, my big sis. Infact she's the one who root my one x.
Teach her the meaning of private property... No, seriously just flash the boot.img that belongs to the Rom that's on your phone.
I don't know why, but I laughed really hard on this
Hboot version? And that's the first girl I've ever heard of to root a phone herself

Question about brick in firmware 4.1

Hi.
I bought a galaxy note 2 and received today.
I'm reading about a possible brick in some firmwares.
I wonder if there is a way to eliminate this possible brick or compulsorily have to change the ROM?
If i need to change the ROM, the first step is to install the root, ask:
Mobile Odin Pro inserts the root, clockwordmod and ROMs, or is better i use GalaxyToolKit?
Thanks for attention.
Brick issue is in 4.1.1 roms only..4.1.2 roms are patched with this issue.
So update ur phone to latest 4.1.2 rom if u r still on 4.1.1..

But if u r interested in using 4.1.1 rom(but why u want to use), u need to flash safe kernel+recovery (sds patched)

I was about to say the same thing. If you Google the firmware number, there is a link from Samsung updates that gives you rapid gator and another but they both say the file is to big for free users to download. There is a 3rd link on that page also that says it's still uploading

If this is anything like the GS3 OTA it will install a new bootloader that will jack up any rollback to earlier android versions. Brick like symptoms will follow. Definitely not for me...
I'll wait for the chefs to whip it into shape...

agree it will come but the few weeks thingy (for ALL the goodies ) is quite optimistic considering how long it took for the 3 be able to be unlocked which for me is the main goody. from there anything is possible, without too many limitations are enforced IMO.

Following your query, I skipped lunch! and compiled a guide for other G4 owners who may need a little advice:

Good luck.
