T-mo data outage S. Fla?

My data has been stuck on Edge for the last hour, anyone else? Doesn't t-mobile use 3G? This is my first t-mo phone. I have tried rebooting a few times. Still on edge.

I am getting no data in LA. Strange, not even 2G. And I thought there was some problem with my phone

yar, still no data in Salt Lake City area. Good thing WiFi still working.

You know, this is one of the reasons I left Verizon for T-mo this week.

Samsung Vibrant in left hand with no signal (now saying no SIM), G2x in the other working fine on 4g... not going to temp switching to 2/3g.

haha i was just to that point and decided.....i wonder what the fellers at xda are saying.....
just rebooted my phone and..........still no data in slc, ut
its ok, data is over rated....

No data for me either in Dallas ft worth

Just toggled data on/off and 4g is back.

Anyways same reason I left sprint and now is back to where I was... Mm I guess I'm good for the day since I'm at home and I use wifi but I hope it works tomorrow

Is this app broken? It keeps hanging on downloading and then telling me I'm getting 6k down. I'm getting a lot faster than that, in 2013 that kinda speed would pretty much give you virtually no connection.

Yeah my data has been working fine. It's been fast enough I haven't missed LTE, streamed some Pandora over it, downloaded several apps, and plenty of Web browsing, just wish I could see what kind of speed I'm actively getting.

That did fix it but I gotta ask why? My default apn appeared to be working fine, so why was speed test failing?

if you are on AT&T, look up the PTA (LTE) apn

That's exactly what I did that finally got everything working and great speeds. I took my wife's vivid and copied everything straight

What's the most data you've used in a month, and did Verizon do anything about it?
I'm wondering because recently my Verizon Unlimited Data plan has become my only means of internet access and, well:

Yea i wouldn't . ive been using this much data because i build kernels and every git clone is like 2gig . so it adds up quick . i got unlimited data so i use it . if vzn wanted to terminate my contract cuz of that . I'd be more than OK with going elsewhere

I'm also on unlimited with my daughter, she tethers sometimes and I told her to try to keep it short but now I think I'll just tell her to use as much as she want. The most she has used is like 2 or 3gb.

Since I'm on Sprint with 3G, it would take me a full month of downloading to even reach a GB. I think the most I've even reached was 250 MB. Sprint 3G usually gets me around 0.05 Mbps. I can't wait until LTE arrives in my area!

Tmobile has a really great LTE network in the East Coast. The more you go towards Texas or California, the speeds become slower and slower. D:
